Best Chick-fil-A around. All employees smile and are ready to serve. Only other place I get this type service is when I stay at the Ritz or go to Disney.

Pros: Our family ordered at least ten times here. The food was delicious: the chicken was incredibly tender, the waffle fries were so crispy and hard to resist when we have been trying to eat healthier. They have been giving us a lot of their pre-packaged sauces for free. Cons: At the drive-in, they forgot several times different items in our orders. If we didn't keep our receipts, they haven't been gracious about it. We had to go inside the restaurant to re-order and pay for whatever food their forgot.

I've gotten food here through the drive thru but I decided to eat inside today. Everyone inside was very courteous, the food was good and the cookie was out of this world! It was also very clean and they came around and checked to see if we needed any refills or anything else. I'll definitely be coming back.

Very clean and friendly establishment right here on Decker blvd. this place has never messed up a single order. The people they hire here actually care about what they are doing. Most fast food places should take a page from Chick fil a, they have outstanding customer service and great food. Which gets customers to return for it every time!

It is hard to believe that the service for a fast food restaurant is better than most sit-down restaurants. People are courteous and seem to really enjoy their jobs. I go there every now and then on my lunch break, maybe once or twice a week, and they even remember me and have occasionally greeted me by name. When sitting indoors, they will almost always offer to take your tray or refill your soda, something that fast food restaurants never do. Their catch-phrase is "my pleasure," when you thank them for anything. It is probably instilled in them at the management level, but they seem to embrace it. They at least give the appearance of taking pride in pleasing you. The food is just like Chik-Fil-A -- better than most fast food, but still fast food and not exactly perfect. The salads are good if you want lighter fare, and the shakes are good if you want to indulge. The sandwiches are reasonably healthy and tasty. What keeps me coming back is the service.
