Like what everyone else is saying on here, this place is terrible. Foods cold and the atmosphere is dated. Ruby Tuesday is one of my favorite places but this one is a dump. The one back in Annapolis you had to get on a waiting list to get seated this one can't keep people in it during a Friday evening at 5 when every one else has a waiting list. Enter at your own risk. I'm fair at giving places second chances but doesn't look like anything changes every time I drive by.

Yup, gotta go with the crowd on this one...pretty bad. 4:30 on Memorial day Saturday...dead. I was the 6th table filled. The beer selection is pathetic in this day of micros. The best and only IPA they offered was Dogfish head, everything was a macro abomination. I went with the triple prime burger which is consistently tasty, despite the grease. The server confirmed, just the triple, no cheese or bacon, yet it was delivered with cheddar. I ate it, and confirmed why I don't get cheese, the strong flavor muddles the beef flavor. Lastly, the garden bar was a train wreck. It looked like a monkey with cutlery chopped the veggies. Chucks of pepper mixed with diced and slices, same with the onion. The coup de grace was the tomatoes chunks, they didn't even bother to cut out the cores. On an up note, the service was fast (cheese issue aside) and the food quality was on par, despite the other issues. The cupcakes for dessert were yummy, nothing special, but they ARE cupcakes. This location has been dying a slow death for years and rock bottom isn't far off.

Whether it makes sense or not, I just have to try every Ruby Tuesday location. Since it's a chain, they should all be identical but I don't think that's always the case. This one was a bit subpar in the following areas: 1. The garlic cheese biscuits were very strange. At other Ruby Tuesday restaurants, these are crisp but at this one, the biscuits came soaked in buttery liquid. I guess I shouldn't complain since these are complimentary. 2. Salad bar didn't seem as fresh. Noticed that the peas were stuck to the plate and carrots were a bit dried out. 3. The check was screwed up. They blamed it on a system malfunction, which is understandable, but they didn't take a minute or two to calculate the correct amount so I (the guest! Hello?) wouldn't have to do that.

Raw Salmon, not sushi ;( We should have read the comments on here before we came out. A total washout & disappointment. Come out here with my dad to celebrate a new job. We were in the mood for some seafood & steak. I ordered the Hickory Salmon () & Broccoli w/parmesan cheese. My Dad order the Blackened New York Strip A food runner brought our food out. She quickly left. (Typically, a food runner would make sure our food cooked to perfection . . . ) I should of have know something was array when my broccoli did not have the parmesan cheese that I have requested. When I cut into my Salmon, I noticed the flesh of the fish was still raw. Seriously? When my Dad cut into his New York Strip. It was raw as well. I understand that this is a chain-restaurant, but still highly disappointed. Our Server William B. aka Billy Wasn't overly friendly, but he did his best to take care of us. I asked him to speak to a manager. He acted swiftly. We tipped him well. We understand that the kitchen and management has no reflection on his performance. When I was speaking manager *Taylor What a joke that was. I felt like I was being talked condescendingly. Let me preface this statement. I informed her of the situation. She was quick to respond with a free dessert. What does it look like? My birthday? Highly doubtful I will ever come back here.

what a disappointment! I should have gotten a clue when I saw how empty the parking lot was for a Friday evening. I used to LOVE this chain when I lived in Maryland. I got an appetizer as my meal and the salad bar. The salad bar was picked over with very few options, not to mention it didn't look clean. My appetizer came out burnt and not appealing at all. I complained but they didn't care. The service was super slow and the server didn't seem to know the menu at all. I won't be coming back.

