The food is pretty standard for Chilis, but the service was by far the worst or seen at not just a Chilis, but at most restaurants in general. The waitress seemed annoyed anyone time we or any other of the tables asked for ANYTHING. My wife was walking around with our baby, trying to get her to calm down, and the waitress very forcefully and rudely said EXCUSE ME, then bumped into my wife, smashing my daughters leg between my wife and the side of a booth. The waitresses demeanor changed to a bit friendlier after she saw that my daughter was crying. Shocking. We decided to get our food to go, whenever the food would come out as it took her 10 minutes to even come to the booth, and it had been at least 25 minutes for a burger and some fish tacos. It took forever and then all came out at the same time. The food itself? Super gross and burnt. This particular branch is a joke. Go elsewhere.

One of the best Chilis we have been to. Food is great and most servers are really attentive. The ones that are not are not there the next time we go in. Must be great management at this restaurant.

So I stand by my two star rating for this location. It's not the food, it's the service. Yes it was a Friday night - but we were seated right away. The place was somewhat full, but not packed. We ordered an appetizer and drinks. The drinks came quickly, but the waitress completely misunderstood what kind of traditional margarita was ordered ( she had them put sugar on the rim ). The wait for the appetizer trio was insane -over 25 minutes and the only time the waitress came by was to ask if we were waiting on chips and salsa - um, no - don't you write the order down on your little pad? Fried pickles, southwestern eggrolls, and big mouth burger bites. All very good but I couldn't tell the difference in any of the three dipping sauces. We were going to place an order of fajitas, but decided against another loooong wait for one dish. Oh and one last thing. The "free wi-fi" is worthless. Even with a full signal, it's like one bar of signal - most likely due to the wi-fi enabled game/entertainment consoles at every table.

Its a chain restaurant but this location was ok. Went with a huge group and service was great considering. I ordered chicken quesadillas with the salad. I felt like something was missing on my plate but nevertheless I will give it 4 stars for good customer service

How does someone really rate a Chain restaurant, considering they all have the same food, layout and decorations. However, I live halfway in between two Chili's and this is the better one. It might be the location, but I'm sure that it's because no matter how busy they are they always have great service here.

We like this place! The food is good and reasonably priced. The beer draft specials are great and cheap...even if there is no regular lager offered. We ate the Guacamole Burger which was delicious and the full rack of baby back ribs in the "mix & match combo" - but we would recommend the classic BBQ version. Both variants were very tasty, but the classic version is more juicy and tasteful. Our waiter Jimmy was awesome! Friendly and very helpful! Hopefully he is serving us the next time, too! So all in all four stars from us...but only due to the fact that we only give five stars for outrageous experience...

Justin is the best server ever! If you have him you're in for a treat! He was timely with food and drinks, always checked on us. We're a few college kids and he gave him a 40% tip, that just goes to show how awesome Justin is! Food was awesome as usual. Can't wait till we have Justin again!

Another chain. Got a sampler appetizer. It was the best part of the entire experience. The chicken in my chicken sandwich was very dry. My Arnold Palmer was missing the lemonade. Service was lacking.

I like Chili's. We have one in our hometown and like our experience there. This one on the other hand was subpar. The tables were sticky with grease or whatever it was. Scrape your finger nail on the table and you will see. Look up at the walls and you will see dust accumulated for years. I looked around and saw a ton of food on the floor and it was only 1:30 pm. We ordered the Nacho appetizer and were too salty to eat. We also ordered grilled cheese with mash and pineapple for my little one. The grilled cheese was good (how can you mess that up!) and the mash was too salty. The pineapple for some reason had black pepper and cilantro....what? Anyways the server was very nice and attentive and took off the nachos from the bill because we didn't eat 1/4 of it. So service was great very attentive. Food awful. Eat at your own risk.

Better than average Chilis, the stand outs are a friendly staff, clean, plenty of parking, huge bar area with six well positioned tvs and late hours to watch games. Franchises are what they but this place is above average, if you like Chilis you won't be disappointed, the food is good and the full bar is well stocked. There is wifi but we can't connect, the manager doesn't seem to know why. Evidently they've had it looked at but no joy. To his credit; he was very apologetic and seemed genuine and very nice. The lack of wifi is not a big deal, I'm mostly telling the tale of how well he handled a minor issue. Gave them five stars as compared to other Chilis. Pluses all around but the real stand out is the wait staff, very attentive and friendly. Overall a good experience, well deserving of five stars and worthy of the Chilis name.

Chilli's, you never let me down no matter where I am, even Middletown! The Big and I went here for dinner. We both started with margarita specials, and we were offered chips and salsa to nosh on while we waited for our fajita's - how can you say no? so the man said, yes! (cause he's good like that) The chips came out right before our meal (the waitress apologized and didn't charge for them which was a nice gesture) I had the steak fajita, he had the fajita trio (chicken, shrimp, steak) which both came out sizzling hot with all the fixings to go along with it; rice, etc,. The steak was delicious! We both left full and satisfied! I'll be back - who knows at what location though!

Well, it's Chili's. Most people are familiar with their menu. They have really good deals which is very nice when you're on tight budget ;) I am making this review because their service is exceptional and their servers are attentive to your needs. They are on top of everything and they will really tell you what their best deals are for the day. They wont sugarcoat if a certain food item doesnt sell much or whatever. And this shows the server's sincerity :) kudos!

We came today to celebrate Mother's Day and I have to say, the service was so bad that we had to request another server. No drinks , food or even a hello for over 10 minutes. Her tip- a suggestion that she get another profession. We asked to see The manager and while he was considerate and he did make sure our 2nd Server, Mary, was wonderful, but not even a drink comp. I'm in sales and marketing and I have to say, not good PR or customer service. Food was good and exactly what one would expect from a chili's. Decent food at a reasonable price.

