First time here. Had a gift card,so decided to try it. Now wonder who I hadn't been here sooner. I will definitely be back. The service was great. Friendly staff. Prices not too bad. I got the 10 Oz sirloin with bake patato.very good steak. I got the house salad. Great salad with a hot corrsant with honey drizzled on it. Great place

We waded through Harrison traffic on a Saturday afternoon to try Copper River Grill. It was about 4:00 when we walked in. The hostess looked at us and ignored us. There was a lady waiting, but not for a table. Another employee came up - after the hostess walked away - and asked us how many it would be. Then she said she had to wait for someone else to seat us. At this point we could see 4-6 empty tables. After about 3 minutes the "other" woman walked up with what looked like a cake box in her hands. She then told the employee trying to help us that it would be at least 10 minutes before we could be seated. At that point we said "never mind" and left. I will never even try to go back again.

We dined here for lunch. Blackened Tuna Salad was quite good but medium rare tuna was delivered as medium. The Copper River salad was excellent. The iced tea tasted like brewed instead of instant. Service was good and prices are reasonable.

Super value fast and friendly ordere one of the largest burgers I have ever tried to eat (bigfoots mother in law) The appetizer was huge. A great dining experience

Bland, overcooked crap. And that's compared to the mediocre-at-best competition in the American chain market: Friday's, Ruby Tuesday's, etc. The ribs were way overcooked, the crab dip tasted like tuna salad from a blender, and just about everything else tasted like Applebee's, which is at the bottom of its class. The potato soup was decent, and the staff was friendly. Don't waste your money.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Columbia / Irmo. It used to be my favorite bar of all time but things have changed and after 11pm its pretty ghetto... The burger is huge and you have to be a competition water to finish big doors mother in law. The po boy is also good along with the pizzas. I miss the good ole days drinking here, but the food is some of the best around and you really can not beat the prices. Best deal on Harbison for sure!

Decent place, little bit chainy. I think they have 8 now. Seems to be a South Carolina thing. Service was great. Server wasn't quite upto snuff on draft beer, but everything else was great. Business dinner, we each had a steak. Split a crab dip. All outstanding. Open kitchen. Only complaint is that it was kind of dark. Everything seemed to be painted dark and low light. Would not be a good place for a dinner meeting.

Nice atmosphere for a restaurant; but by far one of the worst experienced at a "chain" restaurant. The hostess had us seated quickly, but it went downhill from there quickly. It took about 15 mins before someone took a drink order. Tack on an additional 10-15 mins for the drinks to arrive and the app order to be taken. Once the appetizer finally arrived, it was pretty much dropped on the table w/o any saucers or utensils. That was it for me!! Stopped the first employee w/ a Copper River Grill shirt and let them know that I wanted Manager, check, and a to-go box...in that order!! The manager didn't seem like he was sorry for the service (or lack of), but he did was he was supposed to do and wrote off my appetizer. 1st & Last time I'll be seeing that place when I'm in Columbia.

Food was bland but the service was all right. Not much particularly interesting about this place. My review may be biased due to getting food poisoning from my last meal here (last I ate here was around a year ago) fyi... Probably won't be going back to it or other members of this particular chain.

Came for a late dinner on a Monday night. My flounder po-boy was about perfect - light and delicious, but the baked potato was a bit underdone. My biggest issue was the noise. It wasn't crowded. The music was a little loud, and then a staff member came and swept up under the adjacent tables using a dust bin that clattered every time she moved. IMHO, you shouldn't sweep the floors with customers right there, unless there's been an infant throwing food on the floor, and there was no such mess. The outside seating seemed quieter. I'd go back for the good food, but only if the weather was suitable to sit outside, and I'd choose a different side for that delicious po-boy sandwich.

I love copper river. I love the house salad with the hot bacon house dressing. Baked potatoes are always a large portion and delicious. Baked potato soup was good though a little salty but it's starch with bacon and ham so I guess that's expected. Chicken fingers are good- not outstanding but I'd probably order them again. I've had a taste of the pizza when my husband has ordered it (pepperoni) and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was given the type of restaurant it is. I probably wouldn't order it myself but if I want pizza I'm going somewhere like Noah's in Irmo or maybe Kovachis in Lexington. My husband usually gets the French dip and he likes that. Once I forgot to say I didn't want eggs on the salad and they switched it no problem. Never had a problem with service here and we've been close to 10 times in the last year.

