Brewed Awakenings should really be called 'RUDE Awakenings' !!! I will NEVER EVER go to this Warwick location again! (NOTE: I do like both Johnston & Cranston locations) The manager in Warwick was beyond rude and got in my face!! So bad that I just grabbed my stuff and took off. NEVER again will I go back! Sorry, but none of my financial proceeds will be donated to stupidity & rudeness! Please don't support stupidity! STAY AWAY! You have been warned! Prices are ridiculous...small bag of chips: $2.00, medium ice mocha coffee: $5.00 (Insane). A good number of female employees don't even tie their long hair back. Eeewww...can we say Department of Health?? Finding hair in your food! You're supposed to be an establishment that KEEPS customers NOT send them away!! My last experience there was unbelievable & shocking to say the least! A good friend of mine also had a 'not so good & will never go back' experience, also. I can proudly say that I will NEVER go back there!

I'm sitting here a day after the above reviewer came here... And it's the same story. The wait for what you want is long.... Once we ordered, the front counter got confused and didn't communicate well. Somehow I wound up with 2 coffees. After watching the staff sipping my 2 coffees it seems like the problems ate more than just the front. We saw multiple staff walking around calling names... 2 staff asked us if we were "Anthony". Seems like there's no system for staff to figure out where their customers go to sit. Be prepared to be bothered quite a bit when you come here. The coffee taste was watered down quite a bit, and my wife's mocha latte did tasted like it didn't have any chocolate in it. We returned them and we're able to get a refund... Which seemed to be the only part of customer service that worked well, although it was given no incentive to come back and try this location again. The space here is tremendous and I feel like this place could be so much more. There's a huge outside patio which will be nicer in good weather. One thing that is really good is that you it's easy to walk to barnes and noble next door.... It would be easy to buy a book and walk over to brewed awakenings if there's no space available in b&n. In my case, I could get quality coffee that doesn't suck at the Starbucks at b&n then go next door to snack on a muffin. One other thing I think detracts from the atmosphere is the loud jazzy music. The music itself and the loudness makes it difficult to relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee. I hope the owner considers changing the music or at least lowering the volume.... I found the music particularly disruptive outside on their patio. I frequent this area and was hoping for more... And will be watching to see if any changes will be made. Otherwise, I suggest you go to b&n, Starbucks across the street or corner bakery until they get their act together.

One of my new favorite coffee places! The café is absolutely beautiful and spacious. There are plenty of tables for large parties or if you're flying solo with a book or your laptop. You feel welcome when you come in and you definitely don't feel rushed to leave. The friendly staff walk around and check in on you to see if they can bring you anything else and keep the place tidy as they go around. I have been here close to a dozen times since they have opened and I have yet to have a bad experience. The owner Dave has come by on a few occasions to see how everything was. I think it's great he is there to meet his patrons and receive feedback. The prices for coffee, tea and lattes are comparable to other coffeehouses. The food menu is pretty good with various sandwiches, salads and pastries. All of their pastries look delicious! I have tried a cranberry orange muffin so far and it was comparable in size to ones at Dunkin Donuts, but with a heftier price tag. My husband recently ordered the Italian sandwich and thought it was really tasty. It came with a pickle, though I think adding in a few potato chips to complete the meal wouldn't hurt. We have also tried their breakfast sandwiches which were great as well. We definitely will be regulars here!

Great coffee, food., and a beautiful interior. Lovely staff as well. I frequently come back for the snicker doodle ice coffee.... So good!!

My boyfriend and I visited on Tuesday at 1:30pm. There were a few people at some tables and we were the only one's in line. The good: Decor, a big patio out front and decent cafe food selections. The bad: Customer service slow. My boyfriend ordered coffee and was told to wait for it at the counter. He waited for about 12 minutes thinking they were brewing a fresh pot before the girl asked if he was still waiting for his coffee. After replying "Yes" she then said, "That's weird" and got him his coffee. We then sat down at a table waited another 5-6 minutes before our food came out. I preferred a soup and salad and they forgot my soup. When I asked if my soup was on the way, she said she didn't realize that I had a soup. Also FYI: There is no refill on coffee.

