The food was good, the service was excellent. My husband, daughter, and I sat on the outdoor patio. We had an appetizer, spinach dip which was very good and shared a tomato pizza which is always delicious. My daughter had the breadsticks which she will eat all of tomorrow. The server was attentive without being overbearing. Tonisha was an excellent server. We were very happy with our overall experience. The front desk staff was exceptional as well. We will be back. Thank you UNOs.

Sandwich (Turkey, Bacon, Avocado) was sloppy, mashed potatoes were cold on top and fuming hot on the bottom. Sat at the bar, service was amazing. Food just needs to get better, at the very least served better.

I have been to other UNO's in the past and enjoyed my meals, but this was by far the worst. Once we were seated, 10-15 minutes had gone by without anyone coming to our table. I had to go to the front desk to tell them we hadn't been served yet. A server came over and took our order, which was an app platter, a burger and Cobb salad. The platter, which consisted of simple fried food, took 20 minutes and they forgot one portion of the platter. I can understand a long wait for food when it's busy, but it was barely packed. I finally received my burger, which I ordered medium. It was completely charred to a fine crisp and was the wrong burger. The waitress was extremely polite about everything and offered to make make another burger, but I had lost my appetite at that point. The manager also came out to apologize, which I appreciated as well. Sometimes it's just safe to order the pizza.

The lunch service during the weekday is not the best. I have been to this Uno three times now and it is a below average Unos. There is a general smell of spilled beer and the food has too much salt. I have had the pizza, soups, and appetizers. The sodium content in their selections must be high. The lunch portion sandwiches are a poor choice so if you do end going here for a lunch special, then choose a pizza. You are better off going to the food court. Although you probably walked in to Unos because the other restaurants have a long wait!

Everyone knows Pizzeria Uno, it's not like it's a crapshoot, but I thought I'd put a shout-out on here because the service I received was so good. I was stuck in the Northeast during Hurricane Sandy, and had an hour to kill downtown. I went into Uno and sat at the bar for a drink and an appetizer. The bartender, David, was super nice and friendly, in a real way, not a scripted chain-restaurant way. He made me laugh and showed me a relaxed time, which wasn't easy during the stress of the storm. Thanks, David! P.S. This is kind of embarrassing, but the buffalo chicken quesadilla was honestly one of the best things I've ever tasted.

So I came here not expecting much when it came to service, its a chain how good can it be, oh boy was I surprised! The service provided was above and beyond, the servers were great, the mangers were on top of things, maybe there was something in the water, but everyone was so nice and helpful! I tried the deep dish pizza and it was delicious, my friend got the grilled chicken wrap which was good too. And the best part of course is the dessert deep dish chocolate chip cookie with ice cream sooooooooooooooo goooooooooooood loved it! Overall great experience!

Uno's has a cool atmosphere in the Mall. I love the brick and iron motif. The food was good consistent with the chain. Marty our waiter was attentive. I left my keys there and it was a bit of an ordeal retrieving them. But, I'll be back. It was a nice experience. Convenient location.

Went for a late lunch with the family and I will never go back. The restaurant was not busy but it took the waiter over 20 minutes to bring the menus. We then waited another 15 minutes for drinks... The waiter could not have cared less about anything, there was no sense of urgency at all. The food was cold and had no flavor. There were 5 in our party and only 1 person said their food was good. Enough said.

