GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was my first time at this location. The dining room was extremely busy, so we decided to sit at the bar while we waited. Our bartender was very friendly and helpful. We had an idea of what we wanted to drink, but with a little friendly persuasion, we ordered something else and were very pleased. She asked if we wanted to eat at the bar, but we opted to wait for a seat. Our wait time was supposed to be 30 minutes, but when your entertained with multiple TV screens and great company, time flies. It seemed like every worker that made eye contact with us gave us a warm greeting. It was quite pleasant. Our waitress was fun and energetic, which made our dining experience interactive. At one point a manager checked on us and didn't just do a drive by, she actually paused and spoke to us for several minutes. Our meal included: The Blossom, 3 Stars Sirloin Steak with Grilled Shrimp, 4 Stars Grilled Salmon ,4 Stars Overall, it was a great dining experience. It's worth the wait. No sure what's in the water here in RI, but keep giving it to your employees...it's working! GREAT JOB!!!

Today our visit was less than good. Multiple mistakes to orders. A fruit fly in my beer, that our waitress Red insisted on replacing but didn't show up with the replacement until 15 minutes later. I refused it at that point as it was a large 22oz beer and I wouldn't have had time to finish before we were done. And for the record, I only took two sips of the beer before I noticed the fly and she took it back. I totally would have continued to drink the beer after I removed the fly. I'm gross, I know! Little extra protein never hurts ;) Asked for no cheese on my salad, my salad had cheese. Details, I say, details. It wasn't even that busy, sigh. This place has just gone downhill. I would advise choosing a different dining location in the area.

The food and service are great. The bread and cinnamon butter are delicious. I love the laid back country vibe. The only downfall is the wait is long but if you do call ahead seating then you're golden.

Okay, I fully admit I don't really like chain restaurants. However this place was fast, friendly, and most importantly the food was pretty damn tasty. -- Well my ribs were slightly dry, but after making my own ribs using a smoker I'm a picky jerk when it comes to ribs so, really to someone who doesn't make ribs themselves these are pretty damn good. I'd like to say I probably won't be back due to the fact it's a chain--- but I probably will be since it's so close, and it's pretty good food.

Warwick Texas Roadhouse is #1! I always get the same thing ( sirloin dinner, loaded mashed potatoes and a house salad with Italian dressing). My steak is always cooked properly, the cheese on my mashed is actually melted, and the house Italian is to die for! Not to mention everyone's favorite, the rolls with cinnamon butter! Yum! Never had a bad meal and the service is on point! I always see people complain about how long the wait is. But if the foods delicious, isn't it worth it?! If you don't want to wait call ahead!

Honestly I love this location because of the staff! I love the fact that there is an endless peanut supply! And you can throw the shells on the floor! Wednesday's are the best for the 10oz Sirloin deal for $10! You can't beat this! Food is always fresh and bread is always warm! I love the cinnamon butter!

My experience here was really disappointing. My girlfriend and I both ordered the pulled pork sandwich and loaded cheese and bacon fries. Both sandwiches were hard and dry, with big chunks of pork that wasn't pulled properly. It tasted old. Not a lot of sauce. It was really a bummer because pulled pork is one of our favorite foods. The fries were cold and the melted cheese had congealed, so when you tried to eat them you either got a cold fry or a huge chuck of cold dry cheese. We complained and the waitress was nice about it but nothing was really done to remedy it. Maybe the steaks are good but I won't go back.

The meat, ribs and steak, were tasty, probably because they were well-salted. Everything else: holy sodium, Batman!! We could barely eat more than 3 pickle chips because the saltiness was overwhelming. Since last night we have been sucking down water to try to flush all that salt out. I recommend requesting low-salt options to be able to enjoy your meal. You can always add more salt on your plate.

I haven't been to Texas Roadhouse for over 3 yrs, nothing have changed really; the steak was ok, you are getting what you are paying for, our waiter Scott was nice 5 stars, we didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. This place is awesome especially for a chain restaurant, you can tell the employees genuinely want to see you happy and that pays dividends for me. Getting into the place isn't the easiest but once you do its more than worth it. I recommend anything steak!

I love this restaurant because it's consistently great. The service is top notch and the food is delicious. I order the filet and it comes with 2 sides, plus the peanuts and the delicious rolls, I feel for all the food you get it's a great value. The atmosphere is loud, but that's part of going to the restaurant, but I don't mind b/c it's different. Great service, great food...every time....try it out!

