We have visited this Chili's location twice and both times we had extremely friendly, quick, and helpful service & to top it off, solid food. We tried their burgers and fajitas and for chain restaurant food they quite tasty! Recommend this Chili's location.

Very good, little kid had the chicken crispers, no surprise there; they were on par. Another snoozer was the big kid had the bacon burger; as if that were all they could eat here. Mom had the sirloin and u had the grilled chicken salad. All was great and the server Diane was excellent.

I was amazed when I recently went to Chili's, so I went back a second time that week. The chain restaurant has done some impressive re branding. I noticed the food and drinks mostly stayed the same, but I noticed a huge improvement physically to the restaurants interior. The tacky outdated tiles that used to be on all the tables is no more. Now that have the Chili's logo on the table and it looks like a huge improvement. But the best addition was having the tablet on every table. You can now play games, reorder drinks and pay your bills without getting a staff member.

I come to chili's all the time and usually find myself leaving full and content. What really is the draw for me here is the 2 for 20 meal deal. I usually come with one other person so this meal always ends up being good and affordable! Works out perfect! I'm also lucky that the meals I like are on the 2 for 20! I love enjoying an appetizer of either some of their warm chips or some gooey Texas cheese fries. For meals I like the half rack of ribs, but lately I've really been enjoying the bacon chicken cheese quesadillas. Ask for them done a little crispier and you'll thank me later. If you have leftovers they taste a-mazing toasted! The mango chile chicken is also very good. One thing I recommend to not get is the fried chicken crispers, one mass of greasy and stomach upsetting mess. If you can stomach it go ahead but I advise to stay away! Try to get the less fried version and ask for their honey chipotle or barbecue sauce to go with it for great flavor! After the 2 for 20 I like to indulge in dessert. My favorite is the lava cake. The lava cake is rich , spongey and moist ,surrounded and top with indulgent hot fudge & caramel. Also topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream encased in a hard chocolate shell. The lava cake is the perfect way to end the meal.

I haven't been in a while. I find it too noisy there, and I'm not a fan of the food. A friend talked me into going the other night. We had deep fried cheese bites and panko breaded Cajun onion rings first. Cheese bites were battered like fish. Good! Onion rings were bland. No better than supermarket frozen onion rings. My friend complained and they brought her a bit of the Cajun spice to sprinkle on them. Our entrees came out five minutes after our apps. Way too soon. The manager offered to remake our dinners after we finished our apps. Awkward! We declined. My date had Cajun chicken and penne. She thought it was bland, and not creamy. She brought it home. Now two things labelled "Cajun" and both were bland. I had ribs. They were mush. Very, very, overcooked, grey, and unappealing. The broccoli on the side was mush too! Neither of us enjoyed ourselves. Food was terrible. My friend pointed out our sodas were almost three bucks each. That's the last time I eat at Chili's. Unless I'm dragged there!

It'll be years before I step foot in Chili's again, if ever. After hearing so much about their "hand crafted" burgers I wanted to see what the hype was about, but my (what was supposed to be) medium rare burger came out charred, flat as a pancake, and was just a terrible excuse for a burger. It's also ludicrous to have a drink menu with no prices...seriously? Why not go all the way and take the prices off all of the menu items so we can guess at everything? And you want to charge me $1.99 to play Plants vs. Zombies? Huh? And although you can reorder drinks using the tableside tablet, you can only reorder the drinks that cost money (beer, wine, etc.) and not request a water or (in our case) a ginger ale refill? Huh? Chili's, you can go jump in a lake. I'm done.

Food was ok. Portion for the fajitas has shrunk significantly. Topping for the fajitas were barely there. Tortillas are also smaller.

This review is based on the take out! I ordered a half a rack of ribs with a side of loaded potatoes...it was DISGUSTING!!!! So bad I couldn't even eat it...when I got there it took a few minutes to be ready and as we were pulling out of the parking lot I noticed the food was cold. By the time I for home, which is literally a few minutes away, the food was ice cold...never again!!! What a waste!

I have been going to this Chili's for about 4 years and the food itself is slightly more than I expect out of a restaurant change. Is it great, no. But, if you expect great, you go to somewhere expensive. If you want good at a value price, you come here. I saw another poster write that if their check is not big, they do not seem to get good service. I have to beg to differ on that one. My check is rarely over $20 because I quit drinking over 3 years ago. Yet, they are always very quick with their service with us and know my son and I by name. I can only say that about a handful of places I frequent. My glasses are always refilled before they are emptied, even though as a non-drinker I do not pay for each drink. Because of this, I always try to tip above 30% of the bill. Their service to me is the best of any place I frequent (you can ask any of the four girlfriends in the past four years that I have taken here).
I go here every couple of months, and as far as the big chain restaurants go it's quite good. For a few years the become really lousy, a lot of greasy, fried, and low quality food, but in the last couple of years it really turned around. I went last night and their new additions to the menu look amazing, and it adds more southwestern food back to the menu (which was the original theme of Chili's). My favorite meals are the crisply chicken tacos, fajitas, and the chicken pasta.

im very surprised this location doesnt have more stars! we got quickly seated. very friendly host and wait staff. our server was very attentive and friendly. food was GREAT! everyone at my table had a great experience with food and service. bathroom was super clean. i usually enjoy sitting in bar area, but in this particular location they have a strange floor layout. the bar area is TINY and its right when you walk in vs. like in other locations (like Smithfield and Lincoln) where its off to the right and much larger. the other area of for improvement (and this one is an easy fix) is please DIM THE LIGHTS! i felt like i was under interrogation or something. the bright lights also kind of cheapen the place. just a thought Chili's! but beyond those two small issues it was an AWESOME experience ... and i would definitely return.