We had a great night at Uno! Being a freezing cold Monday, the restaurant was empty! At one point we were the only ones in there! My boyfriend Dan had a free entree coupon for his birthday so we thought we come to the restaurant after a few months absence. The hostess sat us in a spacious booth. Our waiter Mark, followed shortly. He went and got our requested waters which gave us time to figure out our drink orders. We both went with the drink specials - I got a $5 margarita (on the rocks, with salt) and Dan got a 20oz. Sam Adams. He brought them over quick as we were one of the only tables in the restaurant. We ordered the Guac, Chips, & Dip as a app. I ordered the Deep Dish Mac & Cheese and Dan ordered the Baked Haddock with the skinless bake and broccoli. My margarita was perfect! The guac was delicious. It was chunky and tasted fresh. The salsa was on the spicier side which was a nice change from the mild guacamole. The chips were a combo of regular tortilla and blue tortilla chips. My mac and cheese was great. It was hot, creamy, and covered with bread crumbs. There was so much that I took home 70% of it! Dan's haddock was great too but it needed a little salt and butter. He can't stop thinking about the skinless baked covered in cheese and bacon with a side sour cream. The broccoli was nice and hot. Our server Mark was really nice and attentive. He talked very quietly. I had to ask him again what he was saying once or twice.

I like Uno's more for the bar than the restaurant. I've been several times for drinks at night, and this is how I'd prefer to experience Uno's. However, I did visit once for lunch. I arrived around 1pm on a Tuesday for lunch with a friend. The space is pretty dark, and didn't let a lot of the beautiful sunlight in, so I already know I wouldn't visit again during the day time. Ambiance is very important to me. The waiter was very attentive I mean, we were one of only three tables in the entire space, so it would be very sad if he wasn't. He was very nice and helpful. The food here is really nothing spectacular. The pizza is okay. The salads are you're usual chain food salad. I tried two salads on my visit: I got the Honey Crisp Chicken Salad, which was decent. I also tried my friend's Chicken Caesar salad. Both were average, definitely forgettable. But again, if you can't think of any other locations for lunch, you'll be okay here. Just don't have too high of expectations.

This review is regarding the management: After a trip to long-island we stopped for dinner at Providence while on our way back to Boston. We had a good meal at this great place with wonderful service. Upon arrival in Boston I realized that I left my bag at UNOs. I called the manager the same evening who assured me that he would send the bag to me first thing in the morning (via ground shipping) without asking for reimbursement. I just received my bag and I can not express how grateful I am. Thank you so much UNOs!

Great experience during my visit on a nice Saturday afternoon. Was craving a good deep dish pizza. Place was fairly empty. Was greeted with smiles from beginning to end. Seated promptly. Menu was the usual, but I noticed a bit more regular drink specials as opposed to NYC (live there). They had a few craft beer on tap and the 20oz glasses were $6. We even ordered "off the menu?!" They used to have a four cheese pizza years ago which they do not, so we asked the waiter and they were able to make us a large, 4 cheese, deep dish pizza. So satisfying!!! An overall great experience. Close by the OMNI hotel, rhode island convention center and the large mall that is there. I am surprised that it was so empty, but then again, there are tons of dining options in and around the mall.

The service was amazing!!! Best Gluten Free Pizza and the drinks were so good, they make them without all artificial stuff, the Cosmo and Margarita had all natural ingredients and they were so good, the waitress was so nice and very attentive and the host that sat us was so nice, he made our night by being so friendly when we first walked in.

Not very impressed this time around. My daughter and I took my husband to eat here for Father's Day, the host was more than wonderful, very proper and interactive with us. Our server was very polite and sweet. However, we got the guac, chips and salsa, and most of our chips were stale. Then our server forgot to bring out my daughters pizza crust and the toppings so she could make her own pizza, so we had to sit and wait with our food in front of us until our daughter got her food. I question the quality and freshness of their food after this last visit, it's disappointing. I wasn't impressed with my meal, my husbands pizza crust was extra doughy, as if it were under cooked..I'm not sure if we will be back to this location again.

Great service. Stopped here before a concert in Providence. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. It was on the spicy side, but very good. I had the rice as a side, the rice was very tasty. We also ordered a bacon cheese burger which was very good.

