I can't believe no one has reviewed this place yet! Back in the good old college days, whenever my parents came up to visit, this was always the first place they wanted to eat. (they also insisted on Spikes, my parents are cool like that). ANYWAY...I love this place. The seafood is amazing, and if you call ahead for a table, you can get one by the windows upstairs, and it's just a gorgeous view. Everyone gets free salad bar with their meal, and the salad bar is enough alone to stuff you. Plus a bread and cheese bar. Who can complain about that? Maybe it's just because I grew up in the Midwest where seafood is subpar at best, but the Lobster and stuffing is amazing at this place. And the best part, totally casual. My parents still talk about this place whenever they bring up my college days.
We had our rehearsal dinner here. The food is standard RI/American fare.. nothing super amazing, but tasty enough. The vegetarian food option, however, was lacking... noodles in oil with cooked frozen veggies on top. The service was fine and the original events coordinator who sat down with me to plan the menu was very friendly. We somehow ended up with a miscommunication about where we would be sitting. It worked out fine but I'm sure we could have found a better spot to meet our needs. We were excited to spend time on the patio afterwards but weren't excited about music choice. It's a fun place for a 30s+ crowd, though!

I ventured to Harbourside for lunch today and ordered fish and chips. It's not that I had expected a gourmet meal when ordering the fish and chips, but when prepared properly this dish can be quite a meal! But alas, this may have been one of the worst meals I've ever experienced. The fish was dry and overcooked and the chips were cold and undercooked. The cole slaw was beige - so given that I cannot comment on the flavor as it looked to scary to eat (waitress - more wine!!). There was an odd mix of patrons - inside were polyester wearing, check inspecting, poor tipping blueheads and on the deck were young, obnoxious, beer drinking boasting boaters. I used to frequent this place years ago and I recall memories of good times with good eats and a great atmosphere. Luckily the atmosphere is still great - on the water with boats passing by on a warm summer afternoon - what more can you ask for. The atmosphere and the good service are the only reasons I gave this place two stars. Oh yeah - valet parking only - and that was a joke as the lot is about twenty steps from the front door....what's with that - and I think the valet "kid" was about 12.

In the 1980's Harborside was a great place. The last time I was there was 2007 and it was not good. Friends asked us to join them tonight. My Calamari was cold, squishy, uniteresting as if it was all pre-cooked and when ordered thrown into a frier for 60 seconds - trust me, I cook calamari at home and NEVER have I tasted something so awful, The Littlenecks were chewy, hard and again uninterestiung. My husband asked for a snail salad. He tells me he may have seen two slices of snail in his salad. His chowder looked and tasted even worse. My mother asked for a caeser salad with three shrimp on the side. She got enough cut up lettuce to feed the entire US Army with no dressing to speak of and some old stale croutons on top!!! Our host asked for the Scrod which came on a tiny plate and was at best overcooked with soggy coating. My husband and I go out to eat maybe twice a year because we enjoy to cook at home with fresh produce that we grow and fresh fish and meat. This was a treat for us and an invitation from dear friends to celebrate my mother's vacation in USA. HARBORSIDE IS A DISGRACE!! The food is terrible, service is so-so and for all of this horrible meal the price was over $160 NOT including tip. So our host was out $190+. AND, you have to use Valet parking if more than five spaces have been taken up in the freebees!!! So we were all on valet parking! Harborside needs someone like the F Chef to come in there and revive it. Did not appreciate no fans, cigar boats revving up and backing in to the dock so that the not so young youngsters could come in have a drink and then spend anoher ten minutes revving engines. Our group was aged 60+ and we arrived at 5pm. Not in one million years would I ever go back to that place - bad food, bad food. Hope the teeny-boppers and wanna be's can enjoy it. On a positive note - they at least use cloth napkins which is the only thing I can say positively Elizabeth

Don't come to this place. The service is absolutely awful and the manager could care less about their customers. Very disappointed in this place.

Nice outdoor bar, good drinks, and great entertainment. The inside needs work and the food from that filthy kitchen is not fit for human consumption. They need to start over from scratch with the food.

This was a special request from my grandmother on her birthday...She was browsing through the RI Local mag and noticed this place which she knew as Harborside. She was excited to go and was ignoring the reviews about not being able to chose from other menus due to where you are sitting. Upstairs, downstairs menus. We like to make our own opinions about places anyways. So here we are on the second floor over looking the water (posted some photos, I think they are attached to my tip...perhaps...) It was a nice view of the marina behind the restaurant. We ordered drinks and our meals came with salad or soup. I tried the baked seafood dinner. Three mini lobster claws, two stuffed mushrooms, two clams casino, some stuffed sole with a newburg sauce on it I think and a baked stuffed shrimp...it also had two and a half scallops. They were drowning in greasy juice and had no color at all. Maybe I am not a scallop person. Official I am not, but these needed more love. The shrimp tasted funny too. It was an off day for seafood. I order this because I thought I was skipping the need for an appetizer, I had it all on one plate. Sadly it just wasn't very good. I know my seafood and this could have been better. The steak with gorgonzola and balsamic glaze on the other hand was absolutely delish. Medium well was not what I would have chose but that's the way my mother always gets it. It was cooked to perfection. No pink but juicy inside. Wow...maybe they should be a steak joint seeing how wonderful they can cook one. No dessert for us that night. After my drink was forgotten and never showed up we decided to have cake and more drinks at home. The valet was set up kind of funny too. The two guys were sitting across the street from the restaurant in a parking lot. When you drive up to drop the car off well that's just fine, but when you want your car at the end of your meal, you are now walking across the street to these guys sitting in front of the lot where you could just go walk and get your own car at that point. weird. Would I go again? Yes, the steak was the best. I would go just for that.

