Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Decided to try a new Chinese place. I ordered Sweet n Sour Chicken, Crab Rangoons, and Lo Mein Noodles (plain). I normally judge a Chinese take out by the S&S Chicken. To me, it's the one thing they gotta do right. I didn't like it much. The portion was great, about 15 good sized pieces. The consistency was also good, they were golden color and no pieces were over-cooked. What kills it is the batter. Tastes like nothing with a hint of meh. The sauce is terrible. It dips like it was red Koolaid. Again no flavor and also no cherries or pineapples. The other kicker is the styrofoam the chicken comes in. When you dump boiling hot chicken into the container, it melts the sides and your chicken tastes like plastic. Yuck. The Crab Rangoons are just ok. Imagine an apple turnover, but with cream cheese and a few bit of fake crab chunks inside. Again, they give you more than enough in the order. I've had better though. What will make me try this place again are the noodles! Lo Mein are the ones that look kinda like spaghetti with that sorta yellowish color. I like them plain but I might do the veggie next time. This comes in a nice reheatable plastic container. It's a big pile of noodles so you'll have leftovers for tomorrow. The order came with a little box of white rice. I had a bite and it was good. But I already stuffed my face with noodles. The service was right on. Took about 12 minutes to get to my door and $24 + tip. If you want to compare my tastes, I consider Asia Grille to be the awesome place for S&S Chicken and Rangoons. I also like King Woks chicken. Try this place, see what happens.

Exactly what I was looking for! Great Wall is GREAT for take out or a quick bite. Service was friendly and fast, and the combo plate I ordered was delicious and plentiful. This is definitely my top choice for lunch breaks.

Delivery for lunch didn't take long, but the food was sub-par. I'm not sure why there this place has received so many accolades but I certainly hope that this isn't the best of the area. I got the General tsos and requested it "extra spicy" while my boyfriend ordered roast pork with Chinese vegetables. Both were considerably bland with the sauce on the chicken having a flavor reminiscent of ketchup. We did order an appetizer of chicken dumplings which was quite good, but really only enough to keep this from being a one star review. I'm going to try all the other places that deliver and then I might give this place a second go, but I doubt it.

The worst Chinese food I've ever had. The beef teriyaki was tough and rock hard, absolutely no teriyaki sauce. The garlic chicken did not taste like garlic, and it was not spicy in any way. The shrimp fried rice was the worst part. First of all, all strongly dislike pees, and I feel they do not belong in rice (or anything at all really ). Second, it was the mushiest, blandest rice ever. It was so undercooked and tasteless, that I actually downloaded the Yelp app to write this review and warn you to never eat their food. It's not worth even half of what they charge.

Great food, great prices and the fastest delivery service EVER! The food is always well organized and perfectly packaged. Boneless pork strips are delicious! Hidden gem in Woonsocket, RI... Wouldn't order Chinese anywhere else.

Totally undeserving of the random 1 star rating. Replacing the previous Chinese restaurant that once stood in its place, I was pretty psyched to try Great Wall at least a couple times before moving from the Woonie Bin. Cheap, delicious and mad ridiculous fast service, their chicken wings are to die for. Crispy, perfectly cooked and never soggy, I've had nothing but great experiences the 3-4 times we had food delivered. The rice is also quite delicious. Hilariously, the first time I ordered, I had to spend a couple minutes explaining what I meant by "brown gravy" (yup, you can totally tell the owner must be from New York). After that however, they had it down. Granted the food isn't particularly unique or blows me away but if you're looking to save yourself dinero and gorg on greasy, delicious you-know-it's-bad-for-you fried foods, Great Wall is definitely where to order from.

Omg! I have tried sooo many Chinese restaurants in Woonsocket and finally found one that I like! It's a new restaurant that just opened recently and my bf and I have tried most of the food and it's all good! Especially the rice! Every place I go to the rice is either too dry and hard or too soft and soggy. The foods not greasy, right amount of sauce the works! Everyone should definitely try this new spot out!

Awesome restaurant! I ordered online for delivery. The online order process was easy and fast. I can be a bit picky with my food so I put comments on the order. Everything came and was perfect! The delivery came and the driver was very personable. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