Generic, expensive, and without much pizzaz. This is certainly one of the last places I'd bring my family here unless I'm coerced by a younger member of the family entranced by a large, neon chili. That being said, still better than Applebees.

While I do generally like his place and have come more times than I can count, you seem to get huge attitude from the waitresses and ignored for not having a big check. This time would get 1 star, but since I go so often I gave it 3. I usually come in with my husband but this Friday he was working late, so I took the little one out for a nice girls dinner. We were sat immediately and the hostess was really nice, she even brought over more crayons for my daughter because she was complaining they only give 2. Our waitress came over a few minutes later, introduced herself and tried to talk me into a margarita, all while not even cracking a smile. I opted for water and she walked away without saying a word before I even got a chance to tell her we wanted an appetizer. 5 minutes went by... Then 10... She was gone! The other table next to us were sat after us and already had finished their app. Just as I was getting my coat on to leave at the 15 minute mark she literally runs over to the table, "where you going somewhere?!" She stammers. Uh yea, I thought you left or something!. Come to find out the other waitress in that section told her we were getting ready to leave! That's the only reason she came back. My daughter started crying because she didn't want to leave, to avoid a complete meltdown, I reluctantly stayed. We ordered and she disappeared AGAIN. someone else brought our appetizer, just like someone else brought us more drinks, napkins and our meals! She finally came back with check in hand and asked us if we wanted boxes. I couldn't believe the nerve on this girl. Believe it or not, I stayed calm, and accepted the boxes. While I was packing myself up she must have walked by 5 times to see if I had paid yet. I turned to get my card out of my wallet and as I turned around she was there "CAN I TAKE THAT FOR YOU?". Oh ok, she's too bothered and busy to get a refill but she's ready for my payment. I paid and got the hell out of there. I really hope I don't have her again! There a few very good waitresses that have been there for a while that have always been on top of their game. If you have had good service try to remember the waitresses name, and ask for them. Believe me, you do not want the tall chick with braces, and a bad attitude.

Great food and its not that expensive. They also have a great 2 for $20 deal where you can get an appetizer and 2 entrees for 20$ it is a great deal ! They also have amazing desert ! The chocolate molten cake is mouth watering ! It is very good and warm ! This place is great to eat at for cheap !!

went for lunch today and waited 10 min before someone even acknowledged us, and the only reason is i asked the bartender for a hostess. once seated noone ever came to take our order or even great is. When we got up the leave the waitress said oh i didn't know you were in my section. Yet she walked by us 5 times...

So I use to be a fan of chilis for two reasons it has ok margaritas and it had good country fried steak which is hard to find in the northeast. So I go there and the one real reason (the country fried steak) why I go there is no longer on the menu. Oh btw I looked on their website before I left and oh it was there, so I then ask for the soft pretzels, oh ya no longer on the menu. Guess what you just lost a family of customers!

This Chili's location is plain and simple AWFUL! My fiance and I had stopped in one night and decided to sit in one of the booths in the bar area. Mind you the restaurant was extremely dead and there were probably only 2 or 3 other tables seated in the bar area. We sat for a couple of minutes when the waitress came out to drop off drinks at another table close by. She went right back to the kitchen after that. Meanwhile the bartender has made eye contact with us numerous times. Waitress comes out again, still does not come over to our table. Not once did the bartender say hey you have a table that's been sitting there, even while the waitress stood right in front of her. After about 10 -15 mins of no acknowledgement we decided to get up and leave. As we were walking out I said to the hostess I just wanted to let you know we sat and waited for quite some time and no one acknowledged us. Her response? Okay! with a huge attitude. Nice. Now don't ask me why but we gave this restaurant another chance about a month later. My fiance's idea not mine. We were in a group of 5 seated in the dining room. Another dead night, big surprise! Waitress came over promptly and took our drink and food orders. Okay good. Once food was brought to our table she was never to be found again. No checking if we needed refills on our drinks, which we all did. No seeing how everything was...we were done with our meals for quite some time waiting for our check forvever and then when she finally brought our check waiting for her to come back to get it (we needed change) when the only reason why she ended up coming back over was because one of her coworkers overheard us complaining how awful the service was and grabbed her. Where she was that whole time? who knows! but when she finally came back over she rudely remarked "i didn't come by cause everytime i looked you guys looked like you weren't finished" i mean MAJOR ATTITUDE she said it with. Needless to say she did not get a very good tip that night and we will DEFINITELY not be going back.

