Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Never dined at a Chipotle! I've heard the praises sung, and now I can say I've tried it. Very similar to Diablo's, I got a fresh flavorful Mexican meal. I had the chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans and cheese. I actually ended up eating with a fork. The chicken was well seasoned with a kick. Also had chips, no queso as "real cheese doesn't melt like that". Restaurant was clean, service friendly. Dined outside with my pup.

This chipotle does not know the secret menu. I ordered a queserito; however, they gave me a regular burrito and charged me a cheese quesedilla on the side. THAT'S AN ADDITIONAL $4! The chicken burrito was very salty for some apparent reason so I drank about 4 cups of water while eating it. The employee, who I think is the manager, who was wrapping my burrito was very curt and unfriendly. The expected very fast responses when I was still think about what to get inside my burrito. She gave no time to think and was very rude about it as well. However, on a positive note, the interior of the restaurant was very nice. There are high tables on the side and low tables on the other side. The restaurant has hanging lights that adds to the dimming effect. Go here with caution!

Good Chipotle food! Love it's simplicity, and always tastes great. Average service though. They have the basic greet when you start to order. After that move on down the line...chips & drink with that? But they move fast, so don't let any line stop you from entering. The location is good. Go for good food, lunch especially.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Chipotle is definatley one of my go to retaurants because of their food and usually service. Unfortunately this location didn't train the workers about how to treat the customers. They were rude and unfriendly. As we were placing our orders there was a lot of unnecessary arguing happening between employees. I lost count how many times I heard the sound of smacking teeth and necks...SO ANNOYING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! If I wasn't so hungry from traveling, I would have left. I sucked it up because I knew the food would make me feel better. I ordered the bowl with Sofritas, which is their vegan spicy tofu. Its a great alternative to meat if your looking for a healthy option. I opted out on the rice and doubled up on the veggies. Thankfully my meal was great and the flavors were consistent with all the other Chipoltle's I've gone to. When I'm traveling through this area again, I'll just have to skip this location. Not worth the headache.

So, tell me who is responsible for leaving quesadillas out of the app to order online. This means that I cannot order my food over the phone or online. Why is such an oversight allowed to exist? Do I need to come work for this corporation and manage the IT? This has been keeping me from ordering for months and after many calls nothing has been done. Am I being discriminated against? Does Chipotle hate quesadilla eaters? The managers on duty at this location are always rude and they will never hear my case about placing an order.

We stopped by for a quick bite during the last leg of our road trip from Florida up to Raleigh. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly and the food was prepared fairly quickly. There were plenty of seats to fit the vast amount of people craving burritos and everything ran smoothly. One of my friends however said his burrito was a tad salty, though maybe it was just him. Another wanted to order a "quesarito" that wasn't on the menu but he seemed rather disappointed when they simply made him a separate burrito and quesadilla. Dll in all a typical chipotle experience. Definitely what you'd expect at a chipotle-burritos did not disappoint :)

Slowest Chipotle operation I've ever seen. People were leaving from the line it took so long.

I was here for opening day. I used to live in California and always visited Chipotle. They were great in the Bay Area and this one is the same. GREAT! The portions were just the right size, not too much or not too little. The service has always been great. I always go in there hungry and smiling knowing that I'm going to be full when I leave. The food is always fresh and the price is reasonable. What more can you ask for.

If you're not from here and passing through, please don't pay attention to the negative reviews. This Chipotle is perfectly adequate. The customer service is great and the food is what you would expect from Chipotle. Also, ignore those people saying that the Moe's here is better...Moe's is constantly filthy and the ingredients aren't fresh. It's just that most people in Florence are pretty much the worst. Enjoy your burritos and bowls!

Love the food. Customer service has gone downhill. I asked to have one bowl marked because it was different than the other and I was given a difficult time about. Not much but still just do as the customer asks.

This is a pretty standard Chipotle. When you've seen one, you've seen them all. With that said, the food was fresh and the staff was friendly when we went. I definitely prefer this burrito place over Moe's myself. I like my food to have flavor (sorry Moe's).

I love the chicken bowl! It is so delicious! All the ingredients are fresh. The servings are very filling. The prices are worth it! The customer service is the best in town!!!

I attended the opening of this Chipotle and was very pleased. Great turnout of customers, engaging staff, and good standard Chipotle fare. Within a number I weeks they got very stingy with the portions, which led me to knock their rating down. But I am very happy to say that the phase has passed, and things are back to "normal". No chipotle is 5 stars--but for Flo-town, this is top notch!

They are stingy with the portions. Sorry but Moe's fills their tacos and burritos with a lot more ingredients. Customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes friendly while other times they don't even tell you the price of your items and you have to read it from the register while they hold their hand out for payment. They seem to rush customers through...can I get a minute to decide what I want on my taco or burrito? Sheesh!! Three stars because the food is good, customer service can be improved.

Love this place! Kinda like Subway but it's Mexican. The burritos are great!

This Chipotle is perfectly fine. They were a bit stingy with the portions when they were new (and kind of oddly argumentative about it), but they're not now. They're very polite, and their managers have always been nice when encountered. It's clean, and far, far better than Moe's.

The food was good, However my 5 stars is for the excellent customer service. It was my first time and i was indecisive on what to purchase. The ladies who served me were nice enough to make recommendations. They also didnt rush me. Upon listening to their suggestions my burrito was delicious.

Found rocks in my salad! Almost broke a tooth! Got a refund, but then they kept serving the same food to people, they didn't pull anything or try to investigate further.