Ok Yelpers, I the great and powerful John will tell you the secret to catching a good meal from the River! (Yes, I went there!) Get a salad, NO REALLY get a salad... Yes, even you too Men! I know it's hard to order when you see pizza and steak, but trust me. I've ate here many times and the only times I've had a good experience was when I order a salad as my entree. OK now lets get to the best part, order the hot bacon as your salad dressing. I know it looks and sounds disgusting, but it's not. So close your eyes and dump that sweet nectar all over those greens. Now that your in flavor town, (well if you like bacon I guess), you will be saying John was right this place isn't so bad. But if you don't, the cracks in this place will start to show. You will see over priced beer and wine flowing, you will see the corporate greed on the walls, and worst of all you will see how truly dull this place really is. (And yes English teachers out in Yelper Land, I do like run on sentences, they give me a unique tone.) I really do only come here for the salads and that sweet hot bacon action. I tend not to stay long because the place is very loud on most nights. All and all there are worst places to eat, but their salads are truly special. PS: If you want to talk might want to bring a megaphone just in-case.

We have been to copper river grill 2-3 times. It is conveniently located in the bower pkwy strip mall. The pasta was decent, but I didn't like their salads. But the reason I am giving 2 stars is because some of the menu items are overpriced.

My friend suggested Copper River Grill. I visited during lunch hours. Surprisedly, it was not very crowded & I understand why; based on the reviews I read before-hand. I waitress was very nice & attentive. I had the Bigfoot Monster-in-law burger with creamed spinach, it was okay; a little salty. At the conclusion of our lunch, our waitress said she was getting off & someone else would assist. So, paid our bill. & guess the young lady left because she did not come back. The next person was young man who did not acknowledge us @ all. He focused only the people @ the other tables. He did ask if we wanted anything else. My friend asked if we could get some water because it was a little warm on the patio. He seemed to be bothered by her request. He did bring the waters & disappeared. We actually wanted order desserts but decided not to because we were blown off. I have not decided if will visit again about.

I have never been disappointed in the service at this establishment. I have been here 4 times and have always enjoyed my food. I always leave with a takeout box because the portions are huge. I went here for my birthday and took my mother here for her birthday. They are open late into the night with 1.25 domestic draft beers. They are also great with large groups. My ladies group came here for our monthly dinner outing and had a blast. We all sat at the same table and were able to see everyone.

My husband and I ate here yesterday! It was a beautiful day, so we dined on the patio. It was very pleasant. Our service was good, despite it being really busy! I had the Copper River Salad which was a nice, big salad with turkey, ham, bacon, and cheese. My husband had the house salad and she crab soup. We both enjoyed our food and the atmosphere. This side of town is lacking outdoor dining sites and this fit the bill!

Piss Poor! Very few times do I find myself saying, man I wish we didn't come here to eat or drink. This was one of those times. First off the wait was about 45 minutes. Ok I'm down with that especially if the food is good and it was a Saturday night. So I go up to buy some drinks. I have a miller light draft and as I'm drinking my second one, my wife says all Miller Lite drafts are 1 dollar. Happy days! I then asked my bartender if this was true. She replies, yes the special just started. I look at my watch and it was 635p I said, my other two beers don't count for The buck special? Her reply was, no. WTF is that $hit? First who starts a drink special at 635p? I wasn't happy but I didn't want to say anything I mean its miller lite not Circus Boy. We get seated and the service is a little slow but its all good. So my son orders the croissant app and my father in law has the wings. The croissants come out and I bite into it and its not cooked. It was raw dough inside. Sorry folks that's BS under cooking croissants? Unbelievable. I say something to our server and she brings out a few new ones not even a full order. That's BS too. My father in law liked the wings which to be fair I wanted to mention. For the main course, I had fried shrimp with a loaded baked potato, my wife had the Salmon, my son had the pepperoni pizza, and my mother in law ordered a pizza too. all of our food was delivered except my mother in laws pizza. The server told her that they burned her pizza and they would have to make a new one. Really, how often do you ever hear, Im sorry we burned your pizza......Pure bull$hit and lack of attention while cooking. It gets better, my son starts eating his pizza and he asks me to try it. I take a bite and guess what folks it's not F'ing cooked. the dough is raw. Someone doesn't know how the hell to work the damn oven. Now I'm pissed so I call over to guy who looks like a manager. As I do this my son is getting mad at me because he doesn't want me to say anything. I looked at him and said too bad. I ask the guy, are you the manager, he looks at me and says, well I'm one of three managers with this stupid look on his face. Now ladies and gentlemen, here is the real problem, this particular manager has no leadership or initiative skills which is evidenced by the way he, Moe and Curly are running the Copper Titanic. So I tell this manager, lets call him Larry, the issues and he offered to bring out a new pie, but my son said he's full which is BS because he barely ate. Again to be fair, my wife liked her Salmon which was cooked on a plank. My shrimp were ok but I gave half of them to my father in law. The best part of my meal was my dinner salad and loaded baked potato. Now for the cherry on top of the sundae, the check comes and they don't comp $hit. I guess they figured we were from out of town so who gives a F. Who the hell knows, but I'll NEVER be back. I highly recommend if you are just traveling thru Columbia not to even think of eating here. The food and customer service BLOWS! Stay Hungry!