No, no, no! This place, by far, takes the cake for all-time bad restaurant experiences! It begins with a donation of 200.00 to provide eight thanksgiving type meals for our neighbours in need. These meals, along with volunteer entertainment, were served to folks throughout the day. The musicians were to play an evening show that we would attend. I don't know why I though it would be a good idea to bring guests and eat there as well! We go in, I pay a ten dollar per person entry donation (suggested but not required for entry) there is a bartender but no one else on the floor, they don't appear to be serving food on this floor where the music is. I must be a complete idiot for thinking we could get dinner and listen to music. Someone suggests we go upstairs. There were TWO hostesses up there! One for each dinner party that were there eating at eight on a Saturday night (I know, here's your sign!) Out of the many possible tables, we were seated at a crazy wobbly table with an illuminated outdoor view of a rooftop vent pipe. Now I'm actually laughing because of the absurdity of this whole scene. The poor waitress was as sweet and attentive as could be. I have to admit, I was already aware of the poor food quality reputation, so I advised our guests to order carefully and keep expectations low. Our expectations were met , although the salad that came with my husbands entree was quite nice. Other highlights include a poor imitation of RI style calamari , flavorless, complete with a batter that fell off the squid when touched, steamed muscles, including the unopened dead ones, in an impossibly salty broth, an iceberg salad topped with the most disgusting "bacon" I've ever tasted. The darling waitress comped a glass of wine when I explained that the unopened muscles were dead and never should have made it on to my plate. The scary thing is all of these dishes are EASY to prepare, WHO do they have cooking back there! What kind of cook puts unopened bivalves on a customers plate. This place was a Rhode Island institution. Its a potential gold mine! If it were not for the marina location, this place would be out of business! So that's another 120.00 for a couple of appetizers, salads, one cheapo entree and two drinks. So we go back downstairs. Mind you we've already made a 40.00 donation for the cover. Now there is a" bouncer" that's dressed like a hood rat at the door that tells me our 20 year old guests are not allowed in the music area. The whole point of this was to provide these young people with a nice dinner and music experience. I pleaded with the bouncer and told him that they would not be drinking and I would take full responsibility for them. No dice. He explained he was from providence and had never worked here before, blah, blah blah. Still not sure exactly what he was trying to tell me. Soo, I apologised to our young guests and arranged a ride home for them. My husband and I then go in and sit at the bar where we were apparently invisible. After a ridiculous amount of time one of the two bartenders who had being going back and forth past us ask if we're "all set." They were so unaware I could have helped myself to several bottles of whatever that was easily in reach. So we get a couple of drinks and have a nice view of the back of the" bouncer" who is now leaning in the bar service area. For the rest of the evening I never saw this guy back at the door. I'm pretty sure he was just there for that short time to deny our guests entry. Despite everything, the music and entertainment was most excellent! This review in no way reflects on the non profit who provided meals and entertainment for those in need, it was and is worthy organization. I discovered Finns recently made an additional cash donation to this non profit. I very much appreciate this fact. I'm giving them two additional stars and hope that they will strive to improve this Rhode Island institution that is The Harborside.

I gave harborside this low rating because no matter if I've been here for music, drinks, dancing or food there is always something off. Tonight it was the food and service. Service was disorganized, in attentive and lacking personality. We were a table of 6 and probably only 2 truly enjoyed their meals. Three of us got the sea scallops which were very salty and 1 of those orders went back due to bring burnt. When a new order came back the scallops were undercooked. The view of the bay was pleasant. For the prices of the dinners this place is really lacking in quality.

I came here on the first time it was truly sunny out. It was busy busy busy. Kevin! He was the best server. He was very great under pressure and truly apologetic that our drinks were coming out late. He was also understaffed and clearly taking on more than he could handle. Our party grew in size and he never once was rude or anything. Don't let him go! I love coming here for a casual outdoor drink with some friends. If you expect fine dining go elsewhere. Its casual & fun!

Had lunch last week on a beautiful day, so we sat outside. The New England chowder was spectacular, so much so that I returned this week for a bowl vs a cup this time. Major disappointment. The chowder was off color and bland and a little gummy. Having worked in the food industry myself, I knew as soon as it hit the table it was day old chowder. I had six bites at best. Did not enjoy it at all. Told the waiter it wasn't like last week. Was not removed from my bill. I will say that the scallops were terrific. I would have gone weekly to enjoy the weather and a bowl of that chowder I had LAST week, but not now. Chefs need to really think about the customers when sending this out to be served. Just the color tells you something is wrong. Sorry, Harbourside, you just lost me!

This is my third negative post in a row and I'm depressing myself lol. But I must stay the course. I will say Taylor our server was great. And that is to me like 50% of the experience. However the other 50% is the food and price. Our lobsters were under cooked on the verge a soft boiled egg style. They were winding down and the crew were putting chairs on tables next to us. Rude. We get the hint. They were so worried about closing up I was given someone elses bill in haste. lol. After I pointed it out it was corrected and we left..for good,..for ever..

A very nice restaurant right on the water. The full length of the dining room features a bank of windows that overlook Greenwich Cove with all of its boats and nautical scenery. I had lunch on my way to Providence and sat upstairs, The bar was pretty crowded, so I sat in the dining room to enjoy the view. I started with a cup of their Manhattan clam chowder for a pretty reasonable $3.50. It was stellar- great tasting broth, with lots of tender potatoes and clams. I also had a small order ($4.95) of the clam cakes - they were a disappointment- fried hush puppy- like balls with minuscule amounts of clam slivers. I had a 3-piece shrimp cocktail ($2.25 per with a 3-piece minimum). I enjoyed this a lot -the shrimps were perfect cooked; plump and cold and delicious. I enjoyed the meal and the view a lot.

OMG.. Stopped in with my wife and sat through what had to be the worst food and music ever. We ordered Calamari and it was frozen and tasteless. Never again! I would give zero stars if I could.

I've had consistently delicious meals and drinks here since the Finn family has taken over Lobstermania. Don't be fooled by low stars, because this is a fairly new restaurant and not the OLD Lobstermania. The name is Finn's Harbourside and the food is terrific as is the wait staff, The total stars shown for this waterside eatery is including the very low star allocation for its predecessor. I repeat, this is NOT the old Lobstermania. It is clean inside, the water view is beyond compare, they have eliminated the old funky salad bar (it was kinda disgusting) and every meal I've had since my last review has been stellar. The escargot are off the chain, :-) as is the accompanying garlic bread. My friend recently ordered a mussels appetizer offered in a bowl of the most delicious liquid I have ever tasted. When the waitress saw me sopping up HER sauce with MY garlic bread, she brought us more bread to sop up more! Very thoughtful of her. :-) I'm giving five stars - this is a wonderful, friendly water front in East Greenwich restaurant with a friendly staff (yay, Taylor!!). I highly recommend it! :-)

Awful Food This most disappointing eating establishment in Rhode Island. Finn's has one of the best locations in the state and the problem that the food is terrible. The service is also an issue but they maybe attributed to the fact that a section with 12 tables had 1 young waitress, so she did the best she could, but she was put in an impossible situation. The Order: Grilled Chicken Sandwich - flabby chicken, ordered on pretzel roll, but came on a soggy kaiser roll Lobster Roll - terrible, no lobster, overcooked, big thick torpedo roll full of lettuce * the place is on the water, how can you serve crappy seafood? Clam Cakes - the highlight of the meal, mediocre at best Chicken Wings - flabby undercooked awful Stuffed Mushrooms - No flavor, completely mushy, just not good Add flat, not very cold draft beer, and this experience was a complete disaster. Sorry but if I could give it 0 stars I would, that bad. Go over to Haruki up the road and grab yourself some decent food and a Polynesian drink. You'll have a better experience. Thanks

