I love chili's and since I was driving a hour anyway to take my son to a near by doctor appt I decided to meet up with a friend from high school who I havent seen in 25 years. We went for the 2 for $20 and shared my favorite chips and salsa- so addictive! I had the cajun chicken pasta and ordered it with extra everything! she ordered the bacon ranch chicken quesadillas our server Taylor (Tay-tay) said he would make sure they hooked me up on the alfredo sauce as I told him no chilis ever puts on enough (dry pasta is just a sticky gross chewy thing without plenty of sauce!) nothing against Taylor but alas the "extra" sauce was a tiny dipping bowl of it. poured that on and about 5 minutes into my meal you couldnt even see any sauce. so again had poor taylor running to retrieve more and again brought the same amount as before. it helped some but still was not enough. of course neither of us finished our entrees and boxed it to take home. Taylor was gracious enough to give us some chips and salsa to take with us to since we didn't finish that either. so overall the service was spectacular, food taste was really good. but the stingy kitchen and lack of willingness to share enough alfredo sauce really rubbed me the wrong way.

I ordered a big burger with fries from the bar, the burger was perfect, the fries were way too salty and with pepper.. But the real problem for me was the table surface was sticky and just disgusting even after I asked them to wipe it... Service seems to be a bit of an issue...

Took 45 minutes to receive two orders of chips & salsa I ordered online. Wish they would have let me in the kitchen to do it myself. Also requested extra salsa and did get any. About 6 employees asked me if I had been helped but I suppose no one knew how to put chips in a bag. After this exceedingly long wait, two managers came out, asked me what I ordered, and got it within a few minutes.

This Chili's is by far the worst one I've ever been to. The server I want to believe was in training or on probation as the guy couldn't remember anything. He gave us no silverware and when we asked he brought one fork for the one person that has an entree that would be best eaten with a fork. We received half orders and were promised the sides later (they never came). Refills were nonexistent and he would stare at our table from afar as if he was trying to remember what we needed or asked for. He even asked us a couple of times if we ordered a certain item. When we finally received our sides they were doubled, cold and the oranges tasted weird. I say for a slow rainy night this Chili's should have dedicated some time to retraining.

Waited so long for our meals that the manager gave us free desserts. Good customer service doesn't mean waiting an hour for a slab of ribs. Chet the server blamed the kitchen. The kitchen and the manager blamed Chet. To be fair to him, I saw Chet put our order in, so it wasn't all his fault. It was just way too slow. My son kept complaining of hunger while we waited. The check was also incorrect.

Customer service here stinks! I called to confirm my order before I went up to this Chili's, when I got there they didn't have a record of my order. WOW! Thanks for nothing! On top of that standing at the counter the staff just ignored me. I stood there waiting for someone to comeback and take my order. The food was also sub-par tonight. Well rounded evening Chili's thanks for reminding me why we eat at home so much more these days.

I know it's a chain restaurant but sometimes I just want some Southwestern Egg Rolls. This was one of those days. We normally go to the location on Harbison Blvd but the Two Notch location is closer to our home. The staff was incredibly nice and very responsive to anything we asked for but the food left something to be desired. We ordered the egg rolls (with extra avocado ranch because that junk is DE-LISH) and they arrived at the table in under 5 minutes but they were not hot. Warm at best. This has not been my experience at the Harbison location. They are always ridiculously hot and we have to wait to eat them. They were not anywhere near hot here but they were still tasty. Boyfriend and I gobbled them up. We both ordered the Cajun Pasta for dinner. He got shrimp and I ordered chicken. Again... the food came out quickly but not hot. The pasta was barely warm and the sauce wasn't creamy. I honestly felt like it had been microwaved. Also, the seasoning wasn't cooked in with the food it was just sprinkled on top. Every bite was super spicy. Even boyfriend thought it was spicy and he has a high tolerance for spice. It's a shame that the kitchen staff can't get it together. We will probably just take the extra time to go to Harbison next time.

The meal was fine. Crowd was nice and quiet, service was sweet and patient. They had a little game people could play on the table for 99 cents, which was extremely entertaining and took away from the overly long wait. And the wait was LONG. Very long. The food was fine, as I mentioned before: I ordered shrimp, steak, rice, and mashed potatoes. Nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about. However, they have a weird tea and lemonade mixture that's actually incredible to the taste.

I recently found out I have an allergy to cayenne pepper. They weren't able to tell me for sure on some of the items on their menu I asked about, but they were very accommodating. They even printed out a list of things and googled things they were unsure of. They really went above and beyond on working with me and my newfound allergy. A + to the staff!

Words of caution: If you go here for lunch, be prepared to get the biggest food coma and experience sleepiness like the characters of the wizard of oz do when the walk through the field of poppies, I'm serious, no joke! We went for a hike this morning and then strolled into Chilis for lunch to calm our voracious appetites. They didn't disappoint as every dish we had on the table was family size and could easily feed three instead of one! My fire grilled corn guac was delish, and the side of seasoned vegetables was also pretty good. I also asked for the chocolate chip paradise pie for dessert and it was paradise like its description. My friends were both completely stuffed from their meals but couldn't resist sampling my pie and they both loved it too. I am pretty health conscious and can't see myself eating at Chilis regularly but every now and then it's great to satisfy that guilty pleasure. If you go and have a sweet tooth, their dessert options are the best things on the menu!