I've visited a number of times and Uno's Pizza hits the spot. After shopping at Providence Place yesterday I decided to come downstairs to have some lunch. I know Uno Pizzeria & Grill is a chain, but it's a good one. I first had Uno's Pizza in Chicago years ago. I've remained loyal ever since. It was a sunny day, so I picked a table outside. Pros: -I had the small personalized deep dish pizza. It was fresh. This little pie was oh, so, good! The mixture of artichokes, spinach, chicken and peppers made this an outstanding meal. -Service was friendly, courteous and prompt. -Good location. Located on the ground level of Providence Place in downtown Providence. It has a good sized patio outside for people watching.

I used to come here on my lunch breaks for a quick cocktail when I worked in the mall - shhhh. Anyway... I always enjoy the lunch special: Ready in 10 minutes, usually with a half sandwich and unlimited soup. Unlimited soup in winter? What better option is there! I don't usually give chain restaurants such a high rating, but the staff is always extremely pleasant and takes good care of me. I have received exceptional service from two members of staff in particular: Kyle and Eric. Each time I go there, they remember who I am and know I like a drink ordered as soon as I sit down. Note to the chain owner: Having the staff write their name on a paper napkin and place it on the table is tacky.

  • Mike P.

Being a chain is not a bad thing when you offer a great products and great service. I don't think I've had a bad experience at any Uno's location.? The meal combinations give you a little taste of different items at a good value. A wedge salad, a cheese pizza will fill you up quickly. My server was Kyle who was very personable and attentive. Definitely a keepah, as we say in RI.

Not too happy with them - came down for the providence bruins game and decided to go to UNOs since they advertised that they were having trivia and some other stuff - but when we went there the bartender said they weren't doing any of that stuff even though they had it advertised on Facebook and advertisements IN THE RESTAURANT.... Won't be going here again and will be emailing the corporate office about this

You can't get too excited about a chain pizza restaurant in the mall, but I will say that Uno's gives you what you want with little fuss or worry. Every visit I've had to this restaurant has been just fine. Fine is a good thing in this case, I want to feel neither highs nor lows when dining in the mall, I just want my food quickly, my beer cold, and to settle up before movie time. Most recently, I was here with three friends because PF Changs told us there was no wait, and then told us there was a 90 minute wait (ummmm?). Uno's told me there was a 15 minute wait, then texted me almost immediately with a table. We sat for quite a while (probably seven minutes or so, but we were waiting for our fourth party member at first) waiting for a server, and finally grabbed a girl walking around with a smart phone and told her we hadn't been waited on at all yet. From that point on, it was nothing but efficiency. Our sever came out, we were ready to order everything and told her that we needed to make a 7pm movie. She brought us everything we needed, was quick with the refills and brought the check right away. We made the movie with time to spare. Uno makes good pizza. No complaints there, and I LOVE that you can get a half pizza or a smaller pasta portion. I really, really like leaving a restaurant without feeling stuffed to the gills especially if the rest of my day includes sitting in a movie theatre or trying on clothes. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is what you expect from a chain pizza place in the mall, the beer selection is good and there's not much more I can say about the place. They feed you, it tastes good and then you leave. I don't ever see myself craving Uno, but who cares? It's decent food in the mall and they don't try to pretend it's anything else.

We aren't ones for chain restaurants, but on a spur-of-the-moment "let's just get out of the house for the weekend" trip to Providence, Hubs and I stopped in to grab some beers and appetizers before heading out to dinner (there's actually a long story in there, but I will refrain from it). So, here we are at Uno's. The bartenders were super friendly and very attentive (partly because there was a huge cheerleading competition at the Dunk and the entire restaurant area was filled with teenage girls who would not shut the hell up) towards us. Beers were ice-cold and I don't think I had finished half of mine before the bartender asked if I wanted another one. Yes, please! Hubs and I ordered a plate of nachos to split while we killed some time and watched the Celtics game. We were absolutely starving and the nachos filled that void quite nicely. Our total tab for the beers and food with tip was under $20. Great service and tasty bar food.