Overlooking Greenwich Bay, the best parts of Harborside are the view and the service. Michael is a career waiter and it shows without even asking. He is the consummate professional waiter!! The food left a bit to be desired. The fried calamari was good but the salmon was barely cooked. It was literally raw in the middle. The mashed potatoes were tasty but cold I would come back again, mainly because of the view and service. I would definitely reconsider what I order

I walked in on a Wednesday evening to support a co-worker on open mic night. I haven't been to Harbourside for about 13 years ago which I remember delicious food and great service. It was so hot and muggy in there that it was difficult to enjoy yourself. I stood at the bar for over 15 minutes before asking if they any the beer I drank, they didn't so I asked what kind of blush wine, didn't like the selection so I said "I'll just go with Chardonnay". She comes back puts my drink down and walks away. She handed me white zin. NOT what I ordered. I understand the place was busy but when I told the gentleman he said I'll let her know and it took ANOTHER 15 minutes and her saying "didn't you want blush" before I received my glass of Chardonnay. The food was mediocre. The best service was the Valet. Young man with a great personality. Probably won't be back.

We had a great dinner at Finns. We had crab cakes, and the twin lobsters. They were all good. The waiter did a good job. The wine was good. We were too full to have dessert or to stay for the band. When we arrived we asked the hostess for a table for two and she told us there was a 45 minute wait. My husband asked her about the multiple empty tables in front of us. She stated we could go upstairs and try that hostess if we didn't want to wait. Not sure why she wouldn't seat us downstairs. We were seated right away upstairs. Had a great time!

Yikes. This place just keeps going down hill. Years ago it was a place you could go to get affordable, decent sea food in a casual atmosphere that had wonderful coastal (harbor) views, without having to drive all the way to the Newport or S County. Well, the view is still there... (Unless some doofus in an Ed Hardy t-shirt is standing in front of you smoking a cigar.) ...but the food is neither affordable or good. Cold, generic fried calamari. Luke warm lobster bisque, that although has a decent flavor, was rendered disagreeable by a disturbing amount modified corn starch as a thickener. (my spoon stood straight up for minutes without listing to port or starboard.) The chowder was more of the same, just less flavorful. A buffalo chicken wrap that could easily be had, tastier and more affordable, at either Chellos, Gregg's or I don't know- D'angelos? Had some drinks. Pricey. Unremarkable. I know, I know- you pay to sit by the water, right? Well, there are about 4 other water front restaurants within walking distance, that although a bit more "pricey" I have to imagine that they offer something a little better...I mean, they have to... Now, that said, this Might be just the place for you. If you LIKE bad live music radiating from under a bug filled tent and navigating your way through crowds of Jersey Shore types while choking back the stench of expensive cigars and discounted perfume- to drink bottled domestic beer under the summer skies, gazing out into an overcrowded, diesel-cloyed harbor chock full of weekender vessels with names like "Foxxy Lady" and "The Ashlee Marie" - then this place might be right up your alley. That's why I'm giving it the 2 star treatment rather than only 1 star. That, and you don't have to pay to park. Although you could- you could have your Hummer or Lincoln MKS valet parked, if that's your bag...

Disappointing. I should have read the reviews. The bacon wrap appetizer we had to send back. Tasted like a came out of a freezer or something. My wife's lobster sandwich was mediocre but we already felt bad about sending back the appetizer so she ate it. My kids burger and fish and ships were not bad. My burger with mushrooms & grilled onions was ok. The clam chowder was great. We probably won't be returning here unless we just plan on having drinks and Clam Chowder.

Lobster Bisque, Calamari, and Fish and Chips are all worth recommending. However, there were more servers than customers and it was still pretty slow service. It was probably the worst Manhatten I've ever had (served to me in a plastic cup) that was definitely watered down big time and contained no vermouth whatsoever. I choked it down and switched to a margarita with much improvement. The weather was nice to sit on the deck and view the marina.Although, I had the sun in my eyes at every seat at our table for about 45 minutes until it set. Not all tables have an umbrella. They had entertainment which was very enjoyable. Overall, I would say that it was a decent place for locals, but if you're not from the area - keep searching!

I will never come here ever again. There was reservations for 7:30pm the 20 of us for a birthday party for a friend of ours. 10 per table. We were sat upstairs. The waiter had asked us for our drink order and people asked him what was on tap. He said there aren't any.... Which was odd because we saw the bar downstairs... So we asked what kinds of bottles ales there were and he couldn't name any. So our friend ordered a Harpoon. The waiter leaves to get the drinks.... 20 minutes later here they were. And oh ,by the way were out of harpoons...our friend just got gin and seltzer but asked for extra lime .....one lime came. I spy a man with a draft beer. The waiter says thats only for downstairs..(???)Now we are ready to order and we ask of he can split the checks, he says he cant do that many, so the check was set for a group of 6 and a group of 4 for each table, fine, not a huge deal... We place our orders. Out salads came first ( one...at...a...time... I almost wondered if he knew how to use that black tray. Whatever.) Someone ordered a side caesar with no croutons. There were croutons on it, again no huge problems yet. Now people are wanting more drinks about this time and ordered more. Our friend said she wanted a plate of limes for her gin and seltzer...we even asked for 3 limes. 2 came out in a stick. Now its getting comical. But the jokes on this poor untrained waiter. Here comes our meals now 40 minutes later. Again, one at a time and sporadic. Which we see the 'water filler ' waiter just stand around while the 'food waiter (?)' just does all the work. I get its a large group but theres no reason why people aren't all eating within the first 10 minutes of food being distributed. I get my dish and i cut into the raviolis and it kind of freaked me out that it was brown inside, being allergic to lobster i told the waiter and asked him whats in the dish. He replied,' im not sure.' So while hes finding out- he is continuing to pass out all the food. My husband asks him again to find out because im just sitting here and my foods getting cold. He said he's 'passing out the food first'. Okay... He comes back and says its just cheese and sundried tomatoes. I was so starving I just took his unsure word and ate. My friend sitting next to me ordered a salad with shrimp on top. The salad came out.... Shrimpless. My husband and his friend got the scrod with veggie sides. Well the scrods came out with one scoop of mashed potatoes on a separate plate (????) was this to be shared? Where are the sides?? Another girls dish was sent back twice because she is lactose intolerant and the third time THEY JUST FLIPPED THE DISH OVER SO THE CHEESE WAS ON THE BOTTOM!!! Now we are all very upset. When we finished eating, My friend went to talk to the manager and he said 'he hasn't had a complaint all night'. And that he'd be right up to talk with us. oh here are the sides!!!! Grilled eggplant cubes! ( maybe he wanted us to eat that for dessert) . The waiter gives us the bills. Now our group of 6 on one bill turned out to be a giant mix of everyones meals, same for the group of 4. We hand the bills to the waiter because we cant pay the bill like that and to just put it on one check... 20 minutes go by and we see the manager talking to some employees behind us. We are staring at him hoping he would come over (which i honestly think he was stalling until we gave in and just paid the bill) the waiter came back with the compiled bill and we asked him to get the manager. Here he comes... He looks at us and says' whats going on here?' My friend who originally talked to him said, ' you said you would come over here and talk to us...' He said ' I already comped the bill' we asked him what was comped because all our meals are still here and we are very upset. He said ' i comped the swordfish and the two scrods' NO ONE ORDERED THE SWORDFISH!!??He took the bill grumbled and walked away. At this point I'm in shock that no one has even apologized.... The bill was comped 3 meals which made it confusing and annoying to pay and everyone was so frustrated and just wanted to leave. The other table of 10 just paid it to get out of this place...the manager never apologized or saw us out of the restaurant. Your manager SUCKS. Your training for staff SUCKS. Your prices are high and SUCK (my 6 raviolis were $ 15.95 ) Never again....

