Quite disappointed in this Hooters. During my stay in Columbia this spring, I stopped in for lunch to get my usual 10-piece battered mild wings with ranch, along with curly fries and celery on the side. Although I asked for my wings to be mild, they came out unbelievably dry to the point that they were inedible. While the young female server was friendly, she was a bit taken aback when I mentioned this, yet noted that she would see if the cook would have the wings a little more juicer. It took at least another 10-12 minutes to get the wings back. At that time, I was nearly finished with my so-sad curly fries. Probably the best part of the meal was the celery and ranch, and its kinda hard to mess that up. Upon the server's return, the wings weren't much different. I chalked it up to the point that I was hungry, and I'll do my best to enjoy it (I really didn't). Although the food wasn't exactly the most stellar from other Hooters experiences, what stuck with me the most from this lunch was the lack of urgency by the server, in addition to other servers. My server was slow in timeliness (took almost 10 minutes to see me after I was seated, with 6 other tables in the entire restaurant), yet looking at a few of the other customers almost throw their hands up waiting on their food, you knew that something wasn't right when it came to timeliness. It seemed to me that the other servers (mine included) were more interested in talking amongst each other than hoping to get the food out. Either which way, this Hooters was just a different experience. Its rare that I get disappointed when I go out to eat (I travel frequently on business and eat out a lot), and this location was just a complete let down. I sincerely hope that it improves the next time I'm in town.

If I could give this place no stars, that's exactly what it would get. This is the absolute worst Hooters that I have ever encounter. Service sucks , waitress's need an attitude adjustment, too much standing around gossiping and not waiting on customers. While waiting on our food, I saw the cook sticking his finger in his mouth! Disgusting! Don't bother wasting your money at this establishment.

This restaurant is awful. I've been to this location a few times and none have been pleasant. The inside is very outdated and the wings have no flavor. I've been during my lunch break and service was extremely slow for just wings and fries. There were only a few customers. This location definitely needs a makeover all the way around and the waitresses definitely don't look like the ones in the photos attached to this yelp page. However, I have to say that the curly fries are very good.

Worst Hooters ever. And that is a shame. I havr been to more than 50 Hooters worldwide. Customer service is horrible here. I have been at the bar more that 2 hours and the bartender has come over here twice. I guess bullshit conversation with your friends is more important than paying customers at this location. Just plain sorry. I order a hamburger and fries to go more than 30 minutes ago and they still not arrived. Not surprising Yelp does not mean anything to anyone that works here.

To the idiots giving one star reviews because of the wait time.....don't go to Hooters!!! Not a get in and get out type of place, so they typically are in no hurry. Get over it, or better yet, go to Denny's. Can't much comment on the waitresses, as I always sit at the bar, but I have no complaints at all. As far as Hooters go, I consider this one well above average. Hooters girls here are friendly and diverse, the food is what I expect from Hooters, and the service, particularly at the bar, is very good. Bartender Peachez is outstanding.

Stopped off the highway on a road trip to dine here. We had a german shepherd with us and the manager let us sit in the outside dining area with her. The waitress even brought out a bowl of water. Talk about service! I had the chicken sandwich with spicy garlic sauce and it was spot on.

Talk about train wreck!!!!!! This hooters SUCKED. First our waitress was hungover, she was telling us that she went out the night before with her fellow employees and twerked all night at the club. It wouldn't have been a big deal if she actually gave us good service, but it was lousy. We ordered the hooters basic...... WINGS, with celery, and they managed to mess that up. The celery was frozen, my boneless wings were hard as a rock and our regular wings took 35 min to come out. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Avoid this place like the plague.

Zero stars for me even to watch a baseball game, service is really bad. My friends that don't drink said the sweet tea should be thrown out. Food is salty and just terrible, the manager offered to comp my buddy but we all decided never to come here. Hops should have never closed I hope this establishment closes and is turned into so something new.

You walk in and see 8 hooters girls sitting around bullshitting not once worrying about paying customers. 60 mins for wings and fries this was at 2 o clock. Maybe 9 people there. The server asked if I wanted sauce I said blue cheese and ranch. This idiot puts the sauces in one cup!! The bill comes finally she never gives me my change back which was around 30 bucks. She said oh I thought you said keep it!! What a joke this place is. Stay away from here

After orders were placed, the waitress returns to remind herself that there were no regular wings only boneless , really! Margarita tastes like shit, only good think is the beer, worthless.

The service sucks at this place. I've been stuck n this town for a month and gone to this hooters twice. Both times the service has been useless. You ask for a recommendation for hot wings and they sucked. I asked for unsweetened tea and got sweet tea. This place is a huge failure even by hooters standards.

positives: Order of buffalo chicken sandwich was delivered quickly and tasted good. Most of the tv sets were showing the Hooters International Swimsuit Contest from 2008. My Hooters Girl was somewhat conversational. Negatives: wifi did not work Took a few minutes before anyone would come to the table to take my order, even after I was acknowledged in the door. While my Hooters Girl was somewhat conversational as mentioned before, she spent most of her time at a table sitting with other Hooters Girls. As anyone that has read my Hooters reviews, this is my biggest pet peeve at a Hooters.

I went to watch a football game with some friends. The place was not very crowded, so we were sat immediately. It took a while for our server to greet us. She was friendly but not very accommodating. Getting our order in took her a while. The food took forever to make and when it did come out the wings were dry. We rarely received refills. Finally, when we were ready to pay, she was nowhere to be found. It was the type of service I would expect on a busy night, but it wasn't busy at all. Very disappointed. I will not be returning.

So check this out I ordered some wings right and they were undercooked (bloody) in the inside. I mentioned it to the waitress who got the manager to confirm and he agreed. So he got me another batch and apologized, but when I received my check i was still charged. What the heck man!! Any other place would have taken it out of my bill but not this place.

I read the reviews and saw they were 50/50. I arrived at 820p and was seated Without a word. I wasn't offered a drink at seating nor told who I'd be served by. While I drove 10 minutes out of my way to reach the Hooters and knowing that it was wings night I didn't think that I would have wait. I did enjoy watching the Hooters girl hula hoop but after 10 minutes even that didn't sway my stomach. I decided to go to Fatz café instead I'll let you know how that turned out.w
