Today we stopped here before we headed out on a road trip to Provincetown for the weekend. It was fairly busy for 2pm in the afternoon, and the staff were still so pleasant! The gentleman that took our order was extremely courteous and was flipping soda cups in a playful manner as we ordered our drink. The customer ahread of us made a comment as to slightly changing his order as they were making his sandwich. Although they were almost done making it, they offered to restart and put his sandwich on his new choice. They were very friendly about it and so accomodating. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area.

First time at this place... And last Only reason they're eating 2 stars is for the service. Other than that the food was crap. I ordered the 17$ lobster roll. Server brought it to my table and it looked great! Took a bite and I noticed something was off... About half way through I realized it was partially frozen!!! What the hell d'Angelos?!? Didn't have time to wait for another one because I had to head to work. Too bad... I had high hopes because of online reviews of the lobster roll :(

I have visited this d'angelos a few times before tonight as it is convenient and you can get a decent sandwich. Tonight i was grossed out and will never be returning. While waiting for my sandwich(15 minutes) i noticed a large black rodent with a long tail run from under one booth to another. If there are rats in the front there must be rats in the back. I threw out my sandwich as i had already paid and will never be returning.

Love the sandwiches but this location could use a lesson or two about common courtesy and customer service. Horrible. They couldn't even be bothered to get the order correct when the place was dead!

I have always been a fan of the #9 sandwich. In my college days, this was always served as a pita. Now it is served on a sub roll and comes in three sizes. I was confused by this, but ordered a medium, which I thought might compare to the original pita. I only got through half! Next time I think I will ask for a pita. It's possible they still have them.

This review is for the D'Angelo on Reservoir ave. Any other D'Angelos would receive 5 stars. The service has always been poor from here, but the lady I dealt with the last time I ordered from there was the final straw for me. She asked me for my address, when I described to her where it was she interrupts me, and says she isn't from Cranston and wouldn't know anyways. Then she asks me if Im sure my home is in Cranston. "Really?" I was erked to the point, I hung up the phone. She calls me back, and since I really wanted a sandwich I order it. I give her the order, she never responds back to confirm that she received it accurately. I kindly said it again. She rudely tells me "I already said that." That was the final time for me, Ill drive to another D'Angelos next time.