Nice place, great steaks and salads! it can be a little busy... The hot croissants are so very good!! The beer selection is not the best...only a "one vender" selection?... again, where is the selection of North and South Carolina brews- this is slack of the local area restaurant managers!!

Great prime rib and salads. Food comes quickly though. They usually don't give you enough time to eat your salad.

I've been here a couple times..can't say I love it but can't say I hate it either. The drinks are pretty good and the service is good too, just not a place I would be willing to drive all the way to the Harbison area for. I just don't like the fact that the kitchen closes so early and this has happened more than once. One time we went and they were only serving desserts, not too great when you're starving and trying to drink wine. Another time we went there, starving again but didn't remember that the kitchen closed early until the waitress told us but luckily this time, they were serving pizza at least and it was actually very good. I would go to this place again if in the area but like I said, I wouldn't specifically go to Harbison just to go to this restaurant.

Called to ask questions about their gluten free menu. Only got as far as appetizers when learned that they use a common fryer. That alone means that they have hopped on the GF Bandwagon but don't fully understand GF and cross contamination. They may have good food but it's not worth taking a chance if you are Celiac and must have GF.

My friend Amber and I went here today for lunch it was very good. I had She-Crab Soup, a Shrimp Po Boy with Fries and Bread Pudding. My friend Amber had Parmesan Crab Dips, a side salad with eggs and ham and cheese and all kinds of stuff on it, a BBQ Grilled Chicken Sandwich with a Creamy Pasta Salad, and White Chocolate Banana Pudding. The food was amazing, the desserts were huge!!! The Banana Pudding could of fed an army and so could the Bread Pudding, and it was cheap, my whole lunch was $28.00 and my friend Amber's was about 38.00. The Po Boy was really good, It of course wasn't as good as the Po Boys I have had in New Orleans or even the ones I have had in Biloxi, but the one at Copper River, was good, and you got to give them props for trying. The She Crab Soup though was the best soup I have had in a while, and the Crab Dip was good too on toasted bread or just eaten with a regular spoon.

Great food, inexpensive, cold draft at great price, great atmosphere! Just a great place to eat and hang! Did I say great? I have to agree with Edwin G. Very California Dreaming with out the cost or wait. AND the cigars are just a hop skip and jump away (if your lady allows it)

Ate here on sunday day after christmas. the snow was still falling so the place was not crowded. service was good, ordered onion rings and buffalo chicken fingers for appetizors. Very good. We had chicken tenders, ribs, terriyaki salmon and kodiak chicken for our main courses. all was very tasty and cooked to order. will go back again

The place has had a broken AC for over a month. The food made both my husband & myself ill. Since they are not taking care of the AC where the customers are, I'm wondering about how they are keeping things cool in the kitchen.

