It's a Dunkin Mediocre coffee, subpar food items, and crappy service. The thing you have to give it is that they are convenient. There's a million locations, none good, but I have to give a second star for ease of use. This location is not bad, they get you through the drive through quickly. Attention public, anyone who says Dunkin Dirtnuts is really good coffee needs so stop eating and drinking the same items as a 10 year old. Work on those adult taste buds. Thanks

This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts I ever been to. This location is inconvenient and very busy and confusing . Then once you get to the order area they seem nice , but when you pull up you pay them and hours later your food comes out freezing. All I ordered was a ham and cheese croissant and I literally received it 5 minutes after, and I really have no clue why I was not flipping out at that point . I saw numerous employees walk by the window laughing and joking but not with my sandwich. Then the guy had a nerve after taking my money within seconds , to give me my food 5 minutes later . He attempted to apologize for taking so long but it was faked so bad. First and last time ever going to this location. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone especially if you don't like cold food or drinks.

This Dunkin' needs to get it's shizz together. I moved recently and this has become my new location that I pass on my way to work. Not happy about it. The drive-thru is molasses slow, and when you get to the window, your beverage still isn't ready. No, I'm not one of those jerks that orders 4 sandwiches with coffees. I usually just get a coffee/latte, sometimes a pastry. Still, it's never ready when I get to the window. There's one lady at the window regularly that is very nice, but the rest of them don't even talk to you and just take your payment/give you the goods. Three times now, I've tried to redeem my Perks Rewards here and they look at me like I have three heads. One guy at the window literally said to me once, "what is this?" Their printer does not print out the QR code for some reason, just the code number, so I really have to pay attention before I throw away the receipt. All of the other Dunkins are like "Yay you earned a free bev!" when they give you the receipt, but not these guys, of course. THEN, they get pissy at me that they have to punch in the code. I've told them every single time that they should get their printer looked at because it's not printing the QR code. Still not fixed, and they still don't understand how the receipt coupon works. BUT, as far as coffee goes, they have yet to screw up my order. Yay?

Well, I was notified by corporate 2 weeks ago that they would forward my complaint to the owner. Have not heard a word from the owner, I guess it is obvious they give less than a damn about their customers bad experiences.

I go to this Dunkin almost every single day! The consistency is Mediocre but it's highly disappointing when you go at about 3pm in the afternoon to a "donut" shop and your being told they have absolutely NO donuts.