I kind of wish Jake Kaplan kept his extensive Jaguar Collection instead of opening this location of Brewed. WAY over priced for a simple morning pick me up. The service is great - they will even bring your food out to your car. The coffee is just A-OK it really isn't special. I am still continuing my morning Dunkins Run because this place didn't blow me away. Just for you yelpers to get an idea - One Medium Coffee is around $3-4 and sandwich is about $5. With tax it is around $10...? If you buy breakfast EVERYDAY like me, that gets pricey. Stick to dunks friends!!!
(2)Jen S.
Great place to study (large tables, lots of space, big windows) but there aren't many (any?) outlets near the tables! Maybe this is strategic to discourage patrons from occupying the tables for too long, but it's a large enough coffee shop with tables that are basically designed for large study groups so one would think outlets would be the next logical convenient structure? The coffee is consistently fine, nothing special, and overpriced. I haven't had any food that I would get again or recommend to other people. Basically a good spot if you need a large space to study, otherwise I wouldn't go out of my way to go here! The staff is friendly and nice!

Save your time and money. My friend brought me here to try their "hot vanilla chai" . We went through drive through and there was only one person ahead of us in line. I know the place is new and everything but the wait was not what it should be for a drive through. Before a person even got to the speaker, we waited about 7 minutes and could see 3 staff at the window with the car ahead. Then someone comes on the speaker giggling "sorry for the wait, what can I get for you?" we made our order, pretty simple if you ask me, "2 medium hot vanilla chais - skim milk and no sugar" . We paid ($10 and change) and after about four minutes waiting for our change, we were asked to pull up and wait for our order) Are you serious? That wait was about ten minutes. Then a guy comes out with the exact opposite of our order-2 iced vanilla chais regular. His reason for the delay was "sorry about that, had to get something in storage" . Not impressed. However way the drink was made was DELICIOUS nonetheless, but the customer service wasn't! All in all, before getting served, it took them about 19-20 minutes for 2 simple beverages. My friend didn't want to wait any longer to complain about the wrong order, so we left. Glad I wasn't with my kids. But with my kids or not, it shouldn't have taken that long.

