To start with I ordered the Sam seasonal, which the waiter told me was October fest. I ended up getting a Boston lager. When I told the waiter that it was wrong he brought it to the bartender and she said that it "was the same thing." My girlfriend ordered the top shelf jalapeño enchilada without beans and the toppings on the side. The cooks got that right. The food was over the top with BBQ sauce. The rice had no seasoning and undercooked. My food was ehh. It tasted bland. They don't add any seasonings to anything. The waiter was very nice and knowledgable. Good job Rob. Other than that we wouldn't have gone here if Olive Garden didn't have a line.

Either I'm getting older or Chili's is just getting worse. Yes, both are true! I genuinely liked this restaurant a dozen years ago, but quality and service have reached an all-time low. Fortunately, there was the Presidente Margarita to make everything else palatable. So many better options in the crowded, stellar RI restaurant market.

Dinner with the family ~ Michael was our server. He was attentive and helpful. The food had good flavor, my margarita was good, and the kids were happy. What more can you ask for? :) will definitely return.

So we got a waitress who seemed to be counting down the hours until she got out of work and couldn't crack a smile if you put the jaws of life in her cheeks. We brought our 96 year old grandmother here who is a bit of a comedian, and the waitress couldn't even chuckle at her smoking her french fries as cigarettes and wearing her onion rings as earrings. It was hilarious. Who doesn't laugh at that? Heh. On the flipside, our waitress also took forever to give us the bill, so we flagged down another one, and she was delightful. The food was your usual Chilis fare, so in terms of the service, it seems to be hit or miss.

I had a nice lunch with two young kids here recently. I had a gift card which was the sole reason I went and I was quite pleased. I haven't been to a Chili's in a while and it looks like they've updated the menu a little. The kids appreciated the variety on the kid's menu - they can chose a main dish, side and a drink. There are several healthier options like fruit and veggies for sides. I chose a lunch combination - sandwich and salad - and I was surprised to see the sandwich come out with fries. For $8 I thought it was a good value. I thought the service was great. Not only was our server friendly but the other server in the section also introduced herself and offered to help us out. I don't know if it's something that Chili's does all the time but I appreciated it. Bottom line: For a chain the food was good and I would definitely take the kids back.

Food was great and our server was very polite. However one of meals was forgotten, either by the kitchen or by our waitress. Our waitress immediately did everything in her power to solve the problem. She alerted the kitchen and offered a free bowl of soup to my father (his meal was the one forgotten). He declined the soup. Moments later a manager came over and apologized as well. The gave us his meal for free and in less than 5 minutes his meal was delivered. None of our food was cold by the time we started eating it. Ppl make mistakes, it happens everywhere from time to time. I will definitely be returning again!

The music was so loud we had yell at each other across the table. Our server was not good - he didnt pay attention to anything even though he wrote things down. they were forgotten and we had to ask for things multiple times. The new menu is not good. This is the second time we have gone since the makeover and the food has not been good either time. One of my kids gets the kids pizza every time and didnt like it and wouldnt eat it. She ordered the salad as her side but the server put it in as a full salad and we were charged the difference. I spoke with our server about it who just shrugged. The manager ended up taking it off the bill for us which is the only reason they got 2 stars. The new tablet at the table is annoying - they charge to use it with no confirmation and one of my kids went to move it and hit the button to play so I had to pay $2. And our server said we had to use it if we were paying with a card. I would like to go out to a meal with my family without being forced to use a tablet on the table. The last time we were there was before the makeover and everything came out cold after waiting an hour. The fajitas werent even sizzling! I asked the server and she said oh thats how they do it now - its changed. I asked her partner server if they changed the fajitas to not sizzle hot when it comes out and she said no so I let her know everything was cold and inedible and she said she would send the manager. Next thing I know a woman in a server shirt is at our table asking again about what happened. It turns our she was the manager! She never introduced herself or anything and seemed like she didnt believe us. She offered coupons and I said I didnt wish to return and I didnt want to pay for the meal I couldnt eat. She said that was all she could do and handed me the bill. I vowed to never return but figured after a year and a makeover maybe things were better. It wasnt and we will never go to Chili's again.

Food was ok. But they used to have great deals on margaritas like $2.99. Now they are $5 and half the size. The waitstaff is also slow.

