My family tried this restaurant for the first time on Monday and my feelings are very mixed. The restaurant is not clean by any stretch of the imagination in the seating area and the restaurant is very warm. The workers had their little kids there in the cooking area albeit they were not cooking. The prices are reasonable but there really is no sit down service, just to go with a few tables to sit at if you choose. I got egg drop soup that was very bland. It came with crispy noodles that were marginal at best. While waiting for my soup to cool, I ate an egg roll, one that was baked and not fried. It tasted good but was dry. My main course was General Tso's Chicken. This was very good and I enjoyed it quite a bit. Were this the only thing I got and if the restaurant was clean, I would rank this higher. Now to factor in what the family got. My wife got hot and sour soup that she thought was really great but her cashew chicken was very bland. My son got fried rice that too was bland. I will very likely go back but will limit what I get to the General Tso's chicken as it was probably the best I have had in the York area.
