Came here from the good reviews posted in Yelp. We came in around 9:30pm and were the only customers on a Friday night. We were initially scared that the food might be not good since the place was dead but it ended up working out for our benefit. The waitress was so attentive and was pleasant to talk to. We ordered the calamari (delicious), the cheese plate, and the seafood chowder. Knowing that it is Johnson and Wales owned, the food was delicious and well presented. The wine was quite delightful as well as the service.

Thanks to Yelp we found this place. Normally, I would not think of a hotel restaurant as a destination for good food and wine, but Libations turned conventional wisdom on its head. We were staying in the Warwick area to catch a flight the next day, and we wanted to find a place to have a glass of wine and maybe an appetizer. The bottle wine selection is decent and reasonably priced. We ordered a bottle of Sonoma Meritage and glanced over the menu. You could tell from the menu descriptions that someone actually cared about the food. All of the food sounded very appealing. We weren't as hungry as we could have been, but we pushed forward and ordered the Point Judith calamari with balsamic, kalamata olives and sundried tomatoes. It was absolutely amazing. The squid was tender and flavorful, and the combination of flavors really came together over the bed of arugula greens. This is one of the best appetizers I've ever had. I would order it again and again. The bartender and servers were extremely pleasant and provided us with attentive service without making us feel rushed. We had a wonderful experience at Libations. Next time I'm in the area, I will return with a bigger appetite so I can sample more of the menu.

Stopped in for breakfast after a pleasant nights stay at the hotel. A la carte menu with very reasonable prices for a chain hotel and very good variety including items like local cheeses-nice touch! We had make your own omelet and eggs Benedict- see pics below Run and worked by students from Johnson. & Wales
This is a really good restaurant that happens to be in a hotel--it's not your typical hotel restaurant! My husband and I gave Libations a try during Providence Restaurant Week--and am I so glad that we did!! Chef Mike was amazing and really took good care of us! He started us off with a Charcuterie platter--everything he chose on this platter was sooo good and savory! There's some cheeses I don't care for, but everything was delicious! My absolute favorite was the goat cheese on the platter. Everything- absolutely everything- we had was excellent! Chef Mike even came out to make sure we were enjoying everything. You can tell he really cares about his customers and making them happy. I mentioned to him how I wasn't a fan of scallops and he zips right back to the kitchen to cook me up some of his scallops. I've never had scallops that actually didn't taste rubbery--these were delicious! I love the jam he paired with it too. The atmosphere and staff are really wonderful- I highly recommend it for dinner! I even overheard a guy ask to switch out one of his appetizers for something else on the menu (not listed on his Restaurant week choices), and they were happy to accommodate him. I love resaturants that do that :)

Go figure! A great restaurant in an airport hotel! Chef Michael Watson is someone to follow. We had several dishes and all were amazing! The charcuterie plate appealed to both the eyes and taste buds-- the honey comb and pear butter really put this dish together. The oysters were fresh and apparently delicious--my wife slurped them down fast! The grilled Romaine was perfect-- not charred and not too wilted--yum! And best of all was the Fisherman's deconstructed chowder--a speciality of the chef. A beautiful bowl of red fish, seared scallops, shrimp and little necks surfing creamy mashed potatoes and swimming in a delicious lobster tomato broth. The wine list was good and prices reasonable-- even the house wines were drinkable! Last of all, kudos to the staff-- these are all Johnson&Wales students, so they are knowledgable, and. courteous , invested in making the restaurant a success.
I had an incredible dinner here! I booked the "romance package" at the hotel here which came with a $50 coupon towards dinner. We started with delicious bread and a bottle of wine. Our Caesar salads came out shortly after and were great. We ordered the grilled beef tenderloin filet which was cooked to perfection. Everything about this meal was spot on.

We only had breakfast here. It was not bad for a hotel breakfast. The make your own omelette had good selections and the eggs were cooked well. They serve Starbucks coffee and the prices were not bad for a hotel. Expect about $10 to $12 for breakfast. The decor is very nice and comfortable. The waitress very friendly and provided good service. If you're staying at the Radisson there is no reason to go out for breakfast, but I would not make a special trip to eat here.