Sloppy, just sloppy! And takes for ever during lunch hour.. When people have to go back to work.. And when it gets there its missing orders.. And its cold! On top of that! my judgement must of been inpaired that I actually came back..

I've ordered the same thing thrice here and it's been so bad all three times that I felt compelled to write a negative review. Granted, this isn't the place to be expecting good fish but I'd expect some minimum standards! I'm referring to the salmon. It's ridiculously overcooked. The third time, I explicitly requested that they take care to not overcook it but nope, their chef refuses to care. The sides don't fare any better. The brown rice is BLAND and the roasted vegetables are an example of how not to roast vegetables. To top it all off, I had to wait more than 5 minutes at the front. What's the point in designating someone to the front of the house if they're not there to assist you? My recommendation is to avoid this place as much as you can.

  • Steven P.

Ordered the fish and chips... received overcooked, mushy fish entombed in a crunchy, rock-hard sarcophagus. Ick. What made it worse was that I had a modest wait and was forced to listen to the bartender drone on about how many hours he had to be there and how he couldn't wait to leave. What a coincidence -- me too.

Asked for the individual pizza with the flat sauce and no chunky tomato sauce. I received the pizza with chunky tomato sauce. The Manager only offered to make it over vs take it off the bill. We were shocked and it was a party of 6 so was reflected in the tip and won't be going back. Bad move on the Manager's part.

I really try to avoid chain restaurants because they usually result in mediocre food choices but there is something about Uno's that I just love! My friend and I went to this Uno's on Monday night because we happened to be in the mall and I had a coupon (the Uno's rewards program has the best coupons ever!). Our waiter was hilarious and super friendly, he offered us snack hours apps even though we had missed the time that they are normally offered. We ordered the guacamole, chips and avocado egg rolls, all were delicious and we both ordered pizza which was also really good. They also gave us free dessert! This was a great experience and I will definitely be back. Cheap apps, great food, amazing service, free dessert- that is what I call a great restaurant experience!

We went there on a Saturday for lunch. I'm in my second week of Atkins and there are no carbs from bread or potatoes allowed, so I was concerned but starving. Our waitress was Kimberly and she was wonderful. I explained to her that I wanted the bacon cheddar hamburger but no bun. She suggested putting it on a salad and held the fries. The ranch dressing was on the side. It was absolutely delicious and within my dietary guidelines and since I was getting it on the house salad, I expected an upcharge. But she told them there was no bun and no fries, so no upcharge. I am so grateful to her for helping me and not making me feel like I was a bother. My sister had a medium rare cheeseburger and was very happy with it. She said not every place can cook them right, but Uno's does. The place was crowded but we didn't wait long for our food which was nicely plated and just hot enough. In spite of being busy, Kimberly remained attentive and friendly throughout the meal. I would gladly eat there again and would hope to have her taking care of us as well.

I had a great time here last night (Sunday). I enjoyed some cocktails and my waitress Jess was awesome. She was incredibly fun and made my experience memorable. The food was chain-like but the service was reminiscent of a classy steak joint. Thank you Jess, and thank you Uno's for hiring good people.

Food is pretty good. This was my second time eating at the restaurant..the first time I went the food was amazing...second time around wasn't as good. But wasn't bad..I had burger sliders which were great, and that creamy crab stuff with bread, awesomeness!....also I recommend everyone try the bread pudding..had it twice..to die for...not even exaggerating...service was pretty good, besides the fact that we had to wait close to 30mins for our food..lighting is great..and restaurant in general looks nice..

Thoroughly 'eh' - really only one negative to call out, but no real positives to push it back up. Also - when did Unos start use the Cheesecake Factory's menu system? I thought the waitress was going to tip over trying to carry the stack of menus from our table of 8. The negative comes from my drink order. After perusing the menu, i note that they have Newcastle on draft. I say to the waitress "Oh, you have Newcastle draft?" She responds "Yes" and i follow-up with "I'll have that". several minutes later, i receive a bottle of Newcastle.