Texas Roadhouse is a great chain restaurant. I have been here numerous times and the service/food is always consistent. Plus how can you resist the fresh, piping hot rolls with the cinnamon butter. Thinking about them makes me which i had some right now! If you are looking for a quiet romantic evening, Texas Roadhouse is not for you. Always loud, chaotic and busy - this place is anything but calm; however, that is one of the reasons I like it. Waitstaff partake in line dancing with selected songs throughout the dining experience and you can't help but wish you were up there dancing with them. The entrees always come with your choice of 2 sides, which i love. Side salad is always a great choice, simple yet delicious and you can't go wrong with any of the potato choices. My go to meals are the oven roasted chicken and the country fried chicken. Portions are always more than enough and with 2 sides and rolls how can you not have enough food? Overall, a great experience every time.

Tesas Roadhouse, a chain restaurant, definitely deserves a very positive review. My husband and I have been there numerous times and their food quality, service, and concern for their diners is always consistently good. One negative is their highly salted dishes. It is always fun to be there however starting with the peanuts at the table, followed by the warm buttered rolls and especially for their Monday through Thursday $8.99 early dine deals (4PM to 6PM) ! It is a great place for families especially if they can partake in the specials!

I can't give a chain restaurant 4 to 5 stars I thinks it's cheesy, but I have to tell you I had a pretty damn good meal here on Monday 5/27. This is one of my favorite chain restaurants (there are only 2 or 3 that I actually like). It's a great value and the food and drinks are pretty good. My wife and I ordered a 16 ounce rib eye steak and a side of ribs to split. We started with the house chopped salad which I personally think is well made. The steak was cooked perfectly and I have ordered several steaks lately and this one stood up to more expensive ones. The ribs were very tender and they always char them on the outside which I like. For a total meal which included a great steak, the bill was 40 dollars with the tip. I don't know where else I could get this value. For a chain the quality is pretty good and the food is consistent every time I go, so I actually will recommend this chain. PS TRH, dump the crappy country music. Thanks

Great place to sit at the bar, watch the game and have a drink ( love the $3 margaritas). We ordered dinner as well but found the food very salty. My husband ordered grilled boneless pork shops and I had marinated steak tips. I had to send mine back, way to salty. They were great about the return and it was much better without the seasoning and marinade on the side.

I generally do not like corporate restaurants, but I like this one. It was my first time in the place TONIGHT. Got an 11oz sirloin and 2 sides for 11 bucks!! 11 bucks?? You gotta be kiddin' me? The food was very good and service prompt and friendly. Add in a soda and tax and my bill was just over $13.00. I should have known, the place was packed. I will be back again it's only a mile from my house.

We ordered the prime rib (excellent). And a 10 oz sirloin (a skimpy 10 oz. but well cooked) They accommodated our diet needs very well. Service was excellent. Veggies were well cooked and buttery.

A party of 4 of us on a friday night went here. We called 50 minutes ahead and were told they had a 40 minute wait, so we'd be put on the list and sat when we got there. We got there and we weren't on the list and had to wait 45 minutes. The waitress was great, food and drinks were great, just the 4 girls at the hostess station that screwed up. The waiting area is also VERY small. Its wall to wall people during peak times

I love all things country: the music, the boots, the fried chicken, and there's no better place to get your country on than this place. DO NOT go in here expecting to have a conversation with your family or friends. You are here to get ROWDY, people. Every hour or so the waitstaff does some sort of line dance, and they blare country at all times. The prices are standard chain-restaurant prices, and the cocktails are standard chain-restaurant weak. So, get yourself a beer in a frosty mug (the tall one!), have several helpings of the bread (and cinnamon butter!), and order yourself some country fried chicken (with the cream gravy!). The service is good, and I think the Roadhouse probably chooses the perkiest, quirkiest people that apply (you'd have to be perky and quirky to bust out the cotton-eyed-joe at a moment's notice) because they all seem to enjoy the culture of their workplace. You will eat roughly 2500 calories in one meal, so it wouldn't be the worst idea to join the waitstaff in their line dancing. Just saying.
The steak was great for a chain restaurant but they forgot part of my order and I had to ask about it. Also they only use 2 oz of alcohol in any drink and the drinks are way overpriced and taste like syrup. I don't recommend alcoholic drinks here

You walk in, you greet the 15 teenage girls hanging out at the hostess stand. You take in the steaks to the left. You hang at the bar for a bit and watch a sox game. You head to a table and eat way too much. Either way it's a fun night.

