This is one of Columbia's better Chick-fil-a restaurants. It's always busy here. The Drive-thru is always crowded, but the service is usually quick. The inside is clean and the staff is constantly cleaning. The restrooms are also clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the menu items. This location also has an indoor playroom for kids. Did I mention the Chick-fil-a sandwiches and chicken noodle soup are also good? Quick, Easy, and Inexpensive meal.

It's their policy to take all coupons whether or not expired on the website. But, this location wouldn't take my coupon and made me look silly for asking. 8 count nugget isn't worth my business I guess.

This chick-fil-a lost its last operator and brought in a high-caliber leader to turn the store around. The employees here seem happy and enjoy working there. I stop here often on my way to Lowe's to feed the beast. They do a great job and I've never had a bad experience here.

The new owner (as of October) is really turning this place around! My food was hot and fresh. Their employees are very friendly. Can't beat the quality of Chick-fil-A's chicken too!

Well, it is the typical Chick Fil A but is well run and clean. I do not like the new spicey chicken, otherwise it is good food. I like the chicken soup, try it sometime, you might like it as well. They support the local businesses and community. I eat here 7 times a year, at least.