My husband and I had lunch here. It was awesome! The lobster Mac and cheese was to die for, the lobster bisque and the bacon wrapped scallops were awesome. I had an excellent marguerita too. Our waitress Taylor was sweet and was very happy to take our pic. We will definitely be back, next time on our boat though.

We had a great experience here! The restaurant seems to be under new management, and the upstairs seems to be updated. The seafood was delicious, and the view was spectacular. We called ahead of time and made a reservation for a window seat. The restaurant was very full, which was very impressive considering it was a mid-week night. I ordered the baked scrod, and a side of vegetables. The fish could have been slightly less dry. The vegetables could have been slightly less cooked! For example, some of the ends of the spinach leafs were singed! The other folks at my table ordered a spaghetti seafood medley and a lobster salad, as well as a table appetizer of clams. I feel like we were able to showcase quintessential Rhode Island cuisine options to an out-of-town guest we were hosting. The ultimate piece to this restaurant that bumps it up a full star is the spectacular view. I have a love for the ocean and bay, and if I can watch the colors of the day fade away over beautiful glistening waters, then this location, my friends, is hard to beat. Enjoy the view!

Took a trip here by boat this past Monday afternoon. There was plenty of docking space available as no one was there. Impressed with the new dockage but that was about it. I don't know what happened to this place. It USE to be great. We sat on the outside deck which really needs a good power washing. The table, chairs, and glassware were dirty too. I ordered the Lobstermania. It was a huge disappointment. It was a small chicken Lobster with an overcooked tail and under cooked claws. The stuffing had three bay scallops in it and three tiny shrimp. It was accompanied with a small side of burnt frozen veggies. I enjoyed the side of slaw the best. At our table we also had Calamari, Fried Scallops and Clams. I didn't try any. They said they were just ok. The Sangrias were good. Probably won't be back unless I have to.

Fact. Meals are more enjoyable when you actually get your meal. My friends and I wanted a dinner with a view and were made a reservation at Finns. I didn't have high expectations besides a basic seafood dinner and a glass of wine. we ordered and food came out in a moderate amount of time. But I realized immediately that I had been brought the wrong clam dish. The waitress insisted that it was the right one and after a significant amount of back and forth she admitted that she was new and had made a mistake. She offered to correct it. No problem. Things happen. My friends, who ordered significantly larger meals then me, started to eat and I waited. And waited. And waited. Until my friends had finished their meals. No sign of the waitress. At this point, I found the hostess, explained that I no longer wanted the meal as my party had my finished their food. The waitress then brought out my meal. I again expressed that I no longer wanted the meal and she said that "I had to understand, kitchen was very backed up". I ordered steamers. Which take maybe all of 5 minutes to make. I also assumed since it was a server error and since the rest of the party was eating , my meal would be prepared quicker then usual. We waited to get our check which the waitress explained took longer then usual because "she had to take my meal off". Barely any apology. I didn't ask for my glass of wine, the only thing I "ate" that night to be comped, but the gesture would've been appreciated. My friends said their meals were passable but in general we all left with a bad taste in our mouth. And I left with an empty stomach.

The food was ok. Just had a burger and chowder. Anyplace that charges $3 for a soda water when you are having a martini and a beer is ridiculous. Service was not great and the scene was only for the over 50 crowd.

Got to.love the beer selections too. Wish we had this in Plainfield Illinois where we live now!! but we have to drive to.Lake Michigan but it's not the same!! Will be back one day in future.

Awesome river view. Good lobster roll (not a fan of celery in lobster rolls though). Descent Margarita (or 3). Both clear and New England Chowders were yummy. Service friendly and the place was nice and clean.

Took a boat ride up from Newport for a nice Sunday late lunch. Service was good and the food was excellent! I had the New England clam chowder and it was delicious--tasty and full of clams! My Aunt had the lobstah roll and said it was one of the BEST she's had. Definite summer place--it's right on the water with great views and some delicious drinks on the menu too!

I was here May 10th for my bridal shower and it was incredible. We had about 40 people and rented the upstairs for the day. The views are spectacular and the service was fantastic, I don't think my drink ever even got to halfway empty before a waiter offered to fill it back up. Everyone who came is still raving about what a lovely shower it was. We looked at lots of places to do a shower, Meritage, Spain etc and Harborside came in cheaper than all of the above and had the most incredible views. The management was very flexible in working around our budget and schedule. We did a sit down lunch and the food was great, I had a baked seafood platter and stole some of my sisters sirloin which was also amazing. We did red/white sangria and a mimosa bar for drinks and just set a cap on the bar (which we came no where near) and they let us pay for champagne by the bottle and sangria by the pitcher which was more than reasonable. If you have an event to host I HIGHLY recommend you check out Finn's Harborside. I used to think of it as the local high school reunion where everyone has too many drinks on Thursday but they have definitely classed things up. Everything about the day was perfect. =]

While the view is delightful, the food is not. Had baked fish, flavorless and on the bitter side. Husband had baked salmon which was little to be desired and oysters on the half shell were very small. For the high prices, I would expect a lot more. Will not go back and will not recommend to friends.