Went to Texas Roadhouse because it was one of my kid's birthday, and this was his choice for a birthday meal. Hey, 12 year old's are pretty easy to please, culinarily speaking. The food was ok, to be fair. The service was very good however, and I am impressed with the overall pleasant attitudes and eagerness that all the waitstaff (mostly female) had. Son the elder wanted a filet, which he chose from a display case at the front of the restaurant. The rest of us ordered from the menu. We started with a Baby Blossom, which is one of those deep-fried onion abominations. Blame that misstep on me. I *thought* it sounded good at the time I ordered it. When it arrived, it was about 5 pounds of crispy onion fried arterial clogger. Tasted mainly of salt. We all picked at it a little, but left the vast majority untouched. Wife and birthday boy ordered ribs, and Caesar salads. I got some kind of stupid steak called a Fort Worth Rib-eye or something like that. Should have been called "Forth Worthless"! It was thin, like less than a half-inch, and pretty blah. The mashed potatoes with brown gravy were delicious though. I also got a side of baked beans, but they were awful - they tasted like an ounce of chili powder had been dumped over them. Blech. The filet was fair, but my older son ordered it medium-well, which really destroyed any possibility of it being better. Someday he'll learn to eat steak properly... I did like the inexpensive beer prices, and the food came quickly and everyone's orders were correct. So they do get the stars for good service and prices, but the food really leaves a bit to be desired. Yes, it's an obnoxious place where the waitresses break into line-dances at random times, and patrons get an embarrassing birthday treatment. We fortunately didn't let them know it was his birthday, or we would have had the shenanigans too. Fun for the kids, and I suppose for those who don't have sophisticated tastes. You can do much better than this ersatz Texas theme park pretending to be a steakhouse.

Went to Texas Roadhouse last night. Got the "fall off the bones" ribs. Everyone says they are fall off the bone and are really not. Marketing issue to sell product. These ribs while edible were way over cooked. I would not recommend people ordering them. Also, my steak knife still had food on it from the last person who used it. Lastly, the manager does not care enough to stop by and ask how things were. He probably either does not care or already knows the answer. This place seems to me like a lot of show (they throw the word "legendary" around a lot about their menu) and not a whole lot of substance. Go to outback it is much better.

Good (mild) chili. Steak with little flavour (plenty of salt, though), but cooked very well. Mediocre beer selection. Kids everywhere, but happy kids are no bad thing and that is what they were. The service was great, the food better than average and a special treat for anyone with a salt deficiency.

Many good things to say Mondays are kids night and they do go all out our son has line danced with the servers, made crafts, met a 6 foot armadillo, rode a horse saddle like a cowboy on his birthday and ate all his mac and cheese so what more could a parent really ask for? Beer? YUP and great deals Steak? Ahuh and lots of choices though the tips and mushrooms are my fav!!

Awesome meal experience. We chose our Filet from the case and was cooked to perfection. Obviously not a vegetarian establishment, folks. It's a ROADHOUSE... known for MEAT, BBQ and all that accompanies that. If I were looking for Sushi, I would not choose this restaurant. Let's all be realistic. Great food, great service. Will definitely return.

My husband and two kids eat here often. Prices are very reasonable and food is good. Service is a little slow most of the time especially in the bar area. Bar drinks usally arrive a minute or two before our meals. It can get rowdy at times and its hard to have a conversation without almost yelling, but our kids love it and so de we. Overall we have enjoyed our dinners here.

Who doesn't love this place? Gotta chow on the warm, soft bread and cinnamon butter. The ribs are my favorite; not too fatty and the meat falls off the bone. I've never gotten a bad meal. Small warning: don't sit at a table near the bar if you want to hear the person you're with because the music is loud!
(5)

The food was ok. Didn't like hearing the hostess referring to us as "HUN."

Beware vegetarians--this place is for meatlovers! I normally go out of the way to avoid chains but the TR formula has grabbed my interest--if nothing else it's fun. To my surprise, I belly up to the bar (with my beau) for dinner at least once a month. High quality meat at value prices, cold beer served in frosty glasses and an extremely friendly customer-centric staff. A very popular spot so be prepared to wait. Top pick: pulled-pork BBQ sandwich or steak.

Texas Roadhouse Steaks = TASTY. We couldn't have been more happy with our meal, steaks cooked perfectly, sides hot and delicious, friendly service! The bar area is loud so if you want to be able to hold a conversation sit on the other side of the restaurant. Highly recommend.

We went to this place last night because my fiancee loves the bread they serve. I have to say that the bread is quite good - piping hot and served with a yummy cinnamon butter. The rest of the food is pretty good as well. I had a half rack of ribs, which were fall-off-the-bone tender, while she had the portabello chicken, which she said was good. Overall, the place is quite noisy, and we had a 45 minute wait to be seated, which we spent at the bar; on a side note, the bartenders were friendly and fast. . . another plus. Because the food was good and the meal was quite inexpensive, I would probably go back.