Last night I visited Chilis, my favorite restaurant. While I have always loved the food, I have been let down by the service many times. One time I visited the Providence location for Valentine's day and received my dinner after my partner was finished eating. On Monday night I was a little saddened to find that the Chicken Ceasar Salad was discontinued. I easily changed my choice, but was a little disappointed. So I ordered another favorite of mine: Southwestern Vegetable Soup. After a couple spoonfuls (mostly of chopped cilantro piled on top), I realized that the soup had shredded chicken in it, no corn, and no green beans. I told the waitress there must be a mistake, because I didn't want the chicken soup. She informed me that this is how it is made. Because I had the soup many times, I asked her if she was sure. She said, "Yes. Are you going to eat any more of it." I replied, "No." She removed the bowl from the table and never said another word. Following, she delivered two beverages, neither of which tasted like they had any alcolol. We didn't bother to bring it to her attention because she clearly didn't care. I am no longer a Chili's customer. I would give 0 stars for 0 customer service.

I haven't been to chili's about 3-years, I end up receiving two e-gift cards from doing my surveys so I decided to use them because it is my birthday and I wanted to go to Chili's with my boyfriend to celebrate it with a nice lunch. Also, I ordered a bacon cheese burger with fries, we shared an appetizer the mozerella sticks they were not greasy that's perfect, my burger and fries was delish. Also my boyfriend ordered bacon and chicken bacon casedias sorry can't spell it. My boyfriend enjoyed them and they were big. Then I ordered a dessert of my choice because I received an email for a free one for my birthday. Also, I ordered the cinnamon cake with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce let me tell you it was warm and delish it's new on the menu, I recommend it :-)

We had a nice meal here. We sat in the bar area and had chicken enchiladas and a California flatbread. Both meals tasted great. We had great service from the bartender too. They have keypads on the tables where you can reorder another round of drinks and pay your check. All good.

I'm only giving one star because the music they were playing in the restaurant was good and the food was just OK. Service was awful!!! First off when i ask a waitress a question about the menu i don't need her to reread it for me..I'm asking for a reason. 20 minutes after ordering we still didn't get our drinks or chips n salsa. Really?! It wasnt that busy. So i got the manager and all she said was sorry and walked away. On top of the 20 minutes, we waited another 20 for the entree. I will most likely never be back. And then they charged us for everything! Didn't even comp us for a drink or anything. Way to keep customers!!

Great option for family night out! It feels like we go to our local Chili's (Bald Hill Rd, Warwick) once every 2-3 months. And its surprising it's not more often. First let me say that I'm not the biggest fan of chain restaurants, primarily because of my support for local small business, I have to say the staff and waitress can't be any more pleasant, and the atmosphere is usually on the more outgoing due to the amount of children patrons and after work crowds. First, which is great to see on a chain restaurant, is how consistent the food is! We typical move towards the 2 for $20 which works great for us, and our daughter gets a kid meal. You cant go wrong with bottomless chips and salsa, two entrees, and kids meal, and two drinks for less than $40.00, which also includes tax and tip. Highly recommend for good consistent food and great value!

If you haven't been to Chili's in a while, I definitely recommend trying it out again. Their whole menu has been re-done.. I used to dislike Chili's since everything on the menu had corn in it, and I'm not that crazy about Mexican style food, but with the new menu, I'm impressed. There's about 5 pages of everything you can think of, from chicken to steak to shrimp to fajitas to pizza, etc. They have bottomless chips & salsa, great beverages, and a 2 for $20 deal (2 full entrees and an appetizer)... and the service is always above par.

Headed out tonight to our local Chili's with my dearest and our two youngest kiddos in tow. Chili's isn't usually a selected destination for us...not that we don't like it, there's just so many other places where we would rather spend our hard-earned buck. Tonight we had a $25 gift card burning a hole in my husband's pocket. Good enough reason to head over. I used to adore Chili's as a teenager circa 1990ish. It used to be cool and hip to go hang out a Chili's before / after a movie with my girlfriends - and it was a good stand-by for a date. Solid food choices with Tex Mex decor that was a tad cutting edge for its time. The mainstays on the menu have not changed (fajitas, burgers, nachos, etc). Neither has the decor for that matter. I find that my meals at Chili's are usually very consistent. Exactly as described in the menu. Tonight was pretty much the same. Bonus for us was the 2fer that they have going on. Two entrees from a select menu along with a shared app for $20. I went with the half rack of ribs and my "date" went with the chicken fajitas. Ribs were well cooked and falling off the bone. The chicken fajitas had a good amount of chicken on the sizzling platter. My favorite part of the Chili's adventure is always the salsa. It is so good. And if I get the right batch of freshly fried chips to go along with it - golden. Tonight the chips were freshly fried alright but looked like they pretty much went from the fryer to the basket. Little too greezy. But found enough good ones to work with the salsa... As I am writing this review, I am thinking...Holy, Moly. This review is so stinking boring. I just don't get excited for Chili's. It was a decent meal. At a decent price. No major fouls except for the chips. Service was chipper although the check never seems to appear quick enough here no matter who the server is. Spent more on my Presidente Margarita than on my $8 meal. It was a well-made, balanced 'rita. Kudos there. My husband loves that they have Blue Moon on tap served up in the tall 22. This place was perfect for me 20 years ago. Chili's hasn't changed. Still the same solid food choices.I HAVE changed. I've broadened my palate way beyond this menu. Our relationship just isn't the same. It's not you, Chili's, it's me.

