Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

When I entered through the door, the staff said, "Moe's, welcome!" I got confused for a second there lol. Staff very friendly and helpful on my choices of toppings for my Burrito Bowl. Came out very delicious! I had the tofu for protein, put rice, veggies, cheese, sour cream, cilantro, ALL FRESH!!! They're running a promotion. You get their free homemade chips with their famous queso. I had the green tea for a drink! Overall, a healthy and filling lunch! Burrrpp!!!

The workers are very rude and I would not be shocked if they spit in my food when I was not looking!

Love me some Moe's. Fresh food quick and cheap. The fresh salsas are great and oh the queso is sooooo creamy. Yum!

Usually love chipotle and cilantro so I gave Moes a try. Bad decision. They can keep the all you can eat chips. The mango habanero salsa tasted like there was pine sol in it! The employees were unprofessional. The food looked far from fresh with flies flying right near and on. Food tastes decent but had stomach pains all night which I usually never get other places! When asked if they had brown rice the employees said well we have white rice that's been seasoned so it looks brown. The other girl chuckled and said when she first started working there she didn't know the difference and would tell people they had brown rice when it was not! Do yourself a favor and skip Moes the chips were stale too.

Definitely not a fan of the food but the staff was very energetic. The food was very bland and the salsa station after you get your food was filthy which turned me off. I only saw one employee in the whole restaurant and felt she was a little overwhelmed with the amount of people in line and no help i had to pick 2 different places to sit because they were not cleaned from the previous patrons. There are better places on RT 2 to have the same type of food Boloco or Chipotle. However the girl working was very pleasant even tho she was overwhelmed. Sorry was just not a fan of the food here.

So glad to finally have a local moes! I went to one in Florida on vacation and loved it. Went here for the first time last week, and been back twice since. The food is so good, love the stacks, they are definitely the best thing on the menu. I also like the "welcome to moes" when you first walk in. The tomatillo salsa is my favorite, but the salsa bar is very cool, and free chips with everything.

I have to give this restaurant a "one star review" for many reasons. First off, the "welcome to Moes" when you walk in could have more power behind it. Now onto the food. The food was ok. I ended up with the Stack meal and as they built it in front of me it looked great! As soon as the put it on the press it was like they forgot about me... I watched it as it sat there all be its lonesome self. Then I'm told they have to "reconstruct" it because it had fallen apart. The fix for this was to put cheese on it and burn the layers together. So finally I have my meal and I go to sit down. This is the topping on the cake!!!! First table super wobbly, three matchbooks couldn't help out if you tried. Second table exactly the same way!!! Third table not so bad so I sit to eat. The stack is built for you to pick it up and eat it... No way. It was more like a taco salad... Oh get this, as I sit here and try to eat my meal, other customers are across the restaurant looking for a table that was a table and not a damn playground seesaw... Anyways horrible first time and last time experience. Way over priced for shitty service as well... Good day.

Mushrooms? On a taco? Came in to try the place. Not bad. I had never walked in before and the second I did they yelled Welcome to Moe's in call and response.... umm I guess corporate got a memo somewhere that said the employees didn't greet them at the door and therefore to remedy this they xame up with this assault. The food was just ok. The dining room is set up like the B.Good place but without the pretention. I'm sticking to Cilantros.

I usually go to chipotle but wanted to change it up. I had a veggie salad in a taco shell (bowl?). It was pretty good. Also appreciated the many options on the menu compared to chipotle
