I use to really like BWW. Recently they really seem to have gone downhill. This location was ok. I think it's pretty standard with average food and decent service. If you like BWW and know what to expect then it's right in the middle of the road.

Second verse, same as the first! We took Mom and Dad with us this time. We played Buzztime Trivia together. We tried several more wing flavors...I liked the Thai Curry, Mom loved the Asian Zing, Hubs and Dad went to town on the Parmesan Garlic and Teriyaki. Jammin' Jalepeno was really good too! The manager came by to check on our table...this is twice in two visits...so many places have forgotten the importance of this simple but effective element of customer service! Our server was excellent! I really like this place so far. I hope they keep it up!!!! Happy hour is 4-8 :-)

Your typical B-W's, Service here is hit or miss. Sometimes we have a server that is spot on, other times our server disappears. Anyhow, the menu has more than wings, they have some great appetizers as well.

It was "Okay" nothing to go up in arms about. I won't be going back to eat there, mostly because I thought the food wasn't good. But that's just me.

BWW has the best sauce for wings. All the food has been great. The scale of heat is pretty acurate for me. The boneless wings are cooked perfectly. The wedges of the wing chips come out well also. Have got some burned wing chips before, not too good. The service can be good, but sometimes you feel forgotten. There is a lot going on with the different games going on. Great place to come and catch up on sports while eating.

Located off of Interstate 95, this is a chain restaurant. I have been to a few of these in various states and this one surprised me. I am so use to the order being wrong and the barely any good service. This particular Buffalo Wild Wings had one amazing waitress. Our drinks never made it to half way empty before she was at the table with a fresh one. I ordered a burger that I created. Not only was it cooked exactly as I wanted it, but she also went out of her way to get me the special roll that I requested, but did not expect to get. My husband, a former resident of Buffalo, NY, ordered hot wings and she immediately described exactly how hot they would be and they lived up to her warning. Florence is a place where finding a table anywhere on Saturday, is difficult. We chose this place as a last resort, as the lines elsewhere to way too long. I was not thrilled by this choice until after the great service and food we had. Kudos to our waitress, Kaylyn, for making our visit much better than our expectations. Yes, TVs everywhere. Yes, this place is a high energy place during a televised sporting event. I only hope they keep up the great service.

We made a pit stop to grab some food. It is your typical BWW but less crowded. The angry orchard sauce is delicious. Honey BBQ is classic favorite. I would rate the food 3 out of 5 because they were very light on the sauce and carrots were not fresh, in fact they were soggy so we left those behind. The saving grace of our meal was our awesome waitress Ti, she was so personable, knew the menu well and accommodated us when we wanted to try the angry orchard sauce. She also came by frequently and even gave us our drinks in to go cups since we commented we had a long ride home. Thanks Ti! Come in for a quick bite and be sure to ask for Ti!

My wife and I came here for a late night snack around midnight. The place was not super busy by any means. Waited for a booth to be cleaned then we were seated in a wet booth. Waited another while to get our drink order taken. Couldn't figure it out because there were alot of employees hanging out talking what not. Food was mediocre and the service less then that. Almost felt as we were bothering them by coming to eat there. I have noticed since we moved here from greenville area the customer service really seems to be lacking at least here in the Florence area.

The main seating section is large and wide open so it can be noisy. Burgers wraps and the like are good. As a native of Buffalo, however, I have to say that wings are not good. They are deep fried to death and have an odd underlying taste. Then your sauce or rub gets dumped on them and then served. No time for flavors to infuse. There are better wings in Florence.

I have been here several times and it is average for a B-dubs. I have wings done perfectly and wings over done. This is probably the least busy B-dubs I've been to and I travel all over the country for my job. The wait staff always seems to have more personal things going on than customers. I always see waiters and servers playing on their phones. Over the past few months I've been going there, there is a horrible smell that comes from the bar area. I asked about it last time and was told its soda that has been spilled and for lack of better word rotting. This bad odor has been there for months. If they know it's old spilled soda then clean it up. There is plenty of staff standing there that could work on this.

I love going there to eat. I mainly order the juicy steak burger. I've never tried their wings. The chicken tenders are good. The loaded nachos are delicious. Service had always been great. I definitely recommend this place.

Was good when they first open, but now the service is terrible. The waitresses there hardly check on you. I could understand it maybe once, but it's happened the last few times I've been there. Last time I had to wait 30mins just to get a refill a little past noon with hardly any customers in there, then another 30 mins for the check. Only way I can get good service there is if I sit at the bar and I hardly drink. If you're looking for good food, great service and an enjoyable time, then this isn't the place for you. Just go to mellow mushroom, they're only a few yards down the road from this hellhole.

This is one of the better Wild Wings I've been too. I like the huge, wide-open floor plan. There are TVs everywhere, so it's hard to miss the action when you come to watch The Game. Pretty typical chain sports bar menu, although they do have good beer specials on game day. The service here was on point even though they were very busy. Eat and drink here with confidence.

Earlier in the year I ate at a Buffalo Wild Wings in Tacoma, WA, and should have learned my lesson. A few weeks ago I tried this Buffalo Wild Wings location because my children wanted to try the food. It was awful. I tried it again last night to watch the Sunday night NFL game and World Series, and I still feel the same about this chain. If not for the great selection of beer and friendly bartender, I wold have given the restaurant "No Stars." After waiting a long time for food, I had to remind the bartender about my order. It was quiet in the restaurant, so I was surprised about the time it was taking to prepare my meal. Within a few minutes, the food came out piping hot because it was probably prepared after the bartender's reminder. Was the food worth the wait? No! The crunchy chicken sliders were dry and came with no sauce. I asked for some sweet BBQ sauce, and was handed a little portion control container. This will certainly be my absolutely last visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings.

Great boneless wings for FLO-town. Plus the bar is open late every day--a major plus!

It's a pretty standard Buffalo Wild Wings. The inside is spacious and the walls are practically lined with TVs. Service is generally quick and friendly and the food is fresh. Their pretzels are delicious though overly salted (but it was easy enough to scrape the salt pieces off).
