Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Have been wanting to try this place for some time now. I'm glad we finally stopped in. My wife and I were in the mood for hibachi (honestly when aren't you?) and in the area so we stopped in. We each ordered the kobo bento box which was $10.30 each. It includes an entree, sushi, salad and rice. It was a great deal. The food was very good. I had the General tso chicken for my entree and it was very flavorful. Chicken was cooked nicely as well. I chose the crab meat salad which was kind of like deconstructed sushi. It was also good. I chose the shrimp tempura roll which was also good. Not the best sushi I've eaten, but worth the price of admission. The fried hibachi rice was cooked well and had good flavor. My wife got the same except she did shrimp lo-mien and a California roll. She enjoyed her meal as well and even had enough to take some home. Very good value. The decor is a bit wacky. Chairs not matching was the first thing my wife saw. I didn't mind it, saying it adds the to character. The place looked clean and the server filled our drinks up like he should. Will definitely be going back.

I'm a sushi freak so it's wonderful when you can find fresh-tasting sushi at reasonable prices. I ordered a sushi plate for $14.99 (can't remember the name) but it had many pieces. It could have easily fed two people. (Pic shown below) I've been here many times and have never ordered anything I didn't like. You can order a Bento box for cheap with an entree, California roll, spring roll, rice, etc. I believe the cost was around ten dollars. The dining area looks kind of fancy but don't let that scare you away. With prices like these, this could be your weekly dining-out place. Especially if you like sushi or hibachi.

Truly just okay. The service was fine; the food was fair. The atmoshpere, however, is a mystery. I was eating japanese hibatchi, listening to new age synth music, and sitting in a room reminiscent of a New England colonial. I'm not saying I won't go again, but it's definitely not at the top of my list.

Sushi tasted fresh and we were served quickly. Prices are extremely reasonable. Thus would be a good go to for someone who wants to eat out frequently.

What may appear as a simple Japanese/Chinese & Sushi establishment from the front is deceptive in depth not only in terms of the size of the restaurant but the menu and complex flavors. You may prefer to sit at the bar/sushi bar or in the expansive (by comparison) formal dining room. A hodgepodge of formal chairs and tables likely acquired from some lesser establishment's going-out-of-business sales (as trumpeted by the Tuscan imagery and prints). The menu will appeal to the Japanese steakhouse, Chinese traditional and raw fish eater in you. My kids opted for the health serving of Lo Mein Chicken and I did the Kobe Bento Box... and for the money.. the just over $10 Bento Box is the top value pick of the bunch. I had a very good portion of Mongolian Beef and opted for the seaweed salad along with an Eel Roll. I chose the Fried Rice over steamed for variety. SaleebScore: Value 9/10; Food: 8.5/10; Service 8.5/10; Atmosphere 8/10 Certain to be back for more good stuff.