I have always loved Harborside...whether it was Lobstermania or Finn's. Even in the dark of winter, the view is wonderful! It was a very chilly January day today, so we both started with a cup of their great New England Clam Chowder. I had a baked seafood platter with seafood stuffed Sole, scallops and baked stuffed shrimp for $14.95. How can they served so much tasty food for such a low price? I just loved it. It's such a rustic place! My only complaint? Turn up the heat! It was chilly inside, and I kept my fleece on the whole time. I even ordered a hot entree - instead of my intended Lobster Roll - because I needed heat! LOL! All-in-all, I fell in love with this place on my first visit four years ago...and I still am!

I was very disappointed with the attention and service our group was given esp. when we had a reservation. We had only one server. She took our orders and brought the food and drinks, but otherwise was not around. Glasses were not refilled, one drink missed and never served, coffee served with no cream (had to search for someone to bring us some and they really didn't want to be bothered), food not brought out in a timely manner - half the group was done with their meal by the time my mother was served. Side items with meals were missed and had to be brought to her attention. I could go on but I think you can see our frustration. The food was good but with other restaurants in the area, I would suggest going somewhere else where they would appreciate your business.

Nice Twin Lobster Special. Two well presented Lobsters, (with bibs available), Salad, Vegetable (cooked turnips), and Potato with Sour Cream. Special is between 5pm and 7pm. We ordered cole slaw as a side to get the slaw crisp factor in the mix. Nice view of the Marina, Comfortable AC, Pleasant attentive waitress. Maitre dee had a bit of an attitude. We have not tried any other meals here yet. On the second visit for twin lobster, there was no special, so now it's somewhere in the vicinity of 31.00 plus per pair, and here is the kicker, if you do not sit in the dining room upstairs, which opens at 4:00 pm, and you happen to sit downstairs, you can forget the complimentary soup or salad, as it is an extra fee. An odd dumb rule that you are penalized for eating downstairs and getting to the restaurant before 4:00 pm. Might be a reason to drop the star factor into the three's.

If you are looking for a nice place to sit down and enjoy a drink while looking out at the water, look no further. If you are looking for a decent meal at a decent price, however, avoid this place at all costs. We ordered shrimp with pasta and fried oysters. Both dishes were horrible. When the waiter came back and saw that we had hardly touched our food he barely commented and took the plates and brought the check. Unfortunately too many restaurants like this don't care about the quality of the food because they have such a wonderful view. I'll be more careful next time to spend my money at a place that offers both.

Had lunch there today. If you like fried clams really well done and almost burned to a crisp, you'll love this place. Other than that, it was fine.

What a great Rhode Island summer spot! Great views, great food, and great service, there really is no going wrong. Can't for get the drinks, hey it's 5 o'clock somewhere. Can here for We tried the fried calamari and fish n' chips, both top notch, and the Rum Punch was delicious and the perfect summer cocktail. Another plus was it when we came when it wasn't crowed and were able to sit back, relax, and take in the waterfront view until we were ready to leave. Would definitively recommend checking this place out, perfect spot for those who don't feel like driving down to Newport.

Went here a couple days ago with my girlfriend. I was pretty disappointed with the food and the service was alright. The best thing about the place is the location. It was a nice day out and we sat outside right on the water. It wasnt the best seafood ive ever had, but i might give it another try. The mussels had clearly not been made to order seeing as they were shriveled up and had started to dry out by the time they reached our table. They must have been sitting in the kitchen for a while before we ordered them. We both got the boiled lobsters. They were both SOFT shelled. I wouldnt have gotten the lobster if i knew it would be soft shelled, but they werent that bad considering the fact. At the end of our meal I received a comment card with the bill. I would have written something on it, but we didn't get anything to write on it with. The reason i came out to eat here was because two of my friends work here, But neither of them were working. I plan on coming back one day this summer and ill be sure to write another review if anything gets better.

I am only giving one stars because of their food. the food is good....however today my husband and I went in there, and we were seated in the worst possible place. the wait staff was horrible- we were next to an ice machine and a bus station... at the bussing station we constantly heard staff complaining about each other and clanging of dropped in dishes...then a guy from a boat came up from the docks to use the ice machine... He blew ass like 2 feet from my plate.. and it wasn't just a regular fart, it was a big disgusting juicy beef stew fart that made me gag back my drink... and then we had people standing next to us smoking a cigar within 5 feet... and I am a smoker so don't get horribly offended by it, but not in my face and when I'm eating... I asked our waitress Donna to move us but she gave some bullshit story that should've cut her tip in half... But luckily my husband felt bad for her, because all of the younger 18 year old waitress is that had their asses hanging out of their pants were getting the good table while this woman Donna was stuck waiting on us and about 15 other tables and they were all 60 year olds with no bar bills. Finn, great marketing lately... and bands are good.... but keep the smokers and farters off the deck please.... And if somebody asks to change seats may be you should let them otherwise you wouldn't get such a bad review

Great food for a great price. Calamari and lobster bisque were best I have had in a while. We sat outside on the deck with a great view of the water. The laid back atmosphere made it very accommodating and family friendly. The staff was incredibly attentive and fantastic.

Poor quality and portions of food. We ordered iced tea that tasted like water. Lobster bisque that had the consistency of wallpaper paste. And entrees of baked scrod and scallops which looked like the size of a child's portion. We paid for the tea-water and paste and left. The waiter never apologized nor did he notify the manager. POOR!!!!

Came for a seafood dinner tonight and it was very good ! We were very pleasantly impressed with the food. Swordfish clam chowder and clam cakes ...baked stuffed shrimp - prime rib & lobster roll ..everything was fantastic just delicious. The view of the harbor at sunset was just perfect too. Complete with a rainbow! Great food for the price. Give it a try! Better than most of the tourist traps in Newport !

It's the old Harborside. Now under new ownership.. Nothing we had we would make us go back. Fish dish had to be sent back as the fish was like mush. Replaced with fish and chips which were fair. Fried clams were just OK. Not much has changed.

OK, what it is, is another outdated sea food place on the water with great views. What it is not is, is good food, our meals were; baked cod, mushy, barely warm. Mine was fried scallops, nicely done. Chowders were ok, service ok. Now, could not notice was the couple a few tables over, apparently with baked stuffed lobster, ya know lobster mania their signature, one went back for warming? They asked to speak with manager, he did his best to listen and offered other menu items. He seemed to care. Don't know the outcome. Like the Lobster Pot in Bristol, these water views summer places need to get a more modern menu, keep a few seafood classics around but get with new seafood concepts; example George's of Gallilee. If Finn's is making boat loads of cash just on summer crowds eating meh food, then they will not change, I guess......me, not going back......there are other water view places that get it, Finn's doesn't.....