Theres something about this Unos that I love. Maybe its because every time I am annoyed with the Providence Place Mall, I end up at this bar alone hahaha. Buut how can I not stop in when the bar has the cheapest appetizers ever from 3-7 and 9-close. (They are all like $3, and great portions!) They also usually have a $5 cocktail special and they have Hard Cidar on draft, which makes me very happppy =)

I am not a fan of chain restaurants (have I mentioned that before?). But I have to admit, lunch was delicious yesterday. You know what to expect here. It's standard fare. The lunch specials are huge. The french onion soup was flavorful with the perfect mix of seasoning, cheese and onion. And I enjoyed my chicken Caesar salad - - Lunch portions?!! The salad was enormous!!

Been here at least twice by now. Food and drink are always good. Service has been good as well. BIG BONUS - there usually is no wait here on Friday and Saturday, when there is an hour wait at the places you might rather go...Obviously it all depends on how hungry you are, and if you plan ahead - I usually do no planning, but am super hungry, which is why I've now eaten at this establishment twice and I'll probably be back. P.S. Your bill will probably be a little cheaper here as well p.p.s. avocado egg rolls are delicious(but a little small if you're planning on sharing)!

so we walked in ... it was relatively busy but not crazy busy. probably 3 - 5 parties waiting. so here's my first complaint: the waiting area is non-existent (you are basically in everyone's way who is trying to come in or leave. we are standing in this ... i guess you could say "line of chaos" ... to put our name in. the guy behind the counter is not interacting with any customers ... instead he's talking to another employee. so finally i look at girl next to me and ask "have you put your name in yet" (she was there before us) ... she says No. so out of frustration the only option was for us was to sit at the bar, which we did. the bartender was very nice and kind of attentive. i personally don't like overbearing service so i was fine with it. we ordered apps (which were AWESOME), drinks, and entrees. Being at Uno Chicago Grill i felt obligated to order an individual pizza (i had ordered it before and always enjoyed them). while it was good .... i feel they could have dialed down on the sodium. perhaps before bringing it out to me someone spilled an entire salt shaker on it?? hmm. the other two people with me enjoyed their meals and the food looked awesome. another "non-service" complaint: the bathrooms ... are they kidding?? i think the bathrooms at McDonald's and Burger King are nicer than this one. this completely brought down "this is a nice restaurant" meter in my head. i did enjoy myself though believe it or not .... we had a key spot at the bar ... nice flatscreen directly in front of us and nice service ... hence the THREE stars (vs TWO). would i go back? i actually would .... just will stay away from the Sodium Pizza next time.

My experience at Unos was interesting my 1st time here It was later on in the Evening so it wasn't busy, But to start there wasn't a host to tell us where to sit untill 5mins later turns out he was chilling at the bar. Wasn't really paying attention playing on his Phone. Then we got seated. Had a waiter named Mark who didn't kow was in several dishes and was just reading from our menu what we already can read we asked about the Farro salad what kind of grain "a seed", rice what?!?! The food came out and they mixed our sides up. It wasn't a big deal but still....he came over to our table once the whole time and asked me if I wanted a refil when my drink when I was allready done NOW mind you it was late and he only had 2!!!!!! Tables. We asked for desser came ay a decent time. He didn't bring us spoons untill 5mins later and then him and that host that was on the phone left for a good 15mins and there was 3tables total wondering uhm...we've been done should we just leave....so the food was good but Customer service was horrible. I was Seriously debating on leaving. I WOULD recommend to management better Menu training for servers so they can actually answer a guest question and being more attentive.

A little over priced, but has a great bar. Make sure to check the actual taps because their written list of "beers on tap" doesn't include everything they have. They have a decent selection of bourbon as well and the staff was very friendly. Open late too.

