This week was the fist time I've been to this location in 10 years. I had the burger on a pretzel bun with fries. They were also offering free pie so I had a piece of Apple pie. It was all very tasty and that was a pleasant surprise. I thought the price was a bit high, but the people were presents, the service was good, and the taste was pleasant so I rate it 4 stars!

went around 5pm on a saturday night. No other people in the lobby but had to wait 5 minutes for someone to ask about seating(too busy folding napkins). Wanted to sit in lounge so we could watch sports but were told we couldn't. Didn't understand why since there were 6 tables empty- asked to see manager. Manager said sorry but they were too busy- hard to see how since lounge was half empty. He said we could sit at bar, but we wanted a table. Said thanks and left(still no one waiting to be seated in the lobby). This has happened several times in the last several months- I wouldn't recommend eating here with that service. Must have changed staff since wasn't like this 6-8 months ago. Longhorn's across the street had a waiting line into the parking lot. No wonder their lobby was empty.

I had a pretty great dinner, I must say. I enjoyed the salmon, and it was delicious. My girlfriend had the shrimp scampi, which I tried and was also good. Of course their rolls are always great. Service was good as well. manager came twice to check on us. A good experience over all.

Smoking or Non? Really? I haven't heard that question in years! Non Smoking PLEASE! As a reformed smoker i do not like, and cannot stand the smell of ashtrays or cigarette smoke at ALL! That includes having to walk through the cloud of smoke at the bar on the way to the restroom. Okay, but that's about all the rant I'm going to go on about lighting up. The fish and chips was enough to change the oil in my system. Small portions of cod filets, not great, but not bad by any stretch either. This is not a Northern "Fish Fry" by any means, the fish does not hang off both ends of the plate like it does up north. It's also overpriced as far as value for what one gets is concerned. That said, it was still tasty and I didn't have to worry about anything being prepared incorrectly. The flavored iced teas are TOO SWEET!! Folks, cut down on the sugar a little, please! I'd rather have to add a sugar packet than to try to figure out how to get the sugar back out of the tea! Our server was a young guy who was not particularly attentive. He took a great deal of time getting our drinks and coming back to get our orders and his follow up was almost non-existant. As far as the entire experience goes, I'll pass on stopping here again. I think I'd rather eat at Chic Fil-A or Captain D's to get the similar quality food for a better price, and with better service.

I've never been to an O'Charley's that didn't make me feel like going ape-shit on the entire staff. As usual, the hostess is some pissy little high school brat that doesn't greet you, the food is never prepared right, and the price is too high. There is no way they can ever win my business back now. Not even if Phil Hickey jumped out of a plane and committed harakiri while reading a list of apologies to all the customer's he's pissed off.

This is one of our usual stops for lunch after church. The food is middle of the road good and the service can be spotty. On this particular visit the service was outstanding as our waitress was at the top of her game.

Do we really have to give a place at least 1 star? If I could, I wouldn't give this place ANY stars! I have given O'Charley's several chances to win over my business and my trip to this one was the final straw. The pot pie I ordered came out cold and the topping was just a piece of fried filo dough placed on top. The waitress wasn't apologetic at all, and she solidified my decision as to my I will never be back!
