Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

NOT open till 4am. They do have good calzones. But they need to change and be honest with their hours. I will be willing to change my review after a proper response from the business explaining why when I try to order during their POSTED business hours they answer the phone and tell me they are closed. Edit- thank you for your response and the explanation. Thank you

The receptionist on the phone was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. When I asked to speak to someone else he hung in my face. I will never recommend that company again to anyone and im notifying the proper authorities of this incident

I got the Dragon Calzone they delivered in about 30 mins and lets just say I was in heaven. One of the best calzones I have ever had and very filling. For just a dollar more they make the calzone a pound.

Have very good calzones, however there staff is extremely rude. I am waiting for my food at the pickup counter and I am being constantly screamed at for no reason. Probably won't come back simply because they were so rude to me.

Very disappointed! Staff was VERY in attentive...almost like ALL were new to the job and first day. Food was horrible...might be great if you are drunk and it is 3AM! Would not even recommend for bathroom stop!!!

Alright, to be completely honest... I didnt even want to order from here. I really wanted pizza but my group voted calzones and I didn't want to be that guy, so I caved and looked at the menu. Holy cow. Choices. Tons of different variations of calzones. Meat, veggie, breakfast, dessert... they got wild. Delivery guy was really chill for having to deal with 6 different individual orders and was patient as we stumbled through breaking change. Calzone was AMAZING. cheese . So much. Tons of cheese, and the toppings were all excellent. I got the Italian Calzone and finished in in about 9 minutes. You really surprised me Fast Eddies. You will definitely see me again.

Pretty good base calzones. Obviously not an authentic italian calzone, but definitely great. They deliver until 4AM which is a huge plus. They're called "Fast Eddies" but delivery usually takes from 30-50 minutes. I order from here all the time, and they are my number 1 past 12AM food delivery service.

I will not be returning to Fast Eddie's. It was slow, they incorrectly labeled the calzones and got a vegetarian calzone mixed up with a pepperoni which was frustrating, and there was little seating, specifically with no child seat. Whenever we informed them of the forgotten calzone, they said it was coming right up, but when we reminded them the second time, they hadn't even started making it. Again, very frustrating. The worst part, however, was the fact that my group of 7 could hardly hear each other speak over the yelling of the food line employees. If you want a sub-par calzone with a crappy experience, then yeah this place gets five stars. If you have any standards for your pizza/calzone/general eating out experience, skip Fast Eddie's.

Worst service ever!!! Over priced. I ordered my food and before it was ready I changed my mind (granted I felt bad) I said I was sorry. The girl cooking food was extremely rude. She said it was the equivalent of pumping gas and saying you want you money back. Obviously I did not ingest the food and requested my money back before it was cooked. They refused to give me my money back and the guy running the place clearly doesn't know a thing about customer service. My food was cold and the calzone had dirt on it. The place had people in it they clearly could of resold it. Don't go there!!!

Ok. Here's the skinny. Fast Eddies. My hat is off to you guys. I'm was staying in a hotel downtown for New Years. It's 3:45am and I'm very hungry. Called Columbia restaurants for 30 min. No one was open. Then I found Fast Eddies. The food was delivered on time and it was great! The food was delicious and the portions were really good. This is now my spot for late late night hunger binges. Keep up the good work guys.

Have been here a couple of times and have really enjoyed the calzones. Tuesdays are 2/$10 and other times the 60 or so calzones are $7. The side sauce is great and each time the bread has been cooked perfect. Wings were good as well but a bit pricey at $8.

We loved Fast Eddies when it first opened! First place I can count on for quality late night food whether it was a drunken meal or an after work meal. I enjoyed the food service and convenience so much I caught myself getting it twice a week during the summer. The past threes times I have had the worst experience with this company. Including: 1st bad experience there was so much spinach on my spin and chick that it was unedible when I called to ask about it my response was sorry nothing I can do, 2nd bad experience I ordered my usual spin and chick I always ask for a side of honey mustard and I received none (this is like a jack and coke with out the jack), the third time (always my favorite bc this is the make or break) I received a smaller than usual calzone and guess what's missing, the extra sauce I always ask for. Now my question is if the establishment has my name number and address (which makes me feel like a valued customer) why am I no longer being valued? When I finally complained, I was connected to a manager who rushed me off the phone and it has now taken thirty minutes to receive my honey mustard while my calzone took ten to find out the sauce I asked for is now a different ingredient and tastes awful. (I asked for honey mustard not Dijon) I am highly disappointed in an establishment I considered so friendly and hands on to be going so down hill. I hope them the best of luck and things turn around. Oh side note: don't worry by the time I got my honey mustard my calzone was inedible and I got no consolation for my bad experience. Not even an apology.

Don't usually leave reviews. First taste of eddies tonight, had the Italian and it was soo good, I feel like the prices encourage people to tip well also, it did to me at least. They're not huge calzones though, or mine wasn't at least so I suggest sides or a couple of em. Delivered in about 20 minutes too. All they should do is make a thicker marinara and it would perfect. It really surprised me how good it is,
