Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Had dinner there for the first time last evening. We were got to the restaurant quite late, but we NEVER felt rushed. On the contrary the owners are fantastic, spent a lot of time talking with us and they are so kind and considerate. The antipasto was fantastic, everyone has something different, Pasta, Chicken and my husband and I split the lamb chops. Oh, they were delicious ( I have been thinking about that lamb chop all day today). Needless to say, we will be back!

We normally had this restaurant on our 6-8 week rotation, We had dinner there about two weeks ago. Bad clams casino, no intervention with staff or owner, left on bill. Owner had so much perfume on we could not enjoy dinner. Off our List.

quiet, small but not in a bad way..god bar area as well as quiet tables...staff is amazing and helpfull..menu was typical italian but I was shocked that my main course was huge and my side of pasta was small..its usually the other way around. great food and theres a pizza place next door which I hear u can order from as well. prices normal.. $14-20 for entrees.

Good food and good service. I don't want to tell my little secret spot, but everybody deserves a good meal.

Typically when I go out for Italian, it is in Boston's North End, so that is what I'm comparing this to. I had dinner here over the weekend with a group of 8. Everyone at my table had antipasto and a pasta dish, and we all loved it. The portions are well sized--you get just the right amount rather than far too much. Their sangria is delicious too! The staff was friendly (especially the owners) and they speak Italian fluently. This is certainly among the best Italian food I've had, and the prices are just what I'd expect from an Italian restaurant. This one is well worth it. I'm going to have to go back because I saw someone at the bar with pizza and it looked awesome!