From the outside it looks like an everyday shopping mall. But when we walked inside to see the menu the restaurant surprised me. The lightning and high ceilings with a warm Cozy feeling just convinced us that we were going to eat here. They have smoked fire ribs and chicken, seafood and fire brick pizza. I ordered the ribs (full rack $14)and the meat just fell off the bone. My husband ordered the blackened chicken Alfredo ($13) and he loved it. If you have ever eaten at Logan's and have had their rolls multiple that by 5 and you have their rolls. you don't get a basket when you sit down you have to order them but they are worth it. You also get a roll if you get a salad. I shouldn't call them rolls because they are croissants with honey butter on them. The prices are the same for any steak house

We went as a group of 10 for a birthday celebration. We had made a reservation & were seated when we arrived. We had one waitress who waited our table and she seemed to handle our group well. Our appetizers & entrees were sent out to the table in a timely manner and the food was great! The only complaint I had was the loaded mashed potatoes could have been warmer, but the glazed salmon was excellent. All in all we had a great time. Debbie G. Columbia, SC

Stopped by on way through Columbia. I had a chicken salad which was pretty good. I also had the she crab soup which was excellent. The service was really slow, which is surprising because they were not crowded. The bread was doughy. All in all it was ok, but not nearly as good as some of the other Copper River Grills we have been to.

Food was great. As others have stated, however, the seating and such was a mess. We were told by the hostesses (apparently they need two hostesses) we couldn't be seated because they had no server. Two hostesses, and a field of empty tables. It was Tuesday evening at 7pm. Yelp had warned me that the waiting here was the hardest part. So my uncle asks if he could order drinks at the bar and have them transferred over to the eventual bill. Sure, Hostess Number 1 said. So off we went. We were eventually rediscovered by Hostess Number 1 and seated with our drinks. Suddenly Hostess Number 2 arrived and told us we needed to pay for our drinks; now. Like, RIGHT NOW. So much for us taking Hostess Number 1 for her word. I won't drivel on about the details more than I have already, but they obviously all spend their time on different pages. I must commend them in that the food was very, very good. But it ain't like the NO LADIES had any contribution towards the quality of the food. But man what a mess otherwise. I loved my she-crab (I guess that's a thing?) soup but I found myself doubting any and every thing the staff told us. I wanted a burger, asked her how big it was. She said 'well, its like, big'. I asked 'like, 55 ounces?' and she said 'yeah'. I hate these chain places, as did my cousins. My uncle no longer gets to choose what places we eat at. AVOID. Go find a nice Mom & Pop place instead. These mall joints are a trap.

Poor customer service experience and management. At first I felt sorry for them seeing the wait they had. They didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in and they never left the hostess stand. We checked in and walked to bar while we waited. When our table was ready I waited over 5 minutes to pay bartender for our drinks. The sad part is there are 3 people behind the bar and less than. 10 people drinking. We get to our table and as we walk around the corner I noticed there are more than. 8 tables open along with a few booth and tables up top available. As we sat down we waited for someone to come to our tables and that never happened. Poor waitress had no idea what to do I guess. There was us and two other tables taking her section much less the while side of the restaurant. She finished taking the order at one table then moved to the next and not telling how long it will be before she gets to our table and we've waited long enough. Poorly managed restaurant, it was not as busy as the untrained staff made it look. They just didn't know what they were doing.

The menu looks like they take the best items on other people menus and put it under one roof. Unfortunately, they didn't perfect them like their corporate brethren. Been here at least four times and never been impressed. Our last experience was our last attempt and all we were having was drinks. We sat at the bar and let the bartender know immediately we were attending a movie next door, and we were there just for a drink. When we got our drinks I asked for the check. It took 15 minutes to get our check, and it was wrong? We ordered two Gin & Tonics. Our check had a single piece of Pizza on it? This seemed strange since we were the only ones at the bar. It was also a cheap item that if my wife hadn't looked at the bill I would have paid for. This just seemed fishy to us since there was nobody else at the bar, and we were told "oh I put that on the wrong ticket." It took another 10 minutes to get it corrected and out the door. We were late to our movie. To many places around to go there in my opinion.

Ordered steak nachos and shrimp po boy. Nachos were unevenly and overly covered in bleu cheese. Steak was piled onto 2 whole chips leaving the rest of the nachos completely plain. Po boy was incredibly bland. Bread was stale as well. I took one bite and put it down. I also tried eating the shrimp alone and it was completely flavorless. The food at this location is well below the level of an Applebee's or any other medium chain restaurant. Service was not rude but oblivious. I admit to not calling a manager because I was so disappointed in the experience we are simply choosing to never return. $40 for a burger which my Uncle had, a po boy, and nachos. (Without tip.) I'm positive there are worse one star locations, but this one had no redeeming qualities to bring it to 2 stars. Just pick from anywhere else in the local area.

