This place is slow and poorly managed. I ordered takeout 40 minutes ago and I'm still standing here waiting for my food. As I look around the restaurant, there are tables that haven't been bussed and no one monitors the take out parking spots. It's a good thing the wings are good. I am always reminded that you don't go to BWW for the service or the dessert.

But remember this place is spankin new. Service is key and they have pulled some excellent help from the sister location. Let's hope this standard is their standard .

Service can be a hit or miss. I think they've been hiring and firing some here and there. The worst thing a server can do is say they can't fulfill a customer's request, especially if it's not absurd. Many servers here like to say "you can't" or "I don't know if you can do that" before asking a manager. For example, my brother loves mango flavored tea. They use a mango syrup for one of their drinks. He just wanted a shot of the syrup in his tea. They could even charge him extra if they wanted as long as he had mango tea. He still has to remind servers that a manager said it was okay to do this. Some servers are inattentive possibly because of their workload. When it's busy, it's packed. After coming here 5+ times, I really haven't had a rude one yet. I just had inattentive servers that rarely check on our table. Food is consistently good. We had a bad batch of sauce one day mixed with our wings, and the manager let us get some new wings mixed in a different sauce of our choice. When only had 25% of our chili cheese fries were covered, we were able to get more chili cheese on it free of charge. It's almost always noisy here unless you come real late at night. I love the fact that this place stays open late. The building is pack with soooooo many TVs. If there's a game you want to watch, there will be a TV in there for you to see it. Bottom line: great place for some decent wings and a good game. It gets 4 stars because of the food. I can't really blame some of their servers for being bad given the type of restaurant BWW is. Pro tip: Get there an 60 minutes before a Carolina game. Seriously, 60 minutes.

will not return. I have been to this BWW on four occasions and all four times had horrible food and horrible service. I was very excited to see them open a location on this side of town last year but unfortunately they just can't seem to get it together.

There is a great atmosphere as well as great food. Wings are great as well as burgers. The selection of 24 draft beers is impressive. Service is usually excellent with a generous number of servers at all times. Finally, it's a great place for UFC fights.

I understand we had a party of 15, but two and a half hours later on top of 4 order mix ups is not cool. Arrived at 7:00 in the evening and ordered drinks. 7:45 got around to our APPETIZERS. 8:30 received appetizers and took our order. 9:00 everyone got their wings, minus the four orders they had gotten wrong/mixed up. I received my meal at 9:15 and by that time everyone was ready for their checks which took ANOTHER thirty minutes. Not impressed buffalo... It was so bad the manager deducted things from our tickets but... Two hours and forty five minutes... For real....

Lots of TVs for sports and the food is delicious but every time I come here it takes 25minutes/plus for the appetizer to come out and the food follows 5 minutes. Don't even get me started on how long it takes to get a beer...this place needs to properly staff their establishment.

Not bad. The food was decent, although I expected the wings to be hotter (I ordered the Wild wings). What was really cool is that the main server allowed my grandson to play with the tablet, and he had a blast. Kudos to you.

Our visit to Buffalo wasn't a great one. We ordered pretzels and a crispy chicken salad. We waited for at least 20 minutes before both were brought out at the same time. I believe the tender on the salad was not fresh as some of the pieces were warm as other pieces were cold like they just came out of the refrigerator. The pretzels were hot and they are the only reason why I gave this review 2 stars. Throughout our time there our waitress would just disappear and then show randomly back up. Then she would apologize for taking so long. Overall, if you are looking for a place to waste your time on waiting for your mediocre food while enjoying sub-par service, this place is for you.

The atmosphere is incredibly noisy, even for non game days. They have a helper-manager that really doesn't do anything except function as a greeter. Food is standard bar food and decent. However, plan to wait at least 30-45 minutes for your order to show up, often cold. Our waitress was new but very attentive.

I love coming here and having a cold one. Then I can watch the game on the big screen. Than top all that off with great customer service. This place is the total package. Can't wait for the start of basketball season.

Sure the drinks and the wings are pretty good but this was terrible service. We sat for over an hour before I got my measley 10 wing order, what's up with that? We weren't the only table getting this dread service either, as we saw so many people complaining to the server. Get your act together you are a disgrace to the buffalo wild wings name. Its a sad day in buffalo wild wing history.... The server Joshua...blamed everything on the kitchen and the computer...yet the manager came by and kicked ass at her job. Get it together Joshua! You lost my trust forever Joshua, I'll miss you in my circle of trust.

Me and my fiancé just moved to Columbia and one of the first places we went to was buffalos. We wanted drinks and wings. When we first came in we found out the ac was broken, which happens, so we were sat outside to better accommodate us. There was one server and one bartender out there and they were getting slammed. But they were absolutely amazing. I have been in the service industry for 6 years and it takes a lot to impress me. My fiancé ordered the wings and he wanted all drums, no place ever lets him do that, but they did. Which was amazing because the other ones he just throws away. I was drinking my drinks faster then an average person and my server was right there to bring me a new one. Then we ordered a green t shot. Which is something they don't have there, we told them what was in it and they made it perfect. The bartender even came over and talked to us before he made it because it was going to be a super expensive shot and he didn't want us to be surprised when our bill came. This experience was truly amazing and we will be back.
