Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Horrible. Yelp failed me here. The positive reviews must be friends of the owner. This was the worst Italian food I've ever had, and actually the worse restaurant food. I got the Italian sampler. It had spaghetti, gnocchi, and ravioli all covered in red sauce with a meatball. The gnocchi was basically a big undercooked noodle. No light pillows of flavor here. More like undercooked lumps of dough. The meatball was overcooked and had no flavor. The sauce was the worst. Tasted like tomato sauce straight from the can. The waitress assured me they make the those three elements from scratch. I believe them. No company could sell that stuff packaged. The wife got a white pizza. That had some potential expect the bottom had tons of excess flour that was burned. Imagine your tongue hitting straight flour with every bite. We tried scrapping the flour off with a knife but it was no use. Positives: Our waitress was pleasant and the dining room, although decorated by someone's grandmother, was clean. I would not return here.

Was driving through and decided to stop here based on reviews.. Not sure if the ownership has changed, but the food was not good. Had the veal parm, no seasoning, bland, a little gross even. Spaghetti tasted like ragu sauce.. Would never come back here if given the option.

Ladies and gentlemen, this isn't your typical hole in the wall western-PA Italian joint. What you have here are really really good (read not exceptional) dishes at reasonable prices and with fantastic service. Dave (the chef/owner) does a great job at creating Italian staples with generous portions and a slightly unique twist that creates a somewhat signature flavor to his food. Tina (Dave's wife/baker/front of house manager/server/bartender... yea) does an excellent job at taking care of clientele and making sure their happy. I watched her wait on a group of 34 people in their private dining room on her own, and do a great job consider the circumstances (short staffed for the evening). Overall, Nobile's gets the 5-star plug for its all around quality/value/service proposition. While none of the three individually represent the best-of-the-best, they combined represent a rare balance which creates die-hard regulars and supportive aficionados.

This week's. Dessert at the restaurant was chocolate raspberry cake. It was the most amazing cake , chocolate heaven! Each week homemade desserts are featured on the menu. Add that to the delicious specials each day and you can't be this restaurant. Fine dining, wonderful food, great people and fantastic service! Stop there soon!

We really enjoyed this restaurant. The meals were incredible. This location can be missed judged by the outter apperance but it is truly not a hole in the wall. Don't judge a book by it's cover on this one.

The food at Nobile's Italian Restaurant is incredible! Dave's Italian dishes are great and Tina's homemade cheesecakes are absolutely ridiculous.

There is big restaurant taste coming from this cozy restaurant tucked into a friendly neighborhood. From the greeting all the way to dessert and even while paying the check you will be pleased.

One word.....AWESOME!! We drove past this place and it looked like a hole in wall. We looked it up here and reviews and people were raving about it so we gave it a shot. It was spaghetti and meatball night according to our server. We opted for other dishes but at $4.99 it was a tempting offer. I had the chicken parmigiana and my co worker had the veal parmigiana. We both loved it and cleaned our plates. Perfect sized servings and great quality. Attentive service made the meal memorable. We opted in for dessert and I had tiramisu and he had the apple dumpling with ice cream...OH MY GOD.....incredible Dinner for two with a dessert each, one soft drink and two draft beers was $47.00 pre tip. A tremendous value.