My date and I were seated by the hostess after a 10 minute wait (which was not too bad for 9pm on a Saturday night). After 10 to 15 minutes later, we noticed that a couple that had been seated several minutes after us were already served drinks and had there orders taken, but we had not even been acknowledged by anyone since being seated. So, I got the attention of the hostess and told here that we were sitting for quite a while and had not seen a server. A couple of minutes later, a server came over and mentioned that although she was not our server, she was going to get our drinks. A few minutes later, a lady came over and took our order (we later discovered that she was a manager). It was a bit funny to watch her write our orders down on the back of a napkin. So, our food came out in a timely fashion and I must mentioned that it was delicious as usual. We ordered salad, pizza, and wings. The food was brought out to the table by the kitchen staff, which I think is usual, but we still did not have a server. We had to flag down a server to asked for extra saucers. Several minutes later, the manager came to our table to check on us and my date requested a refill on her sweet tea. About 10 minutes later there was still no tea. We were both disgusted at this point, so once again I had to flag down another server and I asked to speak to a manager. This is when we discovered that the lady that took our order and forgot to bring the refill of tea WAS the manager. All I can say is that the poor customer service made this a horrible experience. I've never been so neglected as a customer as I was with this experience. And the sad part is that after reading other reviews, I see that this restaurant has a history of poor customer service.

Is this my first 1 star review? I give them out so rarely that I'm not sure. But if any place deserves it, it's Copper River Grill. The service was atrocious. The hostess didn't look up or say 2 words to us before passing us over to someone else to seat us. She walked us over to our table, set our menus down and left without a word. Uhm. Ok? Our waitress was fine, but we had to ask 3 separate times for a cup of ice. I also ordered my salad without olives, and I'm pretty sure she put a few extra on there just to spite me. My salad also came out sans dressing, so it was basically the worst. Our waitress did go out of her way to ask the chef about the collared greens, which was nice of her, so I'll give her props for that, but other than that the meal was just awful. Maybe I should've ordered one of the deep fried tubs of lard they have on the menu, because that's obviously their specialty. Shame on me for getting a salad.

In the past this restaurant was my go to in the area. The salads and service were on point. This is not the status quo now. We recently visited copper river and we're surprised when we walked in to see many tables open. We asked the hostess to be seated and then she said there would be a 15 minute wait. So we decided to sit at the bar, we'll we couldn't sit the because a fourth of the bar was covered in plates and drinks that were not cleared off for the whole time we were standing there. By this time we were starting to get annoyed so I went back to the hostess and asked her if we could sit at one of the empty tables by the bar. She said that would be fine. Hmmm 15 mins? Well we sat down and waited 5 to 10 mins, never even saw a waiter to take our order. We promptly walked out. Really disappointed. Service here has gotten really bad. This place needs a restaurant rescue. Go to bonefish. Good service and food there. You won't be disappointed

When we arrived the restaurant was busy, so we had to wait for a seat. When we were seated it took a while to get our drinks and orders in but we figured, it's because it's busy, right? Our food (eventually) came out and there was plenty of it for the price. So no complaints about the food! Although there was a lot of butter on my loaded mashed potatoes... As it got later and the restaurant cleared out, out service was still disappointingly slow. In short, it's a pretty good restaurant but the service is slow.

The only reason I didn't give this place a 5, is bc of the service. The food was better than my husband and I expected! We're fans of California Dreaming, and Copper River Grill is very similar, with less expensive prices. I honestly don't even want to get into the service, but I will, to help other Yelpers. It was around 3:00pm on a Sunday; we overheard staff saying that other staff members had called in, so they were short-handed; the server at the bar (tall, skinny, Caucasian guy) brought the salt and pepper shakers I requested (shocker), and when I said "Thank you", as he was getting them, he ignored me! I thought that he didn't hear me, due to the noise of the restaurant (although we were literally only 3 or 4 feet away from each other), but when I said "Thank you" when he sat them in front of me, he IGNORED ME AGAIN, while looking right at me! I hadn't been that angry at another person in a very long time, lol. I'm angry at his nastiness again just typing about it! Anyway, there was another server who was the absolute sweetest young lady! She brought our food shortly after Ignore Gate, and I had to tell her! Well, her tables were on the other side of the restaurant, but she made her way back over to us, at the bar, multiple times, just to check on us. She saved our Copper River service experience. Seriously. But, as I said before, the food is very yummy!

