Terrible service, the people that work there are rude and find any excuse they can to avoid helping you....

Great place mini rockets ... food was good and the staff is nice. Beats anything else in the casino by a long shot.

Third and final review of Johnny Rockets at Twin River. Johnny has officially lost his rocket! Service has reached an all-time low and restaurant is dirty. Not only has a classic JR server dance never happened at this store, but apathetic servers can no longer even be bothered to make you the fun happy-face ketchup squirt nor lift the 50's style server lid to let you pick your straw. I'm really hopeful the Twin River location experience is an isolated example of poor management and not indicative of the entire franchise. In a crowded field of great burger joints, the Johnny Rockets brand experience of classic diner is king. Lose that, and Johnny is left holding a greasy spatula. He clearly needs to get his groove back.

I actually thought the service here was GREAT. I read previous reviews complaining. its like a tiny version of a regular restaurant style..and they still seat u, bring your order..check on you. It's not just a order and take out..considering is kind of part of a casino "food court" type of set up. Our waitress was super nice, the food came super fast, hot & fresh! I have a cheeseburger problem..so I was happy

I'll start off by saying that it was Saturday Night at Twin River, and the place was hopping. That being said, here comes the bad review. The line was long, and the wait for our food was even longer (50 minutes for take out). People who sat at the counter were served way before the people in take out. The natives were starting to rumble at that point. We get our food, and my sister-in-law's sweet potato fries were cold, but we dare not complain, otherwise we would still be waiting. My wife's salad was good, and my hamburger was better than I expected. If the wait wasn't so long, this would have been a 4 star rating instead of 2. Don't get me wrong, I like Johnny Rockets, but something has to be done about their management.

25 Minutes for a milk shake. Don't waste your time! They said there was a back up on food but a shake wouldn't be an issue...it wasn't even worth the wait.

This place is horrible! The cashier downstairs, an older Spanish lady, talks to you like you're stupid when she can hardly talk English. It took almost 45 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries! Management needs some training because all their employees kept going in and out of the back or just standing around and visibly on their phones. The place was very dirty , aprons were black, black towels and spills on the floor. I heard one of the employees throw an f bomb!! So unprofessional I will not be back here!! Wicked good bar and grill is the place to go
(1)Michelle A.
Rude employees! Grant it, it was busy but no excuse.... Apparently the schedule must've been posted cause they were all hanging around the shake machine not bothering w the customers.
(2)Bread Man S.
Pretty good. They do a good job. The employees care and they work hard. Clean place too.
(4)Dan D.
Management has reached an all time low here. I'm in line to order and the person in front of me ordered a shake, the cashier grabbed a container of Oreos and I seen a swan of fruit flies flying around brown bananas... EWW! Okay needless to say I wasn't ordering a shake. I finally am up to register and the cashier could barely understand what I was ordering (I speak clear english) and literally rolled her eyes when I asked that my fries be well done and just responded with "yeah yeah" . I clearly see my food in the little food window and staff members are just standing around talking, one was on her phone laughing to some girl or guy I wasn't sure what they were. I get my food and my fries looked like they were sitting under the heater for over an hour and my burger had mayo on it when I clearly asked for no mayo. Twin river is a nice casino, so I thought the food places would be the same... Horrible customer service and unhygienic!

good greasy burger choc shake was nice
(3)Andrew S.
Less than average. I can not understand why this nothing of a burger joint seems to appeal to so many customers. I finally broke down and tried Johnny Rockets. First of all, I added fries with my burger so I would experience the full treatment. The fries were ok, but boring and nothing special. The only positive was the happy face designed in a small bowl poured from ketchup by my waitress. I looked around and saw that you are supposed to eat your french fries by hand. I asked for a fork and received a thin white plastic fork. I suppose it's to give you that "take out ambiance"? (Even when dining at a table). Then the burger came out, wrapped in paper, again I guess the "take out ambiance" is supposed to be some kind of positive statement. Once again I was wondering why instead of a plate made of either ceramic or moulded plastic they serve the burger on paper plates. Looking at my burger it appeared that the meat did not join well and seemed to crack apart, not sure why but normally burgers do tend to mold into a patty and remain as one unit while eating. This burger did not. No particular flavor or sauce either. Somewhat without character. A real non event for 10 plus dollars, and a tip. One step above McD or B-King, but McD and BK burgers have more flavor, it might be some odd flavor juice but at least they have flavor.

Good food but snotty staff...
(2)Lisa B.
Worst experience ever. 30 minutes to order only 2 people in front of us 30 min to get my food which wasn't even right but not worth the fight. Bad attitudes so so food don't waste your time go to Foxwoods if you want to try this restaurant you'll have better luck there.