As a consumer, I'm so confused by this place. Which are you trying to compete with more: Starbucks, Panera, or all the local office buildings? The site feels unnecessarily huge for a coffee shop and has an odd corporate vibe going on. The whole ordering/food delivery process also puts me off. I watched a couple girls waste service time by trying to find where customers were to bring over their orders - because said customers had just wandered off to sit somewhere & this behavior seems to be normalized if not encouraged by Brewed Awakenings. What can I say about the food? The raspberry puff pastry twist was delicious and a nice alternative to the usual cinnamon twists people make. The cappuccino, sadly, was too milky. It was practically a latte, probably because the milk foam sat around while the aforementioned girls tried to handle the food orders (It wasn't even busy when I went)
(2)Jordan D.
I'm still on the fence about this location. I've had a lot of wrong orders and the customer service really isn't all that great. The girls all seem nervous and often mess your order up after repeating it a few times. If you order anything through the drive-thru besides coffee or a pastry, prepare to wait long enough to have to pull up to the side and wait even more. I'd rather go to any other Brewed than this one.
(2)Tiffany G.
7$ for an iced latte and having to pull out of the drive threw line to wait 11 mins for it to be walked out to my car.. Wasn't worth it. I mean I work in the next plaza over and I was late to work. I didn't think it was going to take 15 mins when there was no one in line.. I only go here if I'm really in need of caffeine, right near by and am not in a rush.
(2)Alexcia B.
I basically live here during the semester. Good coffee and I get so much work done and the staff is really nice. Food is pretty good too. One thing wrong on the website/yelp: They close at 10pm during the week though, not 10:30. Anddd..... I (and at least 5 others) firmly believe they should be open later during exam time, at least one location should be anyway.
(4)Lynn V-c R.
Beautiful great menu and food was awesome! Much more expansive menus than smaller locations. WAY BETTER THAN PANERA!!!!
(5)Cara L.
This is my Favorite Brewed Awakenings! Great spot for lunch and coffee. Huge inside. Very cool. I do wish they would have point cards like D&D so, I would go more often. Also, I can never understand why parents hang out with their very little kids in a coffee house? The parents seem so bored and the kids as well. It's a coffee house! Go to Burger King and get them a Happy Meal like normal fun parents!!
(4)Brian O.
I'm a Johnston local, so when I heard they were putting a brewed in Warwick I had to check it out. I had the caramel nut crunch which was excellent as always, I love how there coffee is on the tap system. For lunch I had the thanksgiving sandwich in ciabatta which was excellent see as its fresh baked ciabatta, homemade stuffing was excellent. Atmosphere was great and it's right on route two next to every shopping center you need. Definitely put this place on your map
(5)Elizabeth G.
Beautiful building. Great service. Big selection.... But could use some low cal/fat free options. Great time though!
(4)Jacob K.
DO NOT TRY PLACING A ORDER ON THE PHONE Every time i do they mess it up But quick update the owner reached out and made everything ok they try their best and they said that they will be better on the phone so definitely try this place great food:)
(4)Emma O.
Prefer the coffee here over Starbucks or Dunkin. Great place to come and read for a while. Many different seating options. Love all the different varieties of iced coffee, and they are all on a draft system. Be prepared to wait a few for your coffee when you come inside.
(4)Jennifer S.
They have really good coffee (hot or iced), the green pomegranate iced tea is refreshing, the vanilla chai is delightful. The bagels are decent and the muffins are too sweet/cake-like. Overall I enjoy Brewed. I'd chose their coffee over Dunkin or Starbucks any day. They can be expensive though. A sandwich and a small iced tea was over $10 last week. The inside is nice and spacious and has lots of seating. The outdoor seating is also nice but route 2 is not an ideal setting. Warning: if you use the restroom make sure there's toilet paper first. There's been a handful of times I've been in the women's bathroom and there was no toilet paper.
(4)Sarah A.
The overall negative reviews almost deterred me from coming to Brewed Awakeningsa today, but I needed a place to come to do some work on my laptop. The place is huge, and has a lot of character, comfy seats and not over-crowded. Sometimes I feel like the local competition is too busy, and too crowded that working or reading is near impossible. The place is nicely decorated, and has a quaint outdoor eating area (but as previously mentioned, has a view of the bustling route 2.)... I came just after the lunch rush was over, so I didn't have to wait in line to order and it was only a few minutes before my food arrived. I thought the prices were in-line with other bistro areas, (above average), with a nice selection of sandwiches, soups, sales, wraps , hot and cold beverages.. the staff is friendly and accomodating... Free wifi as well!!!! I have no complaints from this visit !
(4)Shawn T.
Coffe is good ....bit seems just to busy ..understaffed.. I don't wanna wait forever for my coffee ...but coffee is good
(3)Marlena V.
It's... alright. Granted I've never eaten anything other than a pastry but on the handful of times I've stopped in, I was pretty disappointed. On each and every visit the service was... severely lacking. Now to set the record straight, I'm -that- customer who always, always smiles and is as pleasant as possible since I know how crappy it can be working behind a coffee counter for hours at a time. But seriously folks, the girls I've dealt with were either too busy talking to each other to even bother to make eye contact with me as I paid or on the several other occasions, looked like they absolutely hated their job and every customer in the room. Considering the previous reviews raving about the service I have no idea what happened in that regard during my visits. However, poor service or not I can definitely disregard if the iced coffee is bangin.' ....Which it is not. Once again, each and every time I ordered a medium iced, it was ridiculously light and borderline watered down. Trust me folks, I know the difference between a light blend and just poorly brewed. I really miss their original location in downtown Providence. Ever since they closed none of their other storefronts can match the quality they offered.
(2)Russ R.
Never tried this place before so I passed on my usual stop at Panera Bread. First and foremost, the staff is super pleasant and cheery! One in particular Taylor, was wonderful and polite. The coffee, was great (for a cup of coffee) I ordered a Grilled Chicken Ceasar wrap, a Cheese Danish as well. The wrap had potential, but a bit dissapointing; not much chicken, and filling, could have been colder. Their pasta salad is very tasty indeed. The danish, a tad overpriced or under quantity... If I based on the food alone, it may have been 3 stars, but the crew really made the difference I will try again, but the next time will determine if it's a keeper or not.