We ate here and got the croissants which were incredibly good! I can't wait to try them again. I also got chicken strips with a salad, both were good. But I have to tell you about our server. He was probably the best server I've ever had! He was so good that he's set a very high bar for all other servers to strive to reach. I had a very nice dining experience.

Solid 3 stars. Would b 3 1/2 but I can't mk it do that lol. The food was delicious. I had a big salad and wings and some of their sweet rolls! It's just the speed at which the food leaves the kitchen to your table! Took a god awful long time

I've been to Copper River several times & can't remember a time that the service was this horrible. I'm fairly sure that our lunch party of 6 had a new server. I've waited tables for years and felt sorry for this girl who obvious couldn't handle her section - 3 2top tables and our 6 top. She was super slow (it took her 10 minutes to get 2 cokes, 3 waters and a sweet tea) and no one was jumping in to help her, despite the fact that there were several staff members walking around empty handed the entire time. The kitchen was obviously backed up this Friday afternoon as our main courses got to the table before our appetizers. Very disappointing...

3 strikes and your out! Today we went in were seated and waited 10 minutes for nobody to acknowledge us. They were not busy and there were several folks that walked by without even eye contact. The last three times here we have received horrible service. Although once you get the food it is very good. Makes it hard to go back. Copper River you are officially off the list.

Food is always good, but the service sucks!! Waited to order, then we get our food and never get a drink refill. Then have to ask for our check and boxes. The whole time someone is standing in front of us using the computer and never checks to see if we need anything.

This started out as a GOLD star five star recommendation from a friend of ours. I excited about this place and was going to use a diet cheat day to have a really good meal. We tried to get a time where there weren't a lot of people and we could enjoy it without noise and waiting. It was not busy on arrival and we were seated quickly. That was the last thing that was quick. Rolls were good but not great, the young lady that took our drink order seemed to be very distracted or uninterested in working. I think she may have been getting off because we never saw her again. The young lady that took our order after waiting a while was gracious and nice. Food took forever to come the prime rib my fiance' had was over cooked or something, I'm still not sure what went wrong with his meal. My fish was over cooked and asking for NO RED ONION on things apparently means add extra red onion. I was not at all impressed with this place. I would probably go back because everyone has an off day but it didn't live up to the hype.

Decent service and awesome value. I had the grilled salmon salad last night and had to come back for it tonight. That salmon is seriously great. Cooked perfectly and huge portion. Also loved the mashed sweet potatoes....not over buttered or sugared. Perfection. If I was in town tomorrow Id come back and do it all again

Have never been disappointed with any meals here. My favorite is the house salad but the honey covered croissants are also to die for. Pizza here is good too if you enjoy flat bread style. Service can be slow at times but overall decent place to eat.

I use to be a fan of Copper River but tonight was my last time. The service is horrible yes horrible, I won't call any names but the waitress was soo rude and nonchalant as well as the manager. Waited forever for food then the order turned out to be incorrect. No apology about wait time or nothing...This business has gone down hill tremendously! !!!

We had a reservation for 6:30 (confirmed via text earlier in the day)... An hour later at 7:30 when our party was finally seated at separate booths, the manager (who had finally begrudgingly sat us after "accidentally" texting us that our table was ready at 7:00) informed us that she was unable to do anything for us in terms of discount on food/appetizers. My steak was ordered medium and arrived well done. The "crab stuffed shrimp" was shrimp served on top of crabmeat. Our waiter was friendly, but our time was overall disastrous due to their ineptness at holding a reservation.