Not a good experience. I went during dinner time on a weekday. The place wasn't busy at all with all the patio seating taken but the downstairs dining room empty but for my party. Although there seemed to be as much staff as clients in the place, after some time I began to wonder if we had a waitress or not. She did finally arrive was very nice and took our drink orders. She quickly returned with the drinks and then disappeared. we wondered if she had left. We were actually considering leaving when she came back for the orders. The timing of the serving of the food was superior. I soo much hate when entrees are delivered almost immediately after the starters but not here. The starters, snail salad, oysters and clams casino came out quick and were solid. After the perfect amount of time passed the entrees arrived. Unfortunately the food was not good. A lot of overcooked stuff here. Dry and rubbery. Then the check came and we found out there was an automatic 20% added to my party of eight, which included 3 minors. Made me regret those extra beers while I waited. The scenery, and variety on the menu were a plus but the service, food quality and surprise added tip makes this place a not recommend for me with so many other options close by.

I don't know why I have given them a second chance because again I was highly disappointed. I had a relative from out of town and thought we could get some seafood and have a great view. View was fine, food was horrible. First of all my red wine came to me in a tiny white wine glass. Ordered lobster bisque that came to me looking like sausage gravy, never saw a piece of lobster, it was off white and had a consistency of paste, it tasted like a mixture of flour and water, I sent it back. Afraid to order anything else, we had a wedge salad, my family member had the lobster salad. Called the manager to complain. Said he would send me a gift card but I don't think I am ever going back.

I have lived in EG for 50 years and freguented the Harborside quite often. As of late, the food has been getting progressively worse. Their potatoe salad consisted of some new red potato's swimming in some weird tasting sauce with black olives. Horrible. Stuffies came out burned around the edges. No taste, dry. Smallest piece of swordfish I have evef seen. I left their hungry. Needless to say I am done with this restaurant...their are way too many good ones in EG!

This place is the perfect summer hangout. Right on the water in East Greenwich, Rhode Island! I love it because it has ample outdoor seating, a steady entertainment schedule and good drinks. This is one of my favorite places to go in the summer! Jerry the owner is the nicest guy. I met him last week at the bar. His is lively and makes sure everyone is having a good time. Despite the rain last Saturday, he was out on the deck dancing with the patrons. I have to admit, I let him spin me around a bit. The website has a printable calender for events. Mondays are Martinicures Mondays, Tuesdays is Country night, Wednesday is Ladies Night, and the rest of the week either has a DJ or live music. Check their website because it is updated with other events like fundraisers. I have not eaten there yet, but the food is American in nature. True to their name, they do have lobster dishes, but you can find things like steaks, sandwiches, and other foods. The drink prices are reasonable. The beer is anywhere from $3 to $5. They have a full bar with frozen drink options as well. Since it is on the water, if you are cruising around on your boat, you can park for free! If you are coming in on wheels they have valet. It is great how they reach out to both types of customers!

Considering the name of this establishment, I expected a little more in their lobster roll. We went on a whim and it certainly wasn't the worst thing I've eaten, but it's kind of like sex or pizza. There really is no such thing as a "bad" lobster roll. It was just disappointing. It was OK, but didn't seem all that fresh. The atmosphere was nice, the bar overlooked the water and it was a relaxing place to be for lunch, but probably not one I would hurry back to.

The food here is usually good (my hat is off to the delicious seafood stuffed mushrooms) but I have never been a fan of the atmosphere. Many love the outdoor seating, but unless you enjoy staring at the side of other people's boats, the view from inside is better. (And if it's a view your after, go to Narragansett). The outdoor bar selection is limited, and twice the bartender had to send a waiter inside to get a standard drink. The decor is classic tourist -- which is OK if the food is good and or reasonably priced. I will be back.

I haven't been here since college because i went in when it was clubby and crappy. Almost ten years later i agreed to go with my girlfriend for drinks and dinner. I wasn't expecting much but it turned out ok. Had some Bacardi and cokes by the water and stuffed mushrooms. Saw some ducks and swans swimming near by and customers with boats come and go and they please. Nothing overly special on the menu, very basic. Waitress was not as attentive as she should have been, actually try to rush us a bit. It appeared she was ready to hit up the crappy clubby hours at harbour side....

i didnt come here to eat, so this review is strictly based on the night life experience i had! i met up with some friends here to celebrate a birthday last night. the place was packed! not too packed but enough for a good crowd. they had live music playing and the bartenders were fairly quick making drinks. the crowd there ranged from young to old which was actually kind of nice to see. it seemed like a big cook out that everyone was invited to. nothing like the clubs in the city with lots of drama! for a place that was so busy, the staff was so nice, even the bouncers! i'll be coming back soon :D

My party of 8 went to the Harbourside on a Saturday evening a few weeks ago. The salad bar is gone. When we asked about the salad bad, we received some lame excuse as to why it was gone. When our server (Tony) first came to our table, he never asked anyone if they would like a drink. We had to ask for water. When our food finally arrived it was look warm. I was hosting friends from out of town. The Harbourside was a big disappointment for all of us. We don't ever plan on going back.

Three stars strictly for atmosphere and nothing more. I haven't tried the food however, I am told it is similar to that of Chello's. The outdoor deck and dining area is extremely nice. I don't even feel like I am in boring, old, ugly Rhode Island when going here. There is bands that play outside most nights of the week. Inside is a standard size bar, but outside there are two. The worst thing about this place and quite possibly why I will not return is that they hire the East Greenwich police to stand guard outside. Ok, so whatever EG police have nothing better to do than hang around outside bars and wait for people to get in their cars while the real criminals are hoping around Providence. But, the cops stand guard right outside the entrance for the outdoor area, eyeballing everyone inside and taking count of how many drinks they have. This way when that individual goes to get in his car they hide out and bust him. Can we say entrapment? I am disappointed that Harborside would treat their clients like this!!!!! This is why many people seem to be drinking elsewhere lately. If you are going there to drink diet soda then fine but anything more.......BEWARE!!!!!!!

The restaurant was empty. Should have been a clue. Soups & steamed clams were good. Our companions had lobster, which was good, but we both has the scrod which was dry to begin switch and dried out even more with the breadcrumbs that were covering it. Salad bay was tired & unexciting. Waiter was pleasant & efficient., but wished we had gone elsewhere.

