I will start off by saying I am a Starbucks fan, this store has some great qualities as well as some bad ones. SERVICE - Always seem to have an excellent staff, they make great drinks and treat the customers right!! Yeahhh FACILITY - This is the smallest most cramped store I have ever been in, the seating is very limited and uncomfortable. Also, the front window faces directly into the sun all afternoon. Finally, there is no outside seating. A great store but not so great location.

Its clean and spacious and a good place to use free WiFi, read, do hw, etc. I only ever order 3 things: either a caramel frapp which always comes out good, an iced caramel macchiato, or my usual Grande iced sweetened with caramel sauce. Depending on who is making the drinks that day, I will either get too little or too Much caramel, but sometimes its just right. The below reviews mentioning the rude blonde barista are pretty accurate. She definitely should not be doing any type of customer service. Also I love their multi grain bagels and they always seem to only carry 2 in the entire day???? So if I get there for a late morning breakfast it's literally a hit or miss on whether I'll get one or not! Like why don't they carry more in the back? Step up your food game Starbucks. ....

I love Starbucks. It's my treat when I travel and on the weekends. The coffee can't be beat. I have also love getting the free songs on the starbucks app and from the cards in the store in the past. My one beef is that when I use my app to pay, whether I buy three coffees or only one I still only get one star towards my rewards.

Just went here this morning with my sister and sister. We orders two venti strawberry lemonade with raspberry. She has blonde hair and was very rude about it. First made a comment "what? What is that?" And asked us again and turn around and said "well okay!"....

THIS Starbucks is terrible!! Though it is a Starbucks and I'm a huge fan of the coffee, the service and staff at this location are terrible at every aspect of their job. They are slow, degrading and disrespectful with attitudes that I cannot put into words. I am speaking for myself and what I witness when I am on line. The scariest part is that is better than it was several years ago. Great location, beautiful interior and exterior but I avoid it whenever possible due to the terrible staff.

Beautiful and very clean place. I love the location and of course the great coffee. Staff here are so wonderful. I miss my favorite Starbucks in New York Woodside....

So, I have to start this off with stating, disregard all of the small and cramped comments on here. Sometime in the past year or 2 (I know its since I started my current job) Starbucks has remained at the same address, but has expanded massively as part of the whole Garden City revitalization that has gone down. This is now a legit coffee house, seats, bars, comfy chairs, places to actually hang out and catch up or get some work done. Once upon a time I'm pretty sure the folks at this 'bucks could have my order ready before I got up to the front of the line. My most recent experience ended in a wait for a latte (my friend and I were the only patrons waiting for drinks) and a latte that got progressively worse as i continued drinking (all the Pumpkin spiciness was at the bottom of the cup, ice) One thing I saw here that I haven't at other Starbucks was some anniversary blend coffee, neat stuff.

This is the Starbucks near my mom's apartment, so it's where I head when am visiting her and need free wifi (and free refills with my gold card). The people who work here, as at most Starbucks, are friendly. The coffee is good but the line tends to move slowly. So while it might not be my first choice when in a rush, it is a nice place to visit on a day when you have time to sit in their comfortable inside seating or enjoy your beverage out on the terrace. So really the score is 3.5 stars. One suggestion...when someone orders coffee, please ask if they would like you to leave room for milk as I hate dumping some into the trash when I forget to ask them to do so. On the other hand, at least they don't short you on the pour!

A Starbucks lover, especially around the holidays when they bring back my fav, eggnog latte. YES! This one was very modern and obviously renovated. There are plenty of seating for 1,2 or 10... Take your pick. The service was fast and friendly and the put my name on the cup, albeit, misspelled, but good effort. They lost a star because my grande wasn't full and for the price I pay, you gotta be kidding me???? Get it together people!