We came to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday and our visit here started out nicely. After we ordered our food it all went down hill. 1) The wrong salads were brought out to us. One person never got the right salad and we had to ask for it. 2) The she crab soup had a lot of shells in the bottom. Not to mention the danger of this. 3) One of us ordered pizza and the bottom of the pizza had so much flour that it tasted like cheese and flour After eating we had to find the waiter. He brought over a salad for the birthday girl and our check. There were a lot of people working in this restaurant but it sure was hard to get one to help us. We asked him if we could order desert and he took our order and brought it over in a TO GO box.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. We had a delightful experience. The food was great. We had pizzas, nachos and kids meals. All were beautiful and tasty. We had an excellent and attentive server that went above and beyond. The restaurant provides a warm, casual overall environment.
Completely underwhelmed - will not go back. After we were seated, we placed our orders about 10 minutes later. My wife and I both ordered sandwiches. It took at least 45 minutes to get our food. Once we did get our food my sandwich and fries were cold. The server apologized for the wait but made no concessions on price or offered no free dessert or what not. He didn't even send a manager over (one was floating around the restaurant asking other tables how everything was - he never stopped by ours). I mentioned when we first got there that this was our first visit to the restaurant, so I was hoping the server would try his best to do well, but between the high prices for all the meals, the slow service, and the sub-quality food we will not be returning. I don't often complain about food or service in general and I haven't been on Yelp in years - I made it a point to say something because it was a pretty terrible experience overall. Side notes: The server also took the glass with my straw in it and didn't give me another one. He also didn't ask if we wanted dessert before bringing the ticket - not big problems at all, but poor form for a server in general and after the bad time we were having it just added to the list of things we weren't happy with.

(4)Michael V.

(5)Scott C.
(4)M L.
(1)F Z.

(4)Mia C.

(5)K R.

(4)Chris L.
Great prime rib and salads. Food comes quickly though. They usually don't give you enough time to eat your salad.
(5)Nakiba B.

(5)Jazz B.
Great food, inexpensive, cold draft at great price, great atmosphere! Just a great place to eat and hang! Did I say great? I have to agree with Edwin G. Very California Dreaming with out the cost or wait. AND the cigars are just a hop skip and jump away (if your lady allows it)
(5)Mitch Kim D.
(4)Claire B.
The place has had a broken AC for over a month. The food made both my husband & myself ill. Since they are not taking care of the AC where the customers are, I'm wondering about how they are keeping things cool in the kitchen.

Excellent food, great waitstaff and lots of good beers on tap.

(5)Debbie G.
(4)Ed W.
(3)Chet L.
(1)Ross M.
(1)Adam B. J.
(2)Erick O.

(1)Sydney G.
(1)Gina T.
Love it The house salad w/ warmed house dressing is the best Service is always excellent
(5)Ryan T.
(1)Miranda G.
(3)Krystal D.
(4)G M.
(4)Brian B.
Service was extremely slow. We ordered chips and salsa and chips were stale. Went w/club and it was good though.
(1)Miriam F.
Solid 3 stars. Would b 3 1/2 but I can't mk it do that lol. The food was delicious. I had a big salad and wings and some of their sweet rolls! It's just the speed at which the food leaves the kitchen to your table! Took a god awful long time
(3)Kelly B.
Reasonable prices, average food, average service and sometimes chaotic atmosphere. Enjoyed the salad that mimics the California Dreaming salad.
(3)Briana G.
(2)Chris S.
(1)Kimberly C.
Food is always good, but the service sucks!! Waited to order, then we get our food and never get a drink refill. Then have to ask for our check and boxes. The whole time someone is standing in front of us using the computer and never checks to see if we need anything.
(2)Bo F.

After leaving the Columbiana Mall, I was cruising the nearby area and my boyfriend noticed this place. I took a quick peek at their Yelp reviews and decided to give it a try. We ordered an app of Smoked Chicken Wings which were meaty and tasty with a mild zing. For entrees the boyfriend ordered Salmon with some sort of glaze, and I ordered the Crab stuffed Tilapia w steamed veggies. After we finished the app out came our salads. He had the Caesar and I had the House salad! OMG my house salad was like nothing I have had before it was loaded with bacon, egg, and fresh crisp iceberg lettuce. With the salad I had a homemade bacon salad dressing but I opted for the honey mustard which had just the right amount of sweetness for my bacon. Along with the salad came this fresh baked croissant that had a bit of honey glaze on it. DELISCIOUS! My salad could have been my meal because after eating 3/4 of it I was full and satisfied. I tried a bit of my fish entrée, and it was pretty good alil under seasoned but good and flavorful with the crabmeat. And my steamed veggies of squash zucchini and broccoli was nice! As we were ready to wrap things up he ordered a White Chocolate Banana Pudding to go. I will be honest, it's not appealing to look at, but it sure is one sweet guilty pleasure.. a couple of spoonfuls took me to me to a very happy place!! NOM NOM NOM. I would try this place again, on sunny warm day as I would like having lunch on the outside patio. . If you like American Southern cuisine.... this is a definite GO!