Went here with a friend on a weekend evening, so it was busy. It took much longer than the time we were quoted for a table to be ready. Usually it's the opposite. It took even longer for a waiter/waitress to come help us. People that had arrived at the restaurant after us were seated before us. People that had been seated after us had drinks and appetizers first. After we had been seated at one of the really small, two people only tables, we noticed that other parties of two were being seated at nice four top booths. Thanks a lot.... The food was OK....nothing special. Never eating another Chili's again. Thanks for making that decision so easy for me.

Bottomless chips and salsa are my favorite part of Chili's. Good drinks and pretty decent veggie or chicken fajitas when you are feelings something quick. It is a chain restaurant so you know what you are getting when you arrive. Anytime I have been there the servers have been very friendly. I would go here as a late night dinner or for happy hour drinks.

I have never been a fan. The menu is just alright but I was recently invited to attend a lunch here. I will stop this review at..there was a hair in my barbecue chicken salad...and that is where my experience ended. Yes they have a 6 dollar all you can eat soup, chips and salad special that everyone seems very excited about. I dont eat hair and I dont pay for someone else to leave their hair in my food. I understand that this happens but not on my watch. My taste buds value the experience of dining far too much for this type of folicle faux pas.

EEEWWWWWW the food here is gross. My husband and I went here the other night and got a few appetizers together to split as dinner. We got Nachos, Mozzarella Sticks, and Boneless Buffalo wings. The nachos had "fajita beef" which sounded great but the beef was so fatty and chewy it was disgusting. The mozzarella had an odd taste to it, not something I can exactly pin-point. And the Boneless buffalo wings seemed to start out good but just got yucky. We felt as though the quality of the meat is very low grade which is what probably caused the chewy and fatty beef on the nachos. Taco Bell probably has better quality meat than this place. We felt sick the rest of the night and will never go back.

Attempted to dine here last week while running some errands on route 2, where there is a serious lack of good food. Typically I will stop in for a cold beer and a black bean burger when I want to grab lunch in this area, simply because it's like the only vegetarian thing in Warwick. This time, however, I didn't make it to the burger. Took the waitress WAY too long to even acknowledge us. When she finally did, it was a rushed, almost running table tap "hey guys I'll be right over". About another five minutes passed. No manager, or co-worker EVER came by to say "hey, Becky asked me to come over and see if I could get some beverages for you"... a really QUICK and EASY fix when you are "in the weeds" as they say. I eventually became so thirsty I had to go to the mens room and drink tap water out of the sink by forming a bowl with my hands. Thanks Becky (btw, I never actually got her real name, Beckys just a fictitious one, made up for the sake of this review). Finally I decided 15 minutes was waaaaay too long to wait for a water, so I left. On the way out the hostess smiled and opened the door and I said "thanks, everything was great". And now I will never go there, EVER again.

I really like this Chili's. It's nothing super fancy, if you've ever been to an Applebees or Flingers, or Chotchkies, Chili's isn't all that different. The last couple times I've been the visit was very good. The gril and I usually get the 2 for $20 deal. Last time she got the build your own fajita sizzler thing where they bring the meat and cheese and other fajita stuff to the table and you build it the wya you want to. I got the chicken crispers. I don't know what they do to the chicken crispers, but I could eat them till I puke, then eat some more since I have all that belly space back. Oh they are so good! The 2 for $20 also comes with an appetizer, and we get the loaded cheese fries. Cheese, bacon, green onions, and jalapenos smothering the fries. Just a word of warning, if you let the cheese cool too long, the whole thing comes off like a giant cheese scab. The waiter was pushing the upgraded deal which comes with a couple margaritas and dessert, but neither of us are big drinkers. And personally, I do not think their margaritas are worth it at all. I know it would seem that is Chili's thing, but I'm good. Service was just fine, waiter was right there making sure everything was fine and kept the sodas filled. Wait time to get in was minimal, but it gets jumpin on the weekends or evenings.