This place is middle of the road as far as atmosphere, food, and service goes. I ordered the chicken ranch quesadillas, while my companions ordered burgers and steaks. Everyone seemed fairly satisfied with the meal. As for my meal, it was just ok. But I've certainly had better. Atmosphere is generally loud, so it's a good place for large groups and families. And, as for the service, it's hit and miss. I've been here and had great service, but that night, our waitress was aloof and did a disappearing act. Overall, good place for appetizer and drinks, but not much else.

Well it's Chili's so you know what to expect with the food, so I'll focus on the service. Hostess didn't even say hello, just picked up menus and expected us to follow her. When we got to our table she put down the menus, turned her back to us and walked away. Thaaaaaanks. Luckily, our waitress was super nice. She was an older lady and served everything with a smile and made jokes with my boyfriend's grandma, who we were taking out for lunch.

As it was Cinco de Mayo, and the thought of fighting people for a portion of fajitas and margaritas in downtown was most unwanted, the bf and I decided to check out the far more accessible Chili's Grill & Bar on Route 6. Armed with a gift certificate in hand, we easily found a spot front and center in their less than crowded parking lot. After remarking on the chili shaped door handle, we entered, then waited. . .and waited for someone. . . anyone to acknowledge our presence. After some time, the hostess walked over and stated that it would be a couple minutes before she could seat us. Alright we thought, lets at least get a drink while we wait for our table. We walk up to the bar, then waited. . . and waited for someone. . . anyone to acknowledge our presence. Sound familiar? Again after some time, the hostess returned to us saying our table was ready, having not even gained a glance our way from the bartender. ::sigh:: We were then seated in what I consider to be the most undesirable seat in any restaurant, next to the kitchen entrance/exit. My date, who had the unfortunate view of this busy intersection, immediately commented on the appearance of the floor just inside the doorway. Confirmation with my own eyes confirmed that it indeed appeared as if someone dumped leftovers and trash all over the floor. In effort to enjoy the southwestern vibe of this establishment, I attempted to ignore the blinding white light emanating into our booth and shut my mind from the shouts, clinking and banging equipment, and annoying staff conversations occurring in this area. We decided to take advantage of the "2 for $35" extended offer, including 1 shared appetizer, 2 entrees, 2 margaritas, and 1 shared dessert. The margaritas stole the show and were the ultimate saving grace of the evening. Large serving size, delicious flavor, I would order the sparkling pomegranate margarita a 2nd and 3rd time given the opportunity. We landed on the Tostada Chips & Salsa as an appetizer, conclusively a mediocre choice. The small salsa dish with mountainous pile of chips was not worth a refill on the salsa part when offered. The salsa was pureed, had decent flavor, but was so watery you couldn't keep enough on your chip before it got to your mouth. My next plate, the bacon ranch chicken quesadillas, had forgettable flavor and lacked a plentiful portion of ingredients. I found myself eating more tortilla than chicken. Lastly, the shared cheesecake brought inquisitive and confused expressions to our faces as we attempted to pinpoint what was causing our puzzlement. Eventually, we figured out that it wasn't cooked through. When the exterior is firm and the middle is just a step above pudding thick, there's something not quite right with the preparation. Service unfortunately was something lacking as well. In addition to the extended and unnecessary wait time initially, we ended up waiting at our booth as in the confusion of the "team waiting", other tables were waited on first that were seated after us. Although both waitresses available for our table introduced themselves, I quickly forgot about the 2nd because we didn't see her for the rest of the evening until we got up to leave. Management reprimanded the hostess right next to our table for being located in the back of the restaurant instead of up front at the podium. Plates were not cleared from our table with each course, prompting staff to only do something about it when they realized they couldn't fit the dessert plate at our booth table until things were removed. If not for our utter amusement at the scene unfolding around us, this evening could have been far less enjoyable than it was. The novelty of sipping on a delicious margarita is probably the only thing that would bring me back to this business. The food and service (the staples of any given restaurant) left me unsatisfied and thankful that most of the meal did not come out of my own pocket.

I've eaten here about three times a year for the last ten years on the way home from P-Bruins games. The food is as good as any other Chili's, but the service is up to par. The waitresses are usually very nice and on the ball....they don't hover nor do they disappear forever. Overall, a good place to eat.

I haven't been to this location in a while. They did some remodeling and it looks nicer, but unfortunately they decided to add really loud music along with the new décor. My husband and I sat in the lounge area and the music was so loud the waitress couldn't hear us & vice versa. I asked if it would be possible to turn the music down. She said she would, but the sound system is designed to raise the volume when the noise level in the restaurant reaches a certain level. I asked if we should move to the dining area on the other side. She said even in the dining area the music is loud. She turned down the music and after a few minutes it went back up. She came over and apologized that it went back up on it's own. I said the noise level in the lounge seemed to go down when the music went down, but she said the noise level in the dining area must be loud enough to make the sound go back up. How stupid is that? The music is so loud people have to yell to hear each other, which in turn makes the volume go up more. Whose genius idea was this? Unfortunately, even though the food and service are good, it's not worth getting a headache or going deaf over.
