Great value for money spent and a great nod to Chinese food classics. Every appetizer was great from scallion pancakes to tender beef teriyaki. Enjoy and feast.... :)

We had a very nice server, and our order came out quickly and hot, and it was cheap. That's the very best of it. This place is a throwback, the food is pulled from the very same frozen and fried Chinese wholesaler selections I remember from the late 1970's. From the chewy egg roll wrapper to the sweet and sour gelatin glaze, if Chinese food classic hits are your game, this is the place. Myself, I'd skip it.

I thought this place sucked! The food was dry and really chewy. I will never order from here again.

Great food after a night of getting banged up drunk.. Wish they stayed open later for 1am chow. Fav: Chicken Chow Mein and Chicken Teriyaki Those who crtique Fu Ming for quality should not. This is your local VALUE chinese canteen. I don't think the owners are shooting for Michelin stars-

Really if I could give them 20 stars I would. After trying different Chinese restaurants based on yelp reviews I now know that no where in RI can even compete with Fu Ming. I have no reason to go anywhere else for Chinese but here..it can't get any better. The portions are unbelievably big, the food is the most delicious I have ever had and the prices are extremely low. Also the service is always fast, VERY friendly and they are always consistent. If you live in RI honestly take the drive and try fu ming you will not be disappointed. I know for myself I will no longer go waste money on food that's no good..this is the spot if your looking for the best in RI!

Definitely not my favorite Chinese restaurant. Though the prices are very reasonable, the food is not to my taste.

So I've given Fu Ming two attempts.. I've tried the pork chow mein and the wonton soup... Two of my staple items. I thought this place might become a great local Chinese place for delivery due to the place always being packed...but I was wrong.. First off..the chow mein lacked flavor.. It wasn't awful but it needed something.. The biggest disappointment was the wonton soup.. Which should be a combination of wontons, bok choy, pea pods and broth.. This wonton soup had an insane amount of bok choy, no pea pods and a few mushy overcooked wontons..and the broth was awful.... So disappointing.. I will give them one thing... The prices are great as are the portions but those mean nothing when the quality isn't up to par..

Its funny the first time I went here she told me they had the best Chinese around and best prices and well I have to say she was absolutely right!! I love love love this place it is the only place I have found in the warwick area that actually has good food for cheap and the portions are always great!!! Love this place and I won't get my Chinese from anywhere else... I order a poopoo platter for 2, 15 dollars and feeds my wife and I and my 2 kids with a ton left over!!! THE BEST CHINESE AROUND WARWICK!

Food is decent for an average takeout place. It can be slow service. Their rice is not the best but their other food is good.

First thanks to JLynn C., ordered something I might not have thanks to her review and pics. Second how can I give yelp feedback, I would really like half stars. Fu Ming in almost a 5 star Americanized Chinese restaurant. Just got a great take out delivered for Breaking Bad Finale Night. As JLynn C. suggest 1S is a great choice. The amount of food was overwhelming; If it wasn't for Br Ba night I might have gotten 2-3 meals. The beef teriyaki was a little chewy but that can happen almost anywhere unless Chef hands pick every piece and then costs to customer skyrockets. The chicken fingers are some of the best in the area if not the state, some of them a little to greasy, maybe they can work on that. Fried Crispy Chicken Wings were not greasy and moist and tasty. The pork fried rice was very enjoyable. As it sat it did get a little gummy, maybe rice was not washed enough, hope they work on that also. Overall considering the price and I didn't have to leave the house it was an awesome meal. At least 3-4 cups of rice, overflowing the container. 8 pieces of wings, 4 and 4. 4 pieces of chicken fingers and 3 pieces of beef teriyaki. If you live in delivery area you can't go wrong giving Fu Ming a shot. It you are on Providence Street and are hungry or craving Chinese food give them a try I think you will be satisfied.

I have eaten here several times, delivery is fast. I have tried a lot of different things, and with some things it is really hit or miss. The only thing after a year of trying that I will continue to order is the egg rolls and pork fried rice, and I get a side of the house wing sauce to pour over it, they charge a dollar for it but it is VERY tasty! Plus if you worry you aren't getting chicken, but love that sauce, now you can have it.

Great food, very quick and the best chicken wings ever! Order the "House Wings" and you will be very happy with how ooey gooey yummy they are! Not really much for atmosphere.... very few tables and not much room, but the food is great and yes, they deliver!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