Our local chili's closed a couple of years ago so we were looking forward to our meal. Unfortunately, we left disappointed. The restaurant had a few other parties there but wasn't busy at all when we got there around 4pm-ish. The wait staff was chatting with each other while they waited for the dinner crowd to arrive. Our waiter was very attentive and brought out free soda refills without our even having to ask. The fried pickles appetizer was good and the burger & fries were fine--more well done than the medium we asked for, but since you can't un-cook a burger and we didn't have time to wait for another one to be cooked, we didn't bother mentioning it. The biggest problem was the chicken fajita ... the chicken itself was moist but it had a spicy red sauce on top that must be a new addition. Was fairly easy to wipe off, so no big deal. The grilled/sauteed onions were waaaay overcooked, which isn't necessarily a huge deal since I love sauteed onions, but the green peppers on the griddle plate were barely cooked. When put together, I definitely got the impression that the onions were from some long-simmering pile on the side of the stove and the green peppers were an after-thought that was just rushed through and not finished. Made me really wonder just how long those onions had been on the stove for? hours, days, years? (Although the Spanish rice was blah and room temperature, the beans were warm and yummy.) The worst part, though, was the condiment serving tree ... the shredded cheese was room temp and dried up (as in, not fresh, several hours old) and what I thought was sour cream turned out to be more like a room temperature spicy (chipotle?) mayo-based dressing...gag! After that, I didn't even bother with the jalapenos, pico de gallo, salsa, and whatever else was in those little serving cups. I really hope these condiment trees aren't just sitting around on the counters for hours waiting to be brought to customers like it seems. They should at least be kept in a refrigerated area where the contents stay cold and don't get dried out.

So I came here with my cousin today and I would like to start off by saying that our service was fantastic. The hostess and the server were both amazing at their jobs and I appreciated their services. That being said... The food was super bland. My cousin and I elected to order the smaller 9.99 triple dinner appetizers. I got the Guacamole Big Mouth Bites, Boneless Buffalo Wings and Southwestern Eggrolls combo. My cousin got the same thing but he substituted his Eggrolls for Potato Skins which they had no issue doing. The food was super bland! The Boneless Buffalo seemed like it was sitting under a heater for a while.. almost felt rubbery. The burgers and Eggrolls were pretty good though.. but the bread for the burgers seem dried and stale. Their strawberry lemonade was far inferior to the ones I would get from Red Robins. What I didn't like was the fact that I kind of felt like I was tricked into getting their nachos and salsa. When we seated, the server asked us if we'd like that (after we ordered our drinks) and I thought it was a complimentary thing you'd get. For instance, at the 99 Restaurants, you'd get a free side of popcorn to start you off.. so we said sure. But upon checking the bill, we were charged 5.95 for it. I didn't like that tactic they employed to sell us those nachos. Overall, bad food, bad business practices. The only saving grace was the service which I took care of at the end of the meal.

I debated on whether to Yelp! about Chili's or not, and since I ate there tonight and it as not terrible, I will go ahead and Yelp! It was a good time! We had a party of 7 and we were seated right away. We were a bit crammed but we had a kid in our party so it wasn't too bad. The service was quick and friendly and very patient! We all got our orders quickly and precise and the server was kind enough to separate all of our checks. Bottom line, if you are looking for a quick, casual, chain restaurant meal, this Chili's is A-OK!

I stupidly believed the other reviews here on yelp. The chips were great. Everything else was below average food, even for a chili's. My salad was the worse. The quesadilla explosion salad had limp lettuce and inedible cheese quesadilla's and it was smothered in disgusting dressing. The lettuce was warm and the quesadilla's were cold. Literally. My husband had the fajitas and he said they were tasteless. This is the last time we will go to any chili's.

Yes, I feel a bit lame reviewing a chain restaurant. But, I think this Chili's deserves it. My boyfriend and I have frequented this place waaaaaay too often. They're reliably tasty in various "genres" of food. Fajitas and quesadillas are usually pretty good. But what's FANTASTIC are the southwestern egg rolls. Ever since that first night we got them (and after I got over my irrational loathing of egg rolls of any sort), it's been a must order. Even when we've been strapped for the bucks, we've always gotten them. The chocolate molten cake is also reaaally good too -- perfect to split. What really sets this place about is the service. The people here are friendly (lol, recognize a few of them too). Like, when a friend and I ordered the Awesome Blossom (yes, it is that awesome), they tooook a REAAALLY long time. BUT -- when they brought it out, it was the AWESOMEST BLOSSOM IN THE WORLD. Seriously, the span of this awesome blossom is the span of TWO girls' hands from wrist to fingertips. Think about it. An awesome blossom of gianormous proportions. And why? Because they ended up dropping our previous awesome blossom earlier. Thus the long wait. Therefore, Chili's is awesome. And they're are unlimited drink refills! (Try the raspberry iced tea.)

First time having the Fajita's at Chili's and they were awesome! The steak and shrimp were cooked to perfection! They were sautéed with al dente peppers and caramelized onions in a chipotle garlic butter sauce with a hint of cilantro and lime...Mmmm! love love love the tower of condiments...........guacamole, salsa, cheese, sour cream, and sliced jalapeno's, We went Cadillac style, which meant our fajita's came with beans & rice ! But even Better than the food was the service we were given by our waiter Jimmy Brewer. He was More than attentive. He was very upbeat. It was obvious that he loved his job..........something you don't see everyday in waitstaff. He was polite. Something that is very important to me is that my waiter come back 5 mins. after he has served my food to see if I need anything and Jimmy was there in 3 mins. He was very gracious and accommodating. I certainly would recommend Chili's, but only if you promise to ask for Jimmy as a waiter ! Kudos!
