I would give them a 10 out of 10. I say that because I have been at least 10 times and the food is really good and the staff quick and friendly.

I hate even posting this, because I love Chik-fil-A, but this location was absolutely horrible. We stopped here while traveling for a quick bite. I was stuck in a drive-thru line for 24 minutes - there's no way to exit the line once you're in it - and nobody bothered to tell me why or even acknowledge that there was an issue. When I finally got to the window, the woman at the window did not actually speak to me, but rather thrust her hand out the window for the money. When I asked for napkins, I was handed ONE. The fries were undercooked, the chicken nuggets were overcooked, and the shakes were thin. It's the first time I've ever thrown food from Chik-fil-A away. All in all, very disappointing.

We drove way out of our way to get to this place, because we were en route to the beach and needed a quick bite. Dirty. Not like any Chick Fil e I've ever experienced. I felt like I was dining at any other dirty fast food place. Service felt like it was rendered by little fledgling chicks, trying to build a proper nest, but not doing it quite right. We were with another family and their food took so long to come out, that all of our food was cold. The bathrooms were very disgusting. This place needs work. A lot of it. Shocking that this is part of the franchise. Clean it up, please!

Although my food arrived 'not as ordered', the staff was both polite and professional in addressing my concerns. In fact, three different staffers (Cassidy, Kenny, & Trina) approach while I was dining to offer customer services, all within a 15 minute period. Too, my food and condiments were delivered to my table (promptly) without waiting in a secondary line. Most noteworthy was the attitude of the manager. First, she took the initiate to apologize and accept responsibility for the mistakes made. Second, she made and delivered my breakfast food order request despite the (in-effect) transition to the Lunch/Dinner menu. Thus, I rate my experience as 4.5/5 stars for customer service, resolution of complaints, professionalism, and taste of food. Yes, I recommend you!!!
