Busy local breakfast place Waitress seated me at an empty table then after serving me coffee made me move to a counter seat because they were too busy : fine, I was by myself but she didn't seem very apologetic just said I had to move. Coffee was very good Had the most flavorless French toast and sausage ever ( no joke) Maybe eggs are better...

This restaurant is like the meat and potatoes of the breakfast joints in Cumberland. You get food and service. Nothing spectacular...no one is rude but also not super friendly...the food is good but nothing to rave about. The ambiance is lacking for sure, with wood paneled walls and old pictures from your grandparents house. Nevertheless, it's a Cumberland breakfast staple, which is what keeps us going back.

I wasn't impressed. They are busy which made me think I was in for a treat but I have to say the food lacked a lot of flavor. Home fries needed seasoning, coffee was bitter, and the chocolate chip pancakes weren't fluffy or flavorful. Also, I find $19 (not including tip) to be a lot for 2 plates and drinks. There are other breakfast places I've enjoyed much more.

It's a good place that can get busy and crowded fast. Think the portions could be a little bigger. Price wise there average to a little above depends on what u order. Home fries are OK nothing great. Had a spinach and cheese omelet with mushroom and peppers. It was good and made with fresh ingredients. Make sure u bring cash because it's all they take.

I love this place! Growing up in Cumberland it is kind of the place everyone goes to. The home fries are great and their hollandaise sauce is sooo good. I sometimes even get a side of it just to dunk my home fries in (healthy right?)! The corn beef hash is homemade and is a bit different from the traditional variety, if you like corn beef hash I would definitely give this one a try and just keep an open mind.

The BEST place in Northern Rhode Island for breakfast. This cash only establishment provides the definition of a Saturday morning Breakfast. The service is always stellar. Bring your friends and family.

Find me here Sunday mornings fighting the church crowd for a table as this is my official breakfast joint in Northern Rhode Island. The omelets are loaded with your filling of choice but I prefer broccoli and cheese, The popeye omelet is also a good meal with its egg sack being filled with spinach, cheese, and red pepper. Every omelet comes with a plate filled with grilled potatoes with sauteed onions and your choice of toast. The price is right for under $7. My only warning is to watch out for the creamers before using them on your coffee. They are sometimes in need of changing.

I would not recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy. The service was awful. The waitress not only messed up our orders once but try over 4 times and did the same with the people sitting behind us. When we would ask for items we ordered she would argue with us that we did not order it! Unbelievable. The food was not worth overcoming the poor service. I

I've tried this place multiple times as a resident of cumberland and I have been disappointed every time. Judy the waitress is sooooooooo extremely rude. She makes comments under her breath. As a waitress your job entitles you to serve people, she makes serving people seem like an obligation when that's what her job entitles her to do. I'm done with eggs up and will not be returning. I don't recommend anyone to come to this breakfast place if your looking for quality service and people.

Went there today, my wife had the Popeye omelet it was done perfectly and was delicious. I had the French toast it was very good. The home fries were real not frozen. The only downside was the waitress never offered or came back with more coffee

I don't understand the low ratings. Eggs Up has been by far the BEST tasting and affordable breakfast AND lunch. Amazing staff that is so nice as well. It's just a great place food a great meal.

Best brunch for your buck outside Providence. Big crowd and closes early only serving breakfast but totally worth getting up early to beat the crowd. Best corn beef hash!! Other menu items are just as great. Environment is very friendly and everyone makes you feel at home.

Best breakfast in northern RI. Hot, fresh and served quickly with a smile. Great for a quick lunch, too. There's a reason you have to sometimes wait for a table. The omelets are the best!
