The past 2 times I've been to this location, my kids have found hair in their food....once in ice cream and once in the fries. Both times, the hair was shorter length and looked either very blonde or gray.

Consistently fast, friendly and accurate service, even in the drive thru. I just wish I'd stop craving their food on Sundays when they're closed!! Love getting the cookies and cream milk shake after the spicy chicken sandwich.

Had lunch here today. Hot! Delicious! Good service. Served quickly. I had the chicken strip 3 count. Lemonade, also good. Small cole slaw. FABULOUS!

My dad and I were in town while staying for the Masters and ate here three times in three days. Adventurous aren't we? Ha, usually we were just too tired from walking around Augusta all day to venture very far from our hotel for food. Each time, the service was excellent, and of course, it's Chick-fil-A, so you know the food is going to be great. I've never really felt compelled to leave a review for a fast food restaurant before but the overwhelming Southern hospitality made the spicy chicken sandwich taste even better than when I visit this chain up North. I'm coming for you during the 2016 Masters, get ready.

I have been to Chick-fil-A in several states and I am sorry to say, this is my least favorite. The service of the store was okay. Hearing an employee going on about how he previously worked at McDonald's (to another employee,) from where we were eating was unnecessary. The woman who took our order was pleasant enough. The cleanness of the dining area and bathrooms was great. I'm not sure how they clean the kid's play area, but my kids came out after only a couple of min. saying the the whole play structure was wet. (We were there in the morning.) What I take issue with was the food itself. The breading on the chicken was more soft than crisp. It kind of tasted like it had been made before it was ordered. The hash-browns had been so heavily salted that the salt acted as a second crust. I have never found Chick-fil-A hash-browns to be too salty.