BUY SOMETHING OR GET OUT! I had heard this about this place from a few people. And it's true. I witnessed someone who was having a coffee, waiting for another person for some kind of meeting, when the manager or owner came up to the 2nd person and said they had to order something and couldn't just sit there, and that it was a food establishment. So when it comes time for me to pick a place to hang out I'll take my business elsewhere. I know you need to make a living but most everyone who goes there will order something without being told they have to! Off to Panera I go...........
(1)Michaela J.
Everyone already knows the owner is a prick. Was kicked out for sitting too long without buying anything (I was studying). Probably would have bought a coffee if it was consistently shitty coffee. Good way to lose customers.

When I heard plans to convert a massive car dealership on the equivalent of hell's highway into a member of what is typically a small coffee shop chain, I threw up the 'hell no' flag and dismissed it as dead to me. In the fashion of most occasional karma swings against my increasingly hipster-esq opinions, I was proven delightfully wrong. Now - Let's take a look at what's different, point at it to make it self conscious, and then think about why it works. First and most obvious on the outer circle of the Brewed Venn Diagram: the size. My initial concern with a massive, open air coffee shop was noise levels. Not surprisingly, this must have been on the ownerships mind too - because the problem is non-existent. I don't know if it's the upholstery, varying levels of seating, or just acoustic-absorption powers of the ground god-powder known as coffee dust, but the noise level is on par with both Johnston and Cranston. Aside from the size, service is essentially a carbon copy of attentiveness from the rest of the chain's more established locations. I've never had an issue and don't see any signs of having to expect any in the future. One awesome little addendum of atmosphere that this particular caffeine colossus is able to offer is after-dark events. No we're not in Europe and no, PVD's coffee scene didn't magically extend it's hours and mistype an address. On any given weekend they offer up a variety of comedic and musical acts that give this extra space some room to spread it's wings. On the product side of critique - I can report nothing but consistency with the chain's usual offerings and quality. Though the unfortunate and unbridled rage of my stomach has me drinking tea as of late, the coffee seems to smell on par with the Brewed standard. It is worth noting, however, that register traffic here can occasionally resemble I-95 rush hour for small blips of 15-20 minutes. This seems to clear itself up naturally and most likely lends it's pattern to the sporadic and high-traffic nature of it's Bald Hill residence. All in all, I'm of the happy folk here. You keep doing you, Brewed.

I was excited to try Brewed's new location right on RT2, mostly because of it's size, this has to be the largest coffee shop in New England. They did a nice job with the interior, it is spacious, has high ceilings and a ton of seating. I would like it they had made a few more tucked away areas to give some areas a more intimate feel, but none the less walking inside is something. They even have an event room you can book for corporate meetings! Fancy. Like the other Brewed locations they offer not only coffee, but sandwiches and treats. I am pretty big fan of willow tree chicken salad, and they will put it on a bagel for me, and when you do that, you make me happy so this place works well for me. It is nice place to hang out and casually talk over a quick lunch. The location is perfect it you were doing some shopping and needed to stop to eat but didn't want a huge meal. The location is still newish and they are VERY busy anytime I have been there. During my last trip there was a line, and then we waited for awhile for our food at our table. My friend had ordered a panini and her order came out far after mine, which was not a great experience. They have some service kinks to work out but the quality of food is good. The prices are also slightly high end, if you don't want to $5 for an iced chai, I recommend you go on Amazon and buy Big Train Vanilla Chai mix and keep it at home. I am addicted to their chai and it is exactly what brewed serves, you can get a whole container for like $12 and make it at home every day. You are welcome.