Food was good. We ordered their Lobster Special and an order of Fish and Chips. But instead of the Fish and Chips they brought us a Crumbed Fish dish . We didn't realize it was the wrog dish since we assumed the "light" batter desciption was the light stuff on the fish. We realized what they had done when we saw our check since they charged us the higher price of the crumbed/broiled fish. When we mentioned it to the server he just apologized and offered us a dessert which we refused. I think they should have reduced the amount of our bill for serving us the wrong dish . They also seemed to be in a hurry to close . Probably wouldn't go to this place again... Not too happy with our choice..

After our unsatisfactory experience here last summer we decided to go back last week. Well, things have not changed...food was OK and overpriced...service was OK...but not good and our bill was BIG. Needless to say...we will not be back. Go to the Crows Nest in Warwick if you want a better experience. And the band they hired that evening was awful too! Please add some healthy grilled fish and add some shellfish to your menu!!!!!!

Another RI institution. I grew up in EG and we came here often. Now that I live out of state, I still come back here for a wonderful time on the water and to relax and enjoy fresh seafood. Their shrimp cocktail, raw oysters and other appetizers have always been top notch, and they are never wrong with the Maine lobster, whether steamed or baked and stuffed. The service is good, and is way more relaxed than it was when I was a kid. They gave a big bar, which is fun to have drinks with friends in a more informal way, and then go updtairs for a more foraml take. Their steak and seafood overall is wonderful and has been consistant for the past 25 years. They still have one of the best lobster rolls in RI and that says a lot! Give it another chance or try it for the first time. You will enjoy the slower pace on the water

Late on a Sunday, on the way out of Newport and dying for a lobster fix without the freaking Newport prices. This place came on the recommendation of a friend who grew up in RI, and is only about 5 minutes off of I-95. The whole table went old school with a bucket of steamers and four pound and a quarters. This place clearly does lobster right - and that's all we wanted. It felt like a local restaurant, and it was clear that on a Friday or Saturday night this would be packed with drunk RI natives, but for this Sunday night it was exactly what we were looking for. Service was friendly, prompt and attentive. Lobsters were spot on, although sides were meh. Drinks were well done (including a nice martini with a sidecar for a table mate with particular tastes when it comes to such things). Definitely recommended for a good lobster fix on the otherwise desolate I-95 corridor.

I recently went with a group of six people. I have to say, my immediate reaction was that this was like a trip back to the 1950's. The menu doesn't seem to have changed much in years, except perhaps to have gotten more limited. For a place on the water, the seafood menu (outside of the lobster, of course) was extremely limited. It featured just just a handful of fish staples, plus one pre-determined seafood entree each night. Unlike most seafood restaurants, there were no nightly specials determined by what that day's catch brought in. One of my party was disappointed to learn that there was no salmon on the menu. No salmon?--c'mon, fish doesn't get any more readily available then that. Food preparation was likewise pretty retro. My scrod (one of the staples) was moist and fresh-testing, but was buried under close to a half-inch of loose cracker crumbs that I had to scrape away. Several of our party had fish and pasta dishes, which were absolutely soaking in oil. There were no grilled fish dishes. There were numerous little lapses in attention to detail. The salad bar was small and lackluster, with empty salt and pepper shakers, and bread that tasted like cotton. The tonic water in my drink was flat. Service was OK. The server was patient with us as we waited for the last members of our party to arrive and was generally attentive (though the dining room was not at all busy). However, he never offered me a second drink, or suggested that we order a bottle of wine. The restaurant's website states that it "has been known for years as the place for lobster and local seafood." It needs a refresh.

The place is loud and disorganized, but the location is great and the steamed littlenecks are outstanding. It's also one of the few waterside places in that part od Rhode Island where you can get raw, shucked oysters.

Ewww is all I have to say about this place. Food Critic L and I seem to agree on a few of the local RI venues. It is HORRIBLY dirty and disgusting. The food here has yet to be desirable. Do not waste your money here. I do not know how this place is still in business.

I'm in Rhode Island, y'all! Do I want steak? Hell to tha no. Seafood? Yeahhhhhh, baby! I got this on a tip from the guy at the front desk of my hotel (he will be featured in my review of said hotel), who told me it's more of a local's joint, which is exactly what I wanted. I walked in to a cozy sized place; there is a nice enclosed deck / patio that I think would be awesome when the weather is nice. The menu had plenty of yummy sounding choices; I really had a hard time deciding what I should get. The specialties of the house are designated with a red dot, although you won't see them on their on line menu, which is found at: harboursideri.com/menu.p… . For a starter, I had a cup of the Quahog Chowder. This is a RI thing, the Quahogs, so I had to try it. Hmmmm....it was an interesting taste and took a little getting used to. I don't know why, since I'll eat anything that swims, but it was "fishy-er" (you KNOW that is a word) than regular clam chowder. Next time I will try the stuffed Quahogs, which is one of their most popular appetizers. I ordered a steamed lobster, which was a special for the night at 19.99. I think it was a pound and a quarter! Interestingly enough, I have never ordered lobster in the states. I've only ordered it in Puerto Nuevo, Mexico. Anyway, my order came with fries and glazed carrots. It was a great deal, but I know now that the only lobster I like is down in Mexico. I did enjoy my steamed lobster, but in the future, I'll stick with crab! Service was wonderful, I appreciated the variety on the menu, the food was reasonably priced, and I enjoyed what I ordered. Parking may be a little tricky; the weather was icky when we stopped in and since it's Sunday, there were some spots right in the front. Otherwise, there are alot of signs saying no parking.

We went for a late dinner and some cocktails. I would describe this most recent experience as ok at best. Five of us sat down at a table and ordered meals ranging from lobstermainia to hot dogs. We saw our waitress a total of 3 times over a span of 1.5 hours. She took our order, brought our food and picked up the check...Service was not good. The food was ok but nothing that one couldnt get at any other fish spot. The bar scene was pretty laid back. A lot of locals and age ranges from late twenties to early sixties. The outside bartender was moody and offered his services to waiting customers on a random basis. The music was pretty good- a wide variety of new and old. The band was probably the highlight of the night.

Great location on water front, found the bobbing boats in the marina soothing and picturesque on a Monday at lunch time. Waitress was super friendly, kindly took a picture of us when we requested the favor, and our dishes arrived within a reasonable wait. First up were the steamed littlenecks, which delighted us: they were fresh, and served with the hot water bath and melted butter in separate dishes on the side. Next up were, for him, a seafood bake and for me, the clam roll (fried clams on a white bread roll). We were pleased with our meal: I thought the clams were pretty excellent and the main courses fresh and tasty. Clean bathrooms, relaxed atmosphere, solid serve. I'm definitely coming back!

