Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Had a wonderful pizza on Tuesday night dinner. You must try this little gem at the villages of Woodside

This business has moved to the southside of town, but perhaps opened the new location before they were ready. We were immediately informed they were no longer allowed to be a "byob" establishment as of the prior day's gov't inspectors. The location is very nice, as is the new building. There are no window treatments so the sun coming straight in the windows must be a problem. There is also no overhead lighting in more than half the restaurant. Only lighting is a candle on the table. (Really, no lights in the ceiling recesses built for them.) My companion's Veal Sorrento was o k, not better than homemade. My Veal Marsala was very disappointing. Veal was not tender and presented a challenge to the dull butter knife I tried to cut it with. The Marsala sauce was bland. The salads were fresh, but the menu says soup or salad and a side come with entrees, yet we were charged for them. Cannoli was good. Won't go back.

This was without a doubt the worst dining experience of my nearly 70 yrs. Service abysmal. Food very blah. Bill screwed up and overly expensive for the "quality" of the food. Will not go back.

Posted a bad review of this restaurant and now it does not show? The food was poor and the bill was high for such poor quality. Will never go back.

No stars. Worst restaurant ever. Clams on 1/2 she'll were bad & stunk. Then we ordered linguine with mussels. Guess what... The mussels were bad & stunk. How can you serve bad seafood twice. Can't these people smell? Veal parm was overlooked. Pasta Fasioli tasted like dishwater. Then... After the waitress took the bad seafood off the bill, the owner with a rotten attitude snatched back the bill & charged us $14.00 for about $1.00 worth of pasta Alfredo to replace the bad seafood. Do not waste your time, money or taste buds on this place. Plus it was freezing in there. Yuck!!!! Bad food & bad customer service!!!

the cook or boss was mean to our waitress, they should never yell in front of customers. She just ignored him and that was the best thing to do. She was a good waitress and did her job. The salad was wilted, the fish was small portions but we will try again, not sure if I will regret it or not. I hope they read these so they can get a better score and a satisfied customer. Get a clue people

Decided to try. BAD mistake. Ordered Crab Balls, No taste and had the consistency of mush. Wife ordered a spinach salad tasted like they fried the bacon and poured all the grease from the pan on it. yuk. Lasagna had NO flavor and burnt cheese on top. Would not recommend to anyone. And the service was terrible...

Went back for a second try. My pork chop, always a challenge, was tender and extremely tasty. My wife's shrimp scampi was delicious!

Despite mixed reviews from others, we decided to try it ourselves. The food was very good-fried calamari hot ,tender and tasty; chicken parmigiana tasty with the side of ziti good; eggplant parm was very good. Salad was a nice variety of items but a little wilted looking- could benefit from being freshly plated from a chilled salad bowl. The wait staff was inexperienced but anxious to please. The BYOB license is an attractive feature. The timing could have been improved as things came a little too quickly but not a big deal. On balance, we had a nice experience and will go back! We think that with a little work and experience this can be a big "winner".