I finally decided to check this place out. My brother tells me they make a good iced cafe mocha. 1. Since when does mocha taste like *not* chocolate? I paid $5.02 for a medium iced cafe mocha. I expected something more than I got. Not a prebrewed flavored ice coffee that doesn't even taste like mocha to begin with. I sipped the coffee and immediately asked the server if what I tasted was indeed mocha, he said yes. Personally, I think it tasted like cinnamon. I do not particularly enjoy cinnamon coffee. If I wanted a mediocre cup of coffee I could have gone to Cumbys and got one for a buck. Coffee is a #FAIL IMHO. Otherwise, this place is a destination. Many people in the establishment, very busy. Lots of seating. Nice selection of prepared baked goods. Large selection of coffee and teas. I honestly don't know if I'll be back. I know I can get a good cup of Joe at Starbucks. The king of coffee for me is still Wildflour in Providence.
(2)Stephanie S.
Don't order anything but coffee...they screwed up our order repeatedly. At first the only supplied us with one out of the three drinks that we ordered. When they finally corrected the drink order they only brought over a sandwich and failed to bring over the two soups & cookie that was ordered. When they finally delivered the soups that were ordered they informed us they were out of the Tuscan soup and gave us butternut squash soup w/o bread bowl. And forgot the cookie. Lot of back and forth trying to get our order correct. Last straw was finding not one, but TWO hairs in a bowl of soup ( not to mention they fail to tell us that they were out of the Tuscan soup, so they gave us the other option and they didn't put in bread bowl as was paid for).