I come here nearly every single day. There is one barista who I believe is new, ( 2-3 months in maybe ) and She seems to have an attitude issue, and she makes a crappy cup of coffee, and the last time I got coffee made by her, I asked for a venti, and my cup was missing almost 2 inches of coffee... I paid $5.12, for that crap? I believe someone else posted just this month about this " blond" with an attitude.. she's no beuno! All the other girls there are fantastic.. so warm and friendly, always kind! I love it when a particular lady makes me coffee, I think she may be a manager.. she makes the best cup!! Guys, the new lady is no good! She got all huffy and puffy with me when I told her she gave me the incorrect topping for my oatmeal, she said I didn't ask for the " seed and nut medley".. when it is what I get every morning, I know what I asked for. Boo! I'll change my rating when I get a full cup of coffee in my Venti and That lady is gone! She is not barista material..

I like supporting local businesses but this Starbucks does it right. I'm from Seattle and I worked at Starbucks for several years. Normally when I go to a Starbucks I'm disappointed because the shots are expired or the milk is old or it just doesn't taste right. Pretty annoying when you pay $374.28 for a coffee that costs 38 cents to make. Anyway EVERY time I've gone to this Starbucks I've been completely satisfied. I know the way Starbucks works and how they really enforce company policies and customer satisfaction and this store nails it on the head. If you need a quick pick me up and you're in Cranston go grab something tasty.

Average service. Fast drinks. Nothing left in the display to choose from. The seating area looks better now. Bigger. The staff are tired today, busy weekend. I liked my latte. Pretty good.

I am a bit bias because my fabulous sister works at this location, but it's nice because I can give some in-site too. Jen is a spicy chica who's always up for a good laugh to brighten the day. Kelly can whip up a drink like a pro and she makes the BEST Caramel apple spices'! Plus she's cute. Chelsea is so sweet and can always offer a smile :) Meghan is your go to store manager, she walks the line and tows the line around those parts. I can tell you that the Batista's really DO know their stuff. They are very knowledgeable about their products, and train often on new and upcoming products. Starbucks has its own language, and although the Barista's may know what you mean when you say a "large hot caramely chocolaty thing with skim that I usually get at Dunkin" (Grande Caramel Mocha Nonfat), they are not mind readers. Although they will try their hardest don't be mad that they do not know what you want, when YOU do not even know what you want. The store is well kept and cleaned daily as is should be. The merchandise is always stocked and faced accordingly. The Batista's are all very pleasant - even if you are not. They really do appreciate your tips. The manager is on top of everything that goes on in that store and will pretty much do anything to make you happy. Witnessed that the day she hopped in her car and drove to Thayer street to find a Jamaican blend coffee for a patron. The store is TINY- That is why I am so happy that they are remodeling this spring and will have a temporary walk up window!

This location has expanded, and it looks fabulous! Tons of group and single seating, an attractive market style cabinet that houses an array of fresh meal options, and spotless bathrooms. I am not a coffee fan, but when I do get the urge, I head to this Starbucks. The place is so clean, one could eat off the floor. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but most importantly, they're pleasant! Every person I've encountered seems very happy. Beverages are served quickly, and with smile, and there's a constant, never unprofessional rapport between the workers. The manager and supervisors are efficient and attentive. 5 stars for great service!

This is the most frustrating Starbucks! It is one block from my house, so I am stuck using this place. My experience is that for every 5 visits, four of the orders will be wrong. If I ask for Sugar Free Vanilla in my latte, they will put regular vanilla with sugar. If I ask for 3 splendas, they will 'forget' or tell me I can add it. The newest thing is that they automatically use skim milk in every drink, and now I have to either watch that they used 2% or ask them. Heaven forbid that I ask them to remake my drink, that will result in major eye-rolling. I have been getting the same drink since 2007, and this is the only Starbucks that can't handle my drink! On the flip-side, the decor and neighborhood make this the nicest Starbucks in the state!