Never to return. Yes the bread is awesome and if I had any indication of how my meal was to turn out- I probably would have tried to fill up on more of that. We were seated right away but it was soooo loud and chaotic it was stressful Tables were seated too close together- servers were having a hard time walking around with their trays. We were fortunate enough to be seated next to a double table group- one table containing some oblivious parents and the other containing 6 young children ranging in age from 6-11 who liked to watch my husband and I eat, play smacking games and get up everytime they heard line dancing or a birthday song to stand in the middle of the floor to get a good view. I know I am sounding crabby but if their parents werent thoroughly enjoying their multiple yards of beer- maybe they too would have observed this and intervened. The food- my husband enjoyed his filet and potato with the works. I opted for the grilled salmon with sweet potato. My salmon tasted overly fishy, salted and probably had been frozen for quite some time. They offered a slice of lemon and some tartar sauce on the side. Didnt eat the fish- enjoyed my salad and potato. As a vegetarian some would say- what business do I have eating and reviewing a barbecue steakhouse. I have to admit the barbecue did smell really good but the components of the ambiance were more stressful than it was worth.

For a chain restaurant, this place is enjoyable. The atmosphere and fun and friendly. L-O-V-E the music but I'm a huge Country music fan. I sing along to most of the songs. The waitors(resses) dancing along with the music is always a good thing to watch. My boyfriend loves their chili and pulled pork. I like their sirloin steak. I have it with mushroom and onions - i'm always able to take half of it home because they give you a lot of food for the price. The $2 beers are a plus as well.

OK. This visit was a little more civilized. Went on a Sunday afternoon with the intention of catching "Ted" at the movies behind the Roadhouse. Well, "Ted" never happened since we left fat and happy and the thought of sitting in those movie seats wasn't very appetizing. We were seated almost immediately in the bar area. At least we had TV. I made do with the race while my girl watched the Sox game. I ordered the fried pickles for an appetizer. Oh my god are those things soooooo good. They come with a rance dipping sauce and a horseradish dipping sauce. I personally don't need the sauces, but the horseradish is really good. Our server was Mimi, and she was really good. Kept my Coke refilled. I was kinda dissapointed that they now have Coke instead of Pepsi products, but oh well. Now I KNOW they had PepsMountain Dew last time I was there, but eh, you know, whatever. I ordered the 18 oz. sirloin and she had the pulled pork. We both had a salad, and I had steak fries while she had mashed potatoes. Salad was pretty simple, lettuce, diced tomatoes, eggs, and cheese. The italian dressing is pretty good, just a hint of sweet. The mashed potatoes were just eh, and my steak fries were ok. They could stand to be a little more generous with the fries. I ordered my steak rare and it cam eout just a tad more cooked than I like. Me, I was a tyrannosarus in a past life, so the closer to raw my meat is the better. Her pulled pork was ok, and she commented the portion seemed a tad on the small side. Overall, it was a good meal and I hope to be back!

Awesome watermelon rita which went nicely with the peanuts and warm fresh bread! The steak was grilled perfection on a plate. I am not impressed by chains and usually avoid them, but WOW! The service was excellent. My dining companion had a cheeseburger that was very tasty as well. Could be a little loud at times, but a good choice if your looking for this type of place.

Mashed potatoes and oven roasted chicken were excellent. Steak was better first night than second. Over cooked on the second night but very delicious the first. Shrimp was delicious.

Extremely cold beer, frozen mugs, good chili, nice crisp cold house salad with ranch, and the bone in ribeye was very good cooked medium rare just right. I split it with my fiancée and it was more than enough for both of us. Oh and the rolls were very good as well. All in all an above average chain restaurant. I would recommend this location to a friend. Considering how bust this place was I thought they did a really good job.

The steak was great for a chain restaurant but they forgot part of my order and I had to ask about it. Also they only use 2 oz of alcohol in any drink and the drinks are way overpriced and taste like syrup. I don't recommend alcoholic drinks here

Cranston restaurant much better. This location never cooks the food to your order.
(2)Jacob B.
Good experience. Consistent food. Honey buns and knows how to cook a steak. Quality of meat was average at best.
(3)Ryan W.
They have cold, frosty beer. They have decent selection of food. They have friendly staff and are always busy (but not too busy). I have the need to go back here and get a beer every month or so.

For the price it is really good food. Nice, entertaining environment and good service. I go here regularly.

(5)Chris G.
The food was ok. Didn't like hearing the hostess referring to us as "HUN."
(3)Sonya B.

Overall, it was a good meal and I hope to be back!

this place is fun its not your sit down dont talk or whisper place for sure. Kids are welcome. Steaks are good and inexpensive. There ribs are awesome. its afun time with out hitting the wallet

Food is excellent but I suggest if you are really hungry you may want to call ahead to see how long the wait is. The only drawback is the noise level. It tends to get quite loud in there at times.
(4)Bruno T.
I enjoy everything about this place and for a chain restaurant, and you can get your steak cut the way you like it. They do offer military discounts which is awesome!!! Beware of the birthday singing (that can go on ones nerves to a point)
(4)J R.