I'm usually a fan of Uno's - they're the only mainstream chain that I'll agree to eat at. Unfortunately my last visit here was super disappointing. Our waitress was...not sure how to put this...oblivious? She was really nice, and I feel bad for saying this but the girl needs some lessons on refilling drinks, taking plates off the table, and not abruptly interrupting conversations. Regardless of the service, the food was a huge disappointment. We ordered the crab "fun-do", which was mostly melted cheese with some thawing shrimp inside (it was still cold when I bit into it). For dinner we all had pasta, and two of the dishes were insanely buttery - to the point where we couldn't finish it because it was so intense. The bottom of the pasta bowl was swimming in butter. I guess if I ever come back, I'll be sticking with the chicken fingers and pizza.

consistently great for my Gluten free family with and without their friends. Great for a fun night out in the city. Call ahead for seating or even take out (my daughter and I did a take out power salad the other night when the wait was too long, and we really just wanted to eat quickly and keep shopping).

GLUTEN FREE DINERS: Yes, they have a thin crust Gluten Free pizza crust! They offer either pepperoni, cheese, or vegetarian...I asked for vegetarian with pepperoni (really need that pepperoni to counter the sweet taste of the marinara and the GF crust). Overall, it was A-OK. The crust had a decent crunch on the edges, and the toppings were fresh. It did the trick, but it was not the best GF pizza I've had as yet.

This place used to be my favorite hangout spot back in high school. I'd come here atleast once every couple of weeks for some after school grub and it was always a great time. I haven't been here in ages, but the food was really good, never had any problems. They have THE best Cream of Broccoli soup I think I've ever tasted, but that's just me. I also liked their fish sandwich and the fries were good too. Good Buffalo bites and nachos as well, but the nachos are huge! As for dessert, I would highly recommend the brownie cake with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge. O-M-G, chocolate and ice cream lovers unite with that heavenly treat. I'll always be a fan of Uno's, four stars!

A couple of friends and I went here last night after going to Dave-and-Busters. I hadn't been to Uno's in a while and was eager to try something new off their menu. The specials menu that the waitress gave us comprised entirely of dishes with some sort of lobster (including lobster mac-n-cheese, hmm...) which automatically meant they could jack the price of the dish up ten or so dollars. None of us opted for that; my boyfriend got a Cobb Salad, my friend got the flatbread cheese pizza, and I got the flatbread Mediterranean pizza with five-grain crust. For an appetizer, we had gotten the wings sampler with Asian, Buffalo, and Uno's style-flavored wings. They were good, but I didn't think the Buffalo was nearly spicy enough. Our entrees were also pretty good; I had never tried a Mediterranean-style pizza before (I usually opted for the more traditional cheese flavor) and I was glad I did. After the meal, my boyfriend and I each ordered mini-desserts. I had the mini brownie sundae and he got the mini Bananas Foster. They're enough so you feel glad you got dessert but not so much that you ask yourself why, oh why did you eat that? If you're full after a meal at Uno's, I would highly recommend NOT getting one of their full-size desserts (especially the deep-dish sundae - it's huge even without "mega-sizing" it). If you have to get one, split it with someone or you'll end up with a day's worth of calories in one dish. Anyway...the food was pretty good, nothing to knock your socks off, but good. Our waitress, on the other hand, was another story. Things started out good. She sat us, gave us time to look over the menu, then came back to get our drink and appetizer orders. The drinks came back quickly then, when she brought the appetizer, she saw my Diet Pepsi was low so she offered to get me another one. I said yes and she said she'd be right back with it. She didn't come back. We ended up having our entrees delivered by another waitress; I have no idea what happened to this one. Maybe she took a break or something? Either way, by the time she came back with my drink we were halfway through our dinner. It seemed a bit unprofessional to me. I know it's "only" an Uno's, but shouldn't you at least tell the people you are serving (and who you're relying on for a tip) that you'll be gone. We've gone to a Friendly's before and have our waitress tell us that she would be going on break so she wouldn't be around, but we could call on another waiter if we needed anything. I would think Uno's is a step-up from Friendly's (or at least it tries to be).