This is my favorite Starbucks location. It's nestled right in Garden City shopping center and it just recently had beautiful renovations and an expansion. It's perfect for a starter to your shopping day. I met my cousins here for coffee/tea and we were able to grab comfy seating, while enjoying delicious and fresh warm drinks. This may seem like a little thing, but my cousin was so excited that not only they put her name on her drink, but they spelled it correctly. Whether this is a fluke or they are just really on top of their game, it made her very excited as her spelling normally gets botched up. I thought this was just a small (perhaps coincidental) symbol and representation that this particular Starbucks goes that extra step to make you feel welcome, comfortable, and like they just know your name (cue the Cheers theme music).

I'm a big fan of starbucks coffees and teas, however at this specific location I've never has a pleasant experience. First lets start at the register, the person working the register almost never makes eye contact with you and god forbid you say something thats not the "starbucks way" to say it they will rudely correct you. Now I usually get the most simple drink, an iced passion tea with a shot of the raspberry flavor. I watch them water it down about halfway with water everytime, and this is the only starbucks I've seen do this. When I ask them to remake it because it tastes too watery they roll their eyes, pour some out and add more tea instead of starting over. The customer service here is terrible, and I will never go back.

This Starbuck's is expanding and boy does it need it. I have yet to go in without the crowding of others into my personal bubble. The staff is friendly and the drinks are prepared well. I have multiple times complained to Starbucks about the food. Once there were flies filling up the food case (disgusting) and a second time I was given a piece of coffee cake so stale I hit it against a table and it sounded like a baseball. Definitely not my #1 Starbucks but a convenient location.

Don't get me wrong I love Starbucks but this one needs some serious improvement. Ordering a simple drink, venti green tea unsweetened, takes them at least 10 minutes and that's on a good day. It's such a hassle to get one drink that I don't even bother stopping here anymore. I will say their renovations are beautiful and the store looks great but that doesn't outweigh the fact that they really need to work on their speed.

I am disappointed with the cleanliness of this Starbucks. Th bathroom smelled like the urine pit at the zoo. Nice indifference and filth all in one location.

Starbucks is Starbucks, quality coffee I can't complain. Customer service has never been a problem there, until tonight when Captain Miserable took my order. I understand its a busy night and middle schoolers seemed to be in full effect, but no need to treat your other customers like their degenerates. Im just looking for a tasty treat to cap off an otherwise pleasant evening out with wife and child and your awful attitude got in the way. So to the blonde barista who treated me like I was some jerk with her huffing and puffing over me asking to change the size of my frappucino from grande to venti(which is more expensive btdubs) you made me think twice about coming by again. Sorry to be so harsh, but no need to take out your frustration on other customers.

Small, cramped, busy and short tempered staff. Add to that the filth of this location. Yuck. Copious amounts of dust and dirt around the displays and carts and along the ledges where they make the coffees. I won't be back here. Unless I'm hankering for some salmonella.

Small and Cramped for a Starbucks store. I had to move several times just to get out of the way of people. The service wasn't friendly or rude it was just ok. I asked for a iced coffee with milk, but ended up getting just an ice coffee. I had to dump some of my coffee out in the trash and use the milk that was sitting out by the sugar. It was just annoying because they had ice coffee with milk on the menu. Parking is a little bad too. Not to much for spaces up front, but there is a little side parking lot tucked in the back by the Williams and Sonoma. I will probadly go back if I am shopping, but I doubt I would ever get a table there and attempt to do work.

I must agree with Mike D. from New Britain, CT. But if I can add to that small, cramped, busy coffee house... their service is a bit slow. I was spoil with a starbuck in the same building in my old office and with the Midwest starbuck corporate office just across the street... their service was impeccable! Two stars for getting this order wrong, a few verbal repeats and asking if I want whip cream... upside down quad venti soy caramel macchiato. When I was planning to move to rhode island for work, I routed a travel plans to have this starbucks as my daily pit stop. Apparently this isn't the case. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to order a standard drink... try not to add a few modifiers...