Who would go out of their way to come to a small bar/restaurant located in an airport hotel that they're not staying at? Apparently my dad. He said he came because this place had 4 stars on Yelp. He failed to notice there were only two reviews. I'm glad we decided to give it a try though. The restaurant is small but pretty nice. There are huge beautiful photos of their dishes framed on the walls. With my mom and dad, I got the Slider Trio, a bowl of Lobster Chowder, the grilled Caesar salad, and some clams boiled in garlic and butter. Lobster Chowder was bland. Barely any lobster. Some potato chunks were softer than others. Skip. The grilled Caesar salad comes with large unchopped romaine leaves which are grilled and tossed with Caesar dressing and the usual stuff that comes in Caesar salad. Interesting to eat a salad that has a smoky grilled taste, but I never get salads, so don't ask me to review a salad! Boiled clams were good. Served with some crunchy bread (i think it's brioche?) that soaks up the garlic/buttery broth. Slider trio came with cole slaw and fries. Fries were fresh cut, but unremarkable. It came with a pulled pork slider, a classic hamburger, and a lobster roll. The lobster roll was the best one. It's very lightly flavored with just lemon, salt, and pepper. Hamburger was whatever. Well done patty. Bleh. I'm not a big pulled pork person but it's pretty good here. Not overly sweet or chewy/stringy as it sometimes is. If I were to come back here, I would get a full size lobster roll! Man I can't believe I've been missing out on lobster rolls all my life. Thems good eats. I also saw delicious pizzas here that I wish I tried. Oh well. Interesting place to try as my first meal on the East Coast.

Muffin was not fresh. No fresh squeezed juices. Poor yogurt and fruit. I did enjoy the egg, sausage, and cheese on English muffin.

I ended up here by chance because flights to R.I. were way cheaper than my destination, Hartford. I got to the hotel at 10:30, and was told the bar closed at 11:00. Although my first priority was a drink, I was a might peckish and was happy to hear food was served until closing. I was expecting a typical "sports bar" menu, but there were a number of intriguing items. As I expected to blow most of my per diem on Irish whiskey, I skipped the entrees and looked at the sandwiches and apps. The $15 New England lobster roll looked to be a bargain compared to what I have paid in airport bars for this delicacy. However, balancing my food/liquor budget with a 20 minute deadline, I opted for a trio of sliders for $8,95, one of which was a mini lobster roll. What I received was a plate of three whole wheat rolls, one stuffed with delicate fresh lobster chunks tossed with a TINY bit of mayo and fresh lemon juice. Along side was a natural Angus beef burger topped with onion straws and a very nice pulled pork version (whose smoky taste obviously came from a bottle, but was nonetheless a step up from a Friday's version.) . Each were excellent. In the center of my plate was a small bowl of cole slaw (which would typically go untouched. This, however, was a palate cleansing version made of thinly julienned carrots and cabbage in a light vinaigrette with another touch of fresh lemon juice. Three razor-thin dill pickle slices decorated the slaw bowl. Mayo was noticeably absent from this fresh take on slaw. A healthy helping of fries (which I expected to be of the frozen bar-food variety) surprised me when they turned out to be obviously fresh-cut by hand and piping hot. To my way of thinking, if I received this kind of a snack 20 minutes before closing in a hotel restaurant for nine bucks, I wonder what a real dinner would taste like ?? Obviously, whoever is running this kitchen takes a great deal of pride in what they put out to a drunk at the bar. I suspect this could be a destination were it not hidden in a mid-priced businessman's hotel. On my next trip to New England I will certainly go out of my way to book at the Radisson , not for the comfort of their beds, but to taste my way around this menu in a little more serious fashion.

Sh!! Don't tell anybody! No really...I'd like to keep this place a secret. The Johnson and Wales program which runs this restaurant does a good job. The presentation is more fine dining rather than typical hotel fare. My favorite is the slider trio. My husband really likes their beef short rib dinner. The servers are in training as well. While they are young students, I think that their instructors should tell them to avoid slang. "No worries", "no problem" , "you guys" have no place in fine dining. I would like to see them expand their limited menu, but overall kudos to the chefs and restaurant owners to-be!

Service here is great. I had a hankering for fresh pineapple at 8 pm on a Sunday, and the staff graciously indulged my desire (even though that involved disassembling a fruit salad intended for breakfast). The people who work here seem genuinely happy to take care of their clients.

Hands down, best food ever. There are so many delicious options on the menu that every time I go, I pick like 5. It's a tad expensive but it's so so so worth it. You wouldn't think much of it because it's in a radisson but the food is to die for. The garlic wings are out of this world and for desert you must try the creme brûlée sampler. I took my father who is a master foodie and he lists it in his top FAVORITE places to eat. Considering Johnson & Wales owns and operates the entire hotel as well as Libations, it makes sense that the food is so delicious. You must try.

Last night, we returned to Libations and enjoyed another amazing meal: Appetizer: Steamers in tarragon and wine broth served with crunchy garlic toast. These were the best steamers I have ever had. The flavors and textures were spot-on. Highly recommend. Entree: Ribbon pasta with spicy red sauce. Pasta was not on the menu, but the servers were kind enough to let us make a special request to the chef. It was really tasty. Dessert: Ice cream sundae served with fresh berries, a little hot fudge, and cinnamon-sugar tortilla strips. Delicious. Drinks: Piña Colada served with a brûléed pineapple garnish. Also delicious. We also had a drink with macerated blueberries that was really tasty. All of this, plus a small salad, for $70 for two people. If we lived here, we would dine here every week. Highly recommend Libations.