Brewed, you might be getting to big for you britches with your newest location, and the faltering at your current locations. The place is beautiful. Let me start off with that, some of it may be owed to the fact that Jake Kaplan's spared no expense in building their dealership, but the exposed beams and other things are gorgeous. I like the concept that they have where a conference room can be rented out though the prices looked a little steep, and I do not believe it included coffee service or catering, just the room. The patio here is amazing too, thought its sort of unfortunate that it is situated where it is. Rt 2 isn't exactly a great viewpoint. They seem to be trying a new concept of delivering food to tables instead of patrons waiting to hear their name called up at the bar for sandwiches and complex drink orders, but the markers they give you are too small to see, and the staff member delivering the food ends up circling and circling until they find you. Perhaps if they labelled the tables and then you tell them what table you're at could alleviate the confusion and circling trying to find who to deliver food to, just like a normal restaurant. They hadn't been updating their coffee lists and most of the flavors I asked for they were actually out of, and it being 7pm there wasn't an offer to brew more.
(2)Honore F.
Appreciate that they offer both almond and soy milk. I often don't try new coffee places outside of Providence because that's not always a given. Decided to buy my boyfriend breakfast based on that and how nice the space is. Definitely a wise choice to open this place in a old jeep dealership. They were out of avocado so we decided to get onions with our egg and cheese sandwiches. Food came out really fast and employee was quick to bring me ketchup. The first thing I noticed about my croissant was that it was kinda shaped like a heart. Second thing was how strong the uncooked red onions smelled (expected white and sautéed). Third thing, after two bites of it, saw there was the tiniest blob of cheese holding a hair to the middle of my plate. I know this happens sometimes, there are humans making the food and we are constantly shedding cells. But it's gross when it's not your own cells or at least someone you love. Brought the plate up to the cashier and asked for a full refund. Manager was clearly uncomfortable about this happening and processed my card. I guess I'm headed back across the street to get my pumpkin spice lattes. Which p.s tasted like an actual gourd here, very strange but I could tolerate finishing it.
(1)Ryan W.
Only been here one time. The food was really tasty, their coffee selections are numerous. I had a latte and was quite pleased. Everyone at my table were also pleased with their coffee selections. The atmosphere is great, huge ceilings, lots of Windows..... This is right around the corner from me, I can see coming back here for breakfast, lunch and/or coffee quite a bit.
(4)Margaret K.
This location is my favorite one, especially the location and how close it is to my boyfriends house and a lot of other places along Bald Hill Road. Though the prices of food (and sometimes coffee depending on what you get) can be a little pricey, overall it is reasonable and very good. I really like it here and the atmosphere is great. Really spacious inside. The only the I dislike is the traffic. Staff are really nice too.
(4)Lauren C.
Terrible service. I went in with my toddler son who admittedly was misbehaving a bit. I placed my order for two coffees and was given one (combination of the two I had ordered). No apology from the barista, she actually looked annoyed. I corrected the order and it came back incorrect again. Then the cashier assumed we were dining in and got aggravated when I said we were taking it to go. We left, dumped the coffees and went to the Starbucks across the street. Never again.
(1)Andrew S.
Tried it two or three times. The first two times it was very good and Italian wedding soup was great. The third time was painful. It was day leading into the "big (first) blizzard" this winter. The line bottlenecks and only one person taking orders. Food took forever and we were skipped over as others ordering after us got their food first. I want to like the place since it is a beautiful place with big TV'S and many different seating choices (booths, tables, high tops etc). It's set up to be a nice bar!!! Need some service refinements and it'll be fine.
(3)Pat T.
Brewed is a great place to get a coffee and read a book. There is no time limit like at Dunkin. This is my favorite of all the breweds and the baristas are all really nice and good at what they do.
(5)Michael L.
The place is stunning and really not much of a problem getting a table which is a plus (and something that is difficult at times in other locations). However, the service does leave something to be desired. Maybe it's because this place is new (my guess is that it couldn't have been open for more than a month so far) and the bugs haven't been fixed yet so to speak but it's currently anywhere between 15-20 minutes to get a sandwich made which is not a good thing if you need to eat and run.
(3)Melissa D.
They get a 5 star for the coffee however every single time I have come to this place the price of my coffee has been different. After ordering the same coffee 6 separate visits I decided to ask the cashier why is it that every time I come in here I get a different amount for my coffee when I order it the same way every time? She just looked at me and said "I'm not sure. There's so many different ways to ring it up." When your paying $5.90 for a large iced banana nut coffee with coconut in it as AMAZING as it tastes it's not worth $6 for a large coffee! However, some days I order it and it's $3.60 others it's $3.13. The $5.90 day was my last straw...as amazing as this coffee tastes I can't be bothered with guessing how much I'll pay next! There hasn't been 1 time where it was the same price! I can go to DUNKIN or even any other place and get a large ice coffee for $2.91 no matter how I want it! I used to love Brewed but the price game isn't worth my time sadly.