We were on our way back from a day trip and needed a place to eat dinner that was kid-friendly. We figured that Ruby Tuesday would fit the bill. We were surprised how empty it was on a Saturday night - there were only three other tables filled in the restaurant - but we figured it'd be good to get in and out since the kids were hungry and it was approaching bed time. We were seated right away, and the server greeted us not too long thereafter. We ordered drinks, which came fairy quickly. We then ordered an appetizer and the kids' food, asking that the kids' food be served as soon as it was ready. Our server checked on us after the app was delivered (about 15-20 minutes after ordering it), and we showed her that our son's cup had a hole in it. It had leaked all over the table. She didn't bother to take the cup (which continued to leak all over), and she did not bring him a new drink until about 15 minutes later. The kids' food ended up coming out AFTER our meals. My order was completely wrong. When I brought it to the server's attention, she blamed me for not ordering what I actually wanted. My husband and kids confirmed that I had ordered a different meal than what she put in. She blamed the kitchen for the kids' food coming out so late and said that she had told the kitchen to prepare the kids' food to come out with the apps; their food was cold, so I am guessing that it was prepared on time, but she neglected to pick it up and serve it. Our drinks were never refilled. And despite the long waits and completely wrong order, nothing was deducted from our bill. This experience was so bad that I don't know that I will ever return to another Ruby Tuesday.

We should have known from the lack of customers ON MOTHER'S DAY that this particular Ruby Tuesdays would disappoint, and boy it sure did. So many things were wrong with our dining experience it's difficult to comprehend. From the dirty haze on the windows, to the dirty bathrooms with NO toilet paper, to the server/bartender who took our order - messed it up and then completely bailed on us with no explanation - it was all around the worst Ruby Tuesdays dinner ever. Drinks were not refilled, side condiments weren't on plates (as in butter for the baked potatoes, which never DID get provided, even after mentioning that it'd been forgotten), and when we asked for the garlic dinner rolls our replacement server said "I'll have to see if we have any". WTH? All in all the entire staff seemed both clueless and unconcerned about providing much service at all, and we aren't demanding customers by any stretch. Also, we didn't see a manager once, unlike most other RTs, where they go table to table asking how things were. Maybe they knew they would get an earful, or more likely they just don't care. This was on Mothers Day, and it would have been understandable to have some flaws in the service had they been busy, but we visited around 4:30 pm and the place was dead. I now understand why. If this had been my first Ruby Tuesdays visit, I'd never go back to another one anywhere. All I know for sure is we'll be staying away from this one forever.

Upon first entering, it was odd that there were no cars in the parking lot because it was a Friday night. When we went in, we stood at the hostess table for a while and realized why no one was there as we were not greeted for a while. We decided to give it a try still, but were immediately disappointed again as our drink order was taken a long time afterword and then actually came very long after that. We also had no napkins or silverware given to us even after we asked. The napkins didn't come until after the appetizer and they finally came. By that time, I had grabbed some paper towels out of the bathroom as we had ordered hot wings with the appetizer and had sauce on our hands. The waitress we had, besides the napkin fiasco, was very friendly and did a decent job with drink refills. The food was ok except for the burger being a little under cooked. Overall, there is no reason to go to this restaurant and we will not be returning. I highly recommend not going to this restaurant and going to any other place nearby, especially the diner across the street.

When I lived in York, my friends and I ate at this Ruby Tuesday frequently, and the service and food were both pretty good. When I was back in York on vacation recently, a friend and I went to Ruby Tuesday for dinner, expecting to receive the same level of service that we were used to receiving. It was very disappointing that the service we received was lacking. Our waitress took our order, and then basically disappeared. My friend's order came out, and the server who dropped it off said that he would grab my order and come right back. 10 minutes later, I still didn't have my food. It took another 3-5 minutes to find another member of the staff to inquire about when my food would be out. Once my food arrived, the service continued to be sub-par. Our drinks didn't get refilled, it took an extremely long time to get our check once we asked, and even longer to get my credit card back after paying. I would highly recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Service would have been good but when I asked our server for the other part of my son's order, he/she said he/she is looking into it. After 10 minutes he/she said it was still in the oven??? My wife and I were done eating and my son still did not get the feast of his meal. No effort at all from their server and they were not even busy (late lunch). This the last time I will ever go to to this establishment.

How is this place still open . Place is always dead in the evening, food is average at best , wait staff is very slow . Eaten here when it was a busy place and the food was ok back the. . Seems like things have just fallen apart here in every aspect . I'd pass this place up and hit somewhere else from now on .

what a disappointment!
