Tucked in a tiny corner of the Village Plaza on Rt 44, Kiwi Burst is the local Froyo for this part of town. Clean inside, super friendly employee, plenty of toppings and delicious self serve frozen yogurt. Protip: Since you're charged by the weight of your cup, I find it much cheaper to put all the toppings in your mouth like a squirrel, then spit it out after you pay. Yup, keep that little gem in your pocket.

Super claustrophobic in here. I can only imagine this place teeming with people after an event in Smithfield and shudder. Is it some sort of prerequisite that froyo places have awkward plastic furniture? Moving on, super tiny place in a strip mall with a jillion parking spaces. They had 8 flavors including a dairy free sorbet. Their yogurt was really, really grainy in texture. They did have tons and tons of toppings. The toppings were the best I've seen, but at the same time weren't too appealing to me based on the flavors available.

So if you follow my reviews you are fully aware that I have a slight frozen yogurt addiction. I admit that I have been on a bender for a few months. I'm a total froyo hoe. I jump from place to place in search of the best froyo. I have a soft spot in my heart (and tummy) for kiwi burst. The staff is sticky sweet and ever so helpful. It is self serve and about 50 cents an oz. They have about 8 flavors available at all times and the flavors rotate. The toppings are always fresh and the place is well kept and clean. My favorite is pineapple and coconut with fresh pineapples, shredded coconut, granola and honey. I'll skip lunch anyday for a fatty party fix at kiwi burst.

Fro-yo has been a growing trend throughout New England. Over the past year, numerous frozen yogurt establishments seem to be popping up everywhere. Having a digestive disorder and being unable to eat diary, I certainly felt like I was missing out. That is, until my beloved Kiwi-Burst arrived! Kiwi-Burst always offers at least one flavor of dairy-free sorbet style yogurt and it is delicious! There is also a brand new location on Rt. 116 near the Lincoln Mall. Conveniently, minutes from my work! The new location is a bit larger and always carries at least 2 non-dairy flavors! Both locations are always very clean and the cashiers are friendly. This location is tiny so I usually end up taking my creation to go. On the plus side, this location seems to offer more toppings than the newer location. I love those beads that pop with a fruit flavor, not sure of the topping name but they are my favorite and this location ALWAYS has them! It is a little on the pricey side but you are paying by weight and I just tend to go a little overboard with my toppings. They also offer a repeat customer card; buy 10 get one free. Kiwi-burst is my new not-so guilty pleasure! Be sure to check it out and I'm sure you will love it too!

Doesn't taste the same as other yogurts I have tasted. The "California" tart had a bad aftertaste something like wasabi. I'll stick with my Froyoworld or Pinkberry

Started coming to this place at the start of the summer and was very impressed. It is a self serve Froyo place. They constantly rotate their flavors so there is always something new, the fruit toppings are fresh and not from a can, and they have a good variety of other toppings. Definitely worth stopping in if you are in the area.

Really enjoyed my froyo here. Six or seven different favors of deliciousness, plus a million toppings. I went a little overboard with the toppings and ended up with a bit of a mess, but a really tasty one. Next time I would go with a theme, like fruit and chocolate, instead of adding graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, etc. It's pretty pricey here but I think it's worth it!

Alright, so I went here last night because a lot of my friends have been coming here and they said they loved it. Call me biased because I work at pinkberry, but I walked into this place with an open mind and just wanted to try it. I'm not really crazy about the way the yogurt tastes... It just kindof has a "fake" taste to me.. Idk. I didn't like it.

I've never been to a froyo place before. It was really fun creating a concoction that turned out to be delicious. I just wish there was one closer to me. Although, it's probably a good thing because I would be there all the time haha

The froyo is delicious and you get to make it yourself what could be better than that? They rotate the flavors often so every time you go there's a new option! Sometimes I go a little overboard on filling my cup but its always worth it! I've already recommended this place to so many and I will continue to do so!

Good alternative to froyo world. Good location with plenty of parking. Staff was very friendly. We sampled the different kinds-the sorbet was yummy and I am always a fan of the original tart. Froyo world is still my favorite -they seem to have a better selection if flavors and toppings but this place has a better location and is much less busy.

No comparison to the FroYo in Florida but for Rhode Island it'll do.

SO many frozen yogurt places have popped up around here, but I think this is my favorite. When shopping in Smithfield Commons right down the road, it's nice to have froyo instead of lunch sometimes! I really enjoy the bursts- it's an edible casing with fruit flavoring inside. It was so strange but now I can't stop loading 'em on!

I am usually a frequent visitor of froyo world but on the way home from dicks sporting goods, I decided to stop here. It was pretty much the same as froyo world except for a few less toppings. I would return if I was in the area.

Friendly staff and awesome frozen yogurt! Fresh toppings and a ton to choose from. The flavors rotate and there's alway a new one to try. Perfect place to catch up with friends.