We were staying at the Westin, which is right next to the mall. This place was pretty convenient, so we decided to give it a try. We were seated right away. Service was excellent. Nick was our waiter and he did a great job. The pasta portions were huge, as were the side salads. The pricing was just right. I'd come back if I was in the area.

Overall, a good dining experience. The food was good, but one of the steak entrees we ordered was over cooked. Our server could have been more knowledgable of the menu, but made up for it with her happy personality and quick service.

I was at the mall last night and saw an add for $1.00 bar menu. Decided to go. Sat at a table in the bar area. There are no items on the bar menu that cost $1.00. The cheapest was $1.99. I know it is still cheap - but why advertise something that clearly you don't have. I had the pineapple margarita, it was good but had way to much tequilla in it. Our server was nice, very attentive and super fast. We had the nachos, buffalo bites and spinach spread. All was good and in good portions. We were full. Our bill came to $27.15 before tip, not bad for drinks and apps. The only down side, there was a hair in my drink, a hair in the nachos and a hair tangled in my boyfriend's fork. I've learned to not freak out about hairs in food that look like they come from the head. But 3 hairs in one sitting.... that is a little much. But overall experience was the best I've had at any uno's. I will go back for the cheap bar menu and a beer.

I've been a few times with friends for a quick dinner. Service is always great, friendly, and timely. The food is prepared as expected. I have no complaints, really. Being a chain, you don't expect an extraordinary amount of creativity in the food, and you shouldn't. I love the rattlesnake pasta. Fills me up just right. Food is, well, chain food.

This rating is for their gluten-free pizza which is regularly available. The best part of the pizza was that it was available for the special pricing that the regular pan pizza/thin crust are priced. I HIGHLY recommend Uno's for those of you who also have a gluten allergy. However, my boyfriend ordered a regular version of the same pizza (non-gluten-free) with vegetables, but ended up throwing his away after the first bite. I was so surprised! His thin crust crumbled like chalk and tasted disgusting- I would have returned it, if it were not for the fact that we had ordered out. :-(

I've been to this particular Uno's several times since I moved to Providence. It's conveniently located, never over crowded, food is good, and just the right amount of service. Another one of my favorites for lunch when I worked in the mall as a poor, struggling, college student.

It's hard to put our finger on it, but my girlfriend and I loved going here for some reason. Their snack hour deal is REALLY worth it, so we'd just swing in on a whim a lot and grab a bite to eat....and sometimes a drink or two also. Ultimately I think it comes down to the atmosphere. They have these really comfy seats right by the bar/front windows that are great for people watching. The place becomes cozy on a rainy day and relaxing on warm summer night. UNOs beats Friday's, Ruby Tuesdays, and Chili's easily.

Definitely not a place I would return. Cute bartenders but horrible food. The burger looked like it had some how come out of a tube and then sliced into patties. Gross to say the least. When I told my a friend where I had gone they asked my opinion on the pizza, which I did not have. So maybe this is a pizza place only but I'm not a fan of the deep dish Chicago style any way. The place really reminded me of an applebee's, or perkins, or any other restaurant like those.

This unos was outstanding, the food was great and the service was even better! I went in with my newborn asking for a booth to nurse, the manager was extremely accommodating!! Which gets all my respect and will definitely be a repeat customer!! I work in the food industry and understand the importance of these surveys, I only wish the unos website made it easier to write a nice review. The management and staff definitely deserve the recognition.

Be careful of the crazy lady bartender on Sunday nights! I was there with my family last night following a graduation celebration. She was engaging us in conversation and giving out too much of her personal information that seemed really strange. Then she got mad at us and threw us out! Mind you, my family was just trying to have some snacks and drinks. She should NOT be working there!