Not bad in terms of service and a good view on the water but the food was mediocre and the price was a little high.

I will be back.

i didnt come here to eat, so this review is strictly based on the night life experience i had! i met up with some friends here to celebrate a birthday last night. the place was packed! not too packed but enough for a good crowd. they had live music playing and the bartenders were fairly quick making drinks. the crowd there ranged from young to old which was actually kind of nice to see. it seemed like a big cook out that everyone was invited to. nothing like the clubs in the city with lots of drama! for a place that was so busy, the staff was so nice, even the bouncers! i'll be coming back soon :D

OMG.. Stopped in with my wife and sat through what had to be the worst food and music ever. We ordered Calamari and it was frozen and tasteless. Never again! I would give zero stars if I could.

Thanks

Love this place!! Great Lobster,Chowder and appetizers!! East Greenwich is the best town we lived in living in 5 states!! Waterview is the coolest brings back memories living in EG from 77 to 1983!!

We ordered lobster bisque, quahogs, tomato & mozzarella salad and baked lobster penne...all very good. Warm bread and scenic view were also a plus. Service was lacking, but we plan on going here again!

Group dinner at local seafood restaurant of about 20 people, mostly my colleagues from the east coast. Some of the other diners in my group who had been there previously were commenting on slow service, which I honestly did not notice. I had a stuffed shrimp & filet entrée and have to say the filet was great. I'm funny about my steak. And I live under the correct belief that restaurants outside Chicago do not know how to prepare it. But I have to say it was perfect. Thick, plenty of pink. The stuffed shrimp were huge

Horrific! I wouldn't let my neighbors cat eat here. *******************Zero stars*******************************

First time here and brought some clients from work. We were seated outside on the deck the view was beautiful and the service was good. The food was so so some of the items were pretty greasy but overall was a regular basic menu
(3)Keyana G.

(2)Cee D.
menu, ok, prices, ok. Service, what service. We had lobster bisque that was nuked, it was hot but clumpy, and tasteless calamari. All this place has is LOCATION!

(2)Marc B.
Love this place!! Great Lobster,Chowder and appetizers!! East Greenwich is the best town we lived in living in 5 states!! Waterview is the coolest brings back memories living in EG from 77 to 1983!!

(3)Keri G.

Don't go for the food...
(2)Steven And Nicole G.
We ordered lobster bisque, quahogs, tomato & mozzarella salad and baked lobster penne...all very good. Warm bread and scenic view were also a plus. Service was lacking, but we plan on going here again!
(4)Barb N.
While the view is delightful, the food is not. Had baked fish, flavorless and on the bitter side. Husband had baked salmon which was little to be desired and oysters on the half shell were very small. For the high prices, I would expect a lot more. Will not go back and will not recommend to friends.
(2)Mark C.
(4)Maureen K.

(3)George B.
(1)William C.
Had lunch there today. If you like fried clams really well done and almost burned to a crisp, you'll love this place. Other than that, it was fine.
(1)Annamarie T.
(5)John Z.
(3)Marlene M.
(1)Heather T.
Great food for a great price. Calamari and lobster bisque were best I have had in a while. We sat outside on the deck with a great view of the water. The laid back atmosphere made it very accommodating and family friendly. The staff was incredibly attentive and fantastic.
(4)Laine C.
POOR!!!!
(1)Pam F.
(4)Brian B.
It's the old Harborside. Now under new ownership.. Nothing we had we would make us go back. Fish dish had to be sent back as the fish was like mush. Replaced with fish and chips which were fair. Fried clams were just OK. Not much has changed.
(2)Jeff T.
(2)Charles S.
(2)Shelley M.

(5)Kel S.
(2)David N.
Not bad in terms of service and a good view on the water but the food was mediocre and the price was a little high.
(3)Steven P.
(3)Jackie V.
(3)Carly E.
i didnt come here to eat, so this review is strictly based on the night life experience i had! i met up with some friends here to celebrate a birthday last night. the place was packed! not too packed but enough for a good crowd. they had live music playing and the bartenders were fairly quick making drinks. the crowd there ranged from young to old which was actually kind of nice to see. it seemed like a big cook out that everyone was invited to. nothing like the clubs in the city with lots of drama! for a place that was so busy, the staff was so nice, even the bouncers! i'll be coming back soon :D

(4)Kathleen S.

(4)Heather T.
Great food for a great price. Calamari and lobster bisque were best I have had in a while. We sat outside on the deck with a great view of the water. The laid back atmosphere made it very accommodating and family friendly. The staff was incredibly attentive and fantastic.
(4)Laine C.
POOR!!!!

(4)Brian B.
It's the old Harborside. Now under new ownership.. Nothing we had we would make us go back. Fish dish had to be sent back as the fish was like mush. Replaced with fish and chips which were fair. Fried clams were just OK. Not much has changed.

(5)David N.
Not bad in terms of service and a good view on the water but the food was mediocre and the price was a little high.
(3)Steven P.

OMG.. Stopped in with my wife and sat through what had to be the worst food and music ever. We ordered Calamari and it was frozen and tasteless. Never again! I would give zero stars if I could.
(1)Karl D.

Thanks

Probably won't be back.

menu, ok, prices, ok. Service, what service. We had lobster bisque that was nuked, it was hot but clumpy, and tasteless calamari. All this place has is LOCATION!
(2)Max S.

(3)Dan R.

Nice outdoor bar, good drinks, and great entertainment. The inside needs work and the food from that filthy kitchen is not fit for human consumption. They need to start over from scratch with the food.

Don't come to this place. The service is absolutely awful and the manager could care less about their customers. Very disappointed in this place.

First time here and brought some clients from work. We were seated outside on the deck the view was beautiful and the service was good. The food was so so some of the items were pretty greasy but overall was a regular basic menu

(2)Marc B.
Love this place!! Great Lobster,Chowder and appetizers!! East Greenwich is the best town we lived in living in 5 states!! Waterview is the coolest brings back memories living in EG from 77 to 1983!!

(3)Keri G.

Don't go for the food...
(2)Barb N.
While the view is delightful, the food is not. Had baked fish, flavorless and on the bitter side. Husband had baked salmon which was little to be desired and oysters on the half shell were very small. For the high prices, I would expect a lot more. Will not go back and will not recommend to friends.

We ordered lobster bisque, quahogs, tomato & mozzarella salad and baked lobster penne...all very good. Warm bread and scenic view were also a plus. Service was lacking, but we plan on going here again!
