Had the buffalo chicken breast sub was good and the sauce is not for beginners the medium is def hot like I enjoy it. The lett/tomat was fresh and even though walk in ordering takes awhile they do cook to order and the place is busy. Hubby got the Philly Cheesesteak and said it was great (hes picky about his cheesesteak).Turnover is good,anything less and theres no way the food could be kept fresh like it was. If you know you're coming maybe call ahead but other than that its a solid choice.

Found hair in my steak sandwhich. Service is awful. The sign says open late? I didnt kno 10 was late. They would probably get more business if they actually stayed open late..at least midnight.

Awesome deal alert!! This place has a grilled cheese sandwich on the menu for $1.50!!!(w/tomato is 50 cents extra) I've only tried the fried ravioli so far, my mate really liked the wings. Service was fast and pleasant.

Really a great place. Owner cooks in the kitchen. Everything is consistent every time. I enjoy the antipasto salad but all the wings and sandwiches are tasty too

Who owns this place? Because dropping wings in a fryer and cooking shaved steak on a flat top is not Rocket Surgery. So that being said the food was well executed. But Customer service? Not a chance. First off the the person answering the phone seemed put off that I didn't have a problem with waiting an hour for delivery. I think they quote that so they don't have to make the run. Evidence being because when I called about my order being wrong they were out in about 5 minutes to remedy it. Now I'll get to the order being wrong. So first up I paid with a credit card. The delivery driver had no credit card slip. Just the original order slip with no total on it. He said to sign the bottom. I said what is the total? He said " Um... Around 25 bucks. So I tipped him and he left. So I open the boxes. No Blue cheese, celery or hot sauce on the side. I clearly asked when placing the order if it came with such. I was told yes. So I called and explained to the person who answered the phone what was wrong with my order. He then transferred me to someone else who answered the phone with "who's this?!" Like I was some dime store punk. Not "Hello, this is the Manager how may I help you? " No. I get "who's this". Then when I state my name? I get "Is there a problem?" Yes I say. My order was incorrect. So he replies "is there a problem?" Are you kidding me?! So I then had to explain again what I had told the person on the phone who answered in the first place. I will never patronIze this establishment ever again. I will also tell everyone I know. In and out of the food industry. Sorry for the bad review. But you deserve it. Side note: when the driver who corrected the order was asked what the total was he said $28. My bank statement showed a total over $30 for 16 wings, half a sub and a small appetizer that most likely came out of the freezer at Restaurant Depot.

I was on a chicken wing kick for a while, so I came here pretty frequently. Even though the price was a little high for just a-ok chicken wings. The only reason why I came here was because of their "Golden heat" sauce. The sauce was so good, it wasn't too vinegary or too buttery. Their chicken was usually way over cooked. Maybe it's because they're afraid to get people sick, or maybe it's because their chicken wings are so skimpy that they cook so fast. But, if the restaurant is a "chicken wing" place, they should be able to cook the chicken wing nicely.... The staff is eh. They're not rude but they're also not so nice. Although, they do have one woman who works there usually in the afternoon/night. She is very friendly and cooks the food much better than the other staff. But at any rate, they stopped carrying the golden heat sauce for months and months. I won't be going back anytime soon.

I had a Steak and Cheese grinder from here for lunch the other day. I got it with Provolone but they did have the cheez wiz option and an American cheese option. (possibly a swiss option if I remember) It was good! This seems like a solid sub shop to me. Next time I'm going to try the wings. 10-07-11 I went back last night to buy dinner for two. The wings were cooked thoroughly--no pink, and they were big and tasty too! My boyfriend had the veggie sub and they grill the mushrooms, onions, and peppers and use romaine lettuce which he was nice for a change. Solid.

This place is awful. I asked for my wings crispy and well done, and they came out soggy and underdone. Against better judgement, I went back again a few weeks later and got soggy, underdone wings again. I suppose it's worth mentioning I almost immediately had to visit the bathroom after eating here both of those times. You can fill in the rest of the gory details. Suffice it to say, I'm never going back, even if the food is free.

I ordered a salad with grilled chicken to go and was surprised at how large it was. The salad was fresh and the chicken was marinated and very tasty. Prices are very reasonable. It's probably not the first place I would go to sit down and eat but great for takeout!

There wings are good I will admit, but the place is run by young punks who need a lesson in customer service. I didn't know they made there cheese fries with cheese wiz and when i called to ask if they could replace my fries with a new order the young guy on the phone gave me an attitude and told me it was my fault!!!! This after i waited a full hour and change for my order. Over an hr wait for wings and fries!!!! And to make matters worse the fries were very soggy! I am highly disappointed!!! I will stick to ordering from spikes!

This morning, I parked in front of their place to wait for someone. As it was 1/2 hour before opening time, I was surprised to have been rudely chased away. I moved the car about 30 feet back, so I could be seen by the person looking for me. The kid from this establishment came back out and chased me again, so I used some colorful language and started to drive away. Then I saw he was coming after me, and wound up driving over a fairly high curb to get away. Why is Cranston, as well as RI, losing residents? One reason is the unbreakable blue-color attitude that never seems to go away. This is a prime example. As for the food, I guess I won't be finding out, since the service didn't give me a chance.

I have to say in all my life I've NEVER been treated so awful ..... I called in a sandwich (tuna,lettuce and American cheese wrap) pretty simple so I thought! When I went to take a bite I noticed a glob of mayo which I never asked for I went back in and asked him to remake it, well the "chef" basically told me how tuna was made and I said I didn't ask for extra mayo and than he proceeded to slam his knife and take his time remaking my sandwich. I thought it was odd that he threw my to-go at me than wouldn't look me in the so I made sure to check my sandwich again and he put twice the amount of mayo this time!!! I will NOT be returning oh and by the way just because you wear a chef coat clearly doesn't make you a chef!!!!

As a foodie, it always pains me to watch a business that I would at one point give 4-5 stars to completely give up on themselves. Parkside was once a place I frequented often for lunch. They had always been a bit pricey, but the food was tasty and it was a convenient for me to get to from work. As time went on I noticed a lack of upkeep. They were out of their volcano sauce for almost a month once. Their store began to show signs of wear; broken booths, visible extension cords, dirty air vents. Their customer service, as many have mentioned, is nearly non-existent. Their staff mopes around when they are not pre-occupied on a computer or their phone. Their wings are on the small side and though some of their sauces are delicious their portions if fries etc doesn't warrant their pricing. Also they have a sign that says "open late" but I don't know they they are open past 9/10pm.

Good food but terrible service. Sometimes they have delivery, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they have certain wing sauces, sometimes they don't. Steak sandwich was good but nothing exceptional that warrants being called "steak and wings". Wing are good, slightly overcooked to perfection and good sauces but really nothing creative (they pump it out if a Kens jug right in front of you) except "Golden Heat" which is pretty good but rarely available. A couple different fry options is a nice touch too....

We order from here regularly since it's nearby. Grilled chicken on their Caesar salads are very tasty. They skimped out on a Turkey sandwich once so I won't be getting that again. Decent go-to place for wings considering there aren't that many places close by (native RI-lander speaking here) that specializes in wings.

I ate here years ago. I remember the steak and cheese tasting better. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't like I remember it being. The service was pretty good. Not many people in the place so the staff looked bored. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.

the new management perfected what the old management lacked which was customer service!! these guys are so awesome now and they still perfect my steak and cheese time after time along with my boneless buffalo tenders!!! sooooo delicious!!