Let me tell you if i could give this location less than one star i would. Where to begin.. When i had first went there i loved how big it was and that you could easily get wifi and enjoy a nice coffee. I hadnt ordered any food until my third time going there and it took 15 minutes for two sausage egg and cheese sandwiches i was pretty annoyed. The next time i went i had walked in there with my newborn and noticed someone was sitting in the chairs outside smoking and it blew right in my sons face then i noticed they had things put there to put your cigarettes out in and thought to myself..yea i wanna come here on my lunch break and go back to work smelling like an ash tray or even walking in there again with my son its disgusting. But the laast but final thing that made me never wanna go back is that me and my boyfriend came back and ordered our sandwiches went down the road (with so much traffic) to open the bag and see our food burnt. What annoyed me with this is that the cook handed the food out so he knew they were burnt and just didnt care. I came back in and asked if i could have two new sandwiches considering i just paid nine bucks for them. The girl at the register was sweet but she handed them off to a girl who had the nerve to give me a dirty look not twice but three times! Then when she tells the cook the cook has the nerve to give me a dirty look. After waiting about 12 minutes again decideds to drop the bag on the counter and sah sorry like she has a hair across her ass! But i have heard multiple times management be rude to these employees and mistreat them to the point where the assistant has already quit! I will not go back you guys SUCK!
(1)Anonymous R.
Was disappointed by the coffee, didn't finish it. Ordered the Swiss chocolate almond coffee, didn't taste any chocolate or almond, came from one of the many pots that were likely sitting for an hour or more. The display of beans on the wall for each flavor are misleading, makes you think the coffee is ground fresh each time. Our order was slightly messed up, had to ask for a missing coffee twice. Based on the reviews, the location is brand new. All the girls seemed new at the job, it's because they were! Room makes poor use of space, large booths are taken up by 1 or 2 people on laptops, very high ceiling could be a second floor.
(2)Lilly E.
Very disappointed, I've gone to the BA in Cranston and have always had a good experience. The last two times that I went through the drive thru at the Bald Hill location, I sat at the window for 10 minutes to get 2 cappuccinos and was given the wrong size (charged for a larger size) and the last time it tasted burnt.
(1)Ashley G.
This is my third attempt to visit the new Brewed location and I am sad to say that all three experiences have been lousy. As a former fan of the Johnston location I was hoping this would be just as good. I was sadly mistaken. Each time I have come in for a breakfast sandwich or a simple lunch i have waited over 15 minutes each time. The management lack customer service skills and cannot organize their staff to handle the people in front of them. They are rude and disorganized. It's a shame because you can tell they invested a lot of money into the new location. It has a beautiful outdoor patio and is larger than the other 3 locations I have been to. As part of a local business in the retail field with over 500 employees I am not sure I will be recommending this location to my employees and fellow workers. I wish them luck and hopefully the owner will re-evaluate his staffing needs and teach them a bit on customer service.
(1)Denise F.
Understaffed, dirty tables, music too loud, over priced coffee. Do not spend your hard earned $$$ here.
(1)A B.
The coffee an food is pretty good but the service is absolutely horrible- you get better service from a Dunkin. Tonight I went at 7:00 kinda of a peak time to be out and I was told the drive thru was closed; in the mean time two employees were outside smoking in the outdoor lounge area. This is the third time this has happen to me. The first time I went inside and almost needed my sunglasses because of the obnoxious lighting! The 2nd time I drive to Starbucks and today I drive to dunkin. Ongoing I won't be going back it's inconsistent
(1)Amanda L.
Out of all the locations in RI this is by far the best one. I have always enjoyed brewed awakenings. This location is convenient, plenty of parking, and large inside, very accommodating of large groups. I have never been disappointed with the service. Excellent staff, always polite. By far one of the best coffe shops in Ri, and certainly the biggest!

Surprised at how big and nice the place is inside. Coffees on tap! It's awesome. Great chai as well. Great place to meet a friend or work.

Have always been a fan when it comes to Brewed Awakenings. Loved the first on Atwood Ave in Johnston and then the second. Really fell in love with the South County store and the outstanding service there. Never made it to the Cranston location (shame on me), but I trekked it down to see what all the hype was with its newest location in Warwick and found it closed to the Public. Say WHAT??? yea, a "Private Party"!!! Really. No longer interested with this location, sorry Warwick.

Had a group meeting here this evening, and it is by far my favorite coffee shop in Rhode Island. The owner, managers, and employees have a passion for quality and service. It's great for just grabbing a cup of Joe or taking an extended lunch break with one of their great wraps!
