Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Got the veggie burrito and was only $7. Great price for the huge burrito. Was so tasty and not filled with rice with just a little veggies. Tons of veggies. Great flavor, not overly salty. Love love loved it. But please, please wrap your burrito foil differently. It just doesn't work corner. Rectangular is better and doesn't fall apart. Thank you!

We ordered the taco tray for the game yesterday. There was so much food at this party, but all the tacos were gone before the game was over.

The store is close by... Great for quick lunch. Have only had the chicken tacos, but great stuff. And they don't skimp on toppings. Great deal, will have to go back soon!

Not sure why there is an address listed... this is a food truck that I've seen all over RI. I have seen him at Ocean State Food Truck Park on Niantic Ave. in Cranston a few times but I think he is all over the place. That being said, Paco knows exactly what he's doing. I have yet to be disappointed by anything I've ordered. His food is very inexpensive and VERY delicious. His guacamole is made fresh daily and inspired me to try to replicate it myself (a task I have not yet accomplished). I would recommend checking out Paco's Tacos if you see him around it is definitely worth the stop. The owner's name is Frank I think and he has been there just about every time I've stopped by. He's super nice and if they aren't that busy he has lots of good stories about growing up in San Diego. Very interesting guy that makes DELICIOUS food. *Update* Hold on to your hats people - he opened a store front on East Street in Cranston. Not only does he have the same delicious menu but there are now incredible additions. Most notably the California Burrito which has steak and French ries inside it! You should also try the Poblano rings, they are like onion rings but much less greasy and much more delicious.

Oh! My! The quesadillas and tacos on those homemade shells are like Cinco de Mayo in my mouth.

I went here for the first time today and let me just say that it was DELICIOUS!!! Probably one of the best tacos I've ever had. I ordered 2 crispy beef tacos and they use shredded beef not ground beef which I prefer. They also Fry the soft tortilla which is why they call it a crispy taco. It was sooooo good!!! I highly recommend this place!!!

Waited waaaayyyy too long for this today. But, in their defense, it was at a block party filled w/a few hundred people. I got a grande southwest taco...huge & delicious! Cheap prices too...$2-7, depending on what you get. And, I didn't hear one person complain about the food. Would love to try more from here...just not at one of these block party type things...lol! I'll stalk them on Facebook

I've had the tacos and the quesadilla here. The tacos we yummy but the order only came with 2 tacos and I was expecting the usual 3 you get with an order. The quesadilla was full size and gooey cheesy deliciousness! As far as Mexican food goes they are pretty good, but not the best I've ever had, which is why I'm down a star! Overall very yum!
