Great accessible location, friendly staff, good food (buffalo burger) and free beer! The place was very clean, not crowded, and food was fresh. The food was serviced fairly quickly. The salad area was clean and you could tell it was fresh. Oh did I mentioned they have free beer? Great place!

I like this place! Not sure why it needs to take up a whole city block! The few times we went, it was never even close to being crowded. Maybe we were too early in the day?! Hmm. They have yummy big burgers and a nice area to add condiments (mayo, mustard, ketchup... nacho cheese...) and a place to add toppings, including whole leaf lettuce, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, white onions... I made the best colossal burger ever!! So now I'm a super fan! The food was made in a fairly speedy manner. You order at the front at a cashier line. They give you a receipt and a buzzer, which will activate when your food is ready. And then you pick up your burgers and fries and load then with condiments and toppings. I upgraded my fries to chili cheese fries for $.75. There wasnt alot of shredded cheese on the chili, but with the added nacho cheese, it was divine!! *drool*drool*drool* Anyway, this is a new favorite! Wish it was a little bit closer to home! (Fyi - shredded lettuce helps to prevent sliding burgers and buns!)

Hungry for a burger at lunchtime. We were at the market right around the corner and saw this pop up on yelp. We walked in and were greeted by a sign that read "FREE BEER! FREE BEER! No Purchase Necessary" Suffice to say my interest is piqued. Apparently they had some kind of special that all you needed to do was ask for a beer with your order and you get a cup of Miller Light. My wife ordered the Elk burger and I settled for a 1/2 lb regular chunk of meat. Service took about 10 minutes, they gave us a little electronic buzzer which is more efficient than trying to hear your name being called over the sound of children screaming. The condiment station was well kept and the toppings were fresh and fully stocked. Multiple bottles of your favorite sauces, A1, Worcestershire, Tabasco, waiting to be used. Our burgers were cooked correctly they just needed some extra time for the fries so they let us eat while we waited for them which was nice.

I like the concept of adding your own toppings although maybe they could add more selections. My problem is the poor quality of beef they use. It's all full of bone chips and beef by products that I would rather not eat. I haven't been back since.

This is the worst Fuddruckers I have been to. The burgers are rarely cooked correctly. I had been to this place many times with more poor results than good. The last time I was there I ordered my burger medium rare and it came out well done and dry. I submitted feedback online and all the owner did was make excuses. The owner stated that they had many good comments during the same timeframe. I highly doubt it as I was there during prime dinner hours and the place as not busy. I will say that if you get lucky and they actually cook the product correctly it could be very good.

No issues by me - they even have "free beer". 3 of us had a quick dinner here - but only one person had a burger and it looks OK to me. I had Fish & Chips - sans chips - with a side salad instead. It was fine. Our 10 year old LOVED her chicken wrap. Inexpensive and a step above fast-food.

Fuddruckers used to be the go to place for fast casual burgers but now they have competition such as Five Guys and quite frankly, I think I prefer Five Guys but this review is not on Five Guys. . . Fuddruckers is a clean restaurant that is a bit on the pricey side and they do have decent food. The service is relatively quick as well. My son's high school just had a fundraiser there this past Tuesday which is the reason we had dinner there and I was a bit disappointed. My wife's burger was cooked perfectly however my son's and mine were not cooked as requested. We wanted medium but these were very well done. My wife got some nachos as an appetizer and they were delish however the chili cheese fries that my son and I split were a bit disappointing because they were very skimpy on the chili and cheese. I have been there other times in the past and they were very good. I am not sure if it was just an off night or what. I will probably give them another try because they are walking distance from my house and because they support the community. Community support goes a long way.

The salad was huge! They gave me an entire chicken breast! It was pretty good for what I was to be expected. The chocolate shake was pretty good as well. Everything was big enough for 2. Balls deep pulling out.

This location is nice! The fixings bar is full of actual ripe things, like fully red tomatoes instead of the ones you see many places, which still have green centers, and lush, crisp, green leaves of lettuce! The layout is different than most Fuddrucker's I've been to, but it's decent. They have free beer! Seriously, you don't even have to buy anything - just walk to the counter and show your ID and you get free beer. That's amazing, right?! It would be better if it was an actual quality beer, but hey, free is still cool. One of the employees had blue-green hair, just like I have right now. That was a small bonus. Also, it helped that she was our cashier and super friendly and professional. Good show. The restaurant was pretty clean, even the bathrooms! There was an outdoor seating area which had several tables, but only two of them had umbrellas, but whatever - not a major issue. Our food was prepared as ordered - a well done beef burger with crispy bacon and melted cheese, and a delicious strawberry milkshake. If you're in York and don't find one of the 500 Mexican or Chinese places interesting and you just want a simple old-fashioned American meal, come here and you will not be disappointed!

28 bucks for 2 chicken sandwiches, one with wedges and the other with onion rings (6 small rings)and drinks. Food was greasy and the stuff in the condiment bar looked old. Probably won't be back.

So, on the way back today from a junket in MD we stopped at this Fudd's again, we're suckers for punishment I know, to see if things would be a bit better than last time and to my surprise they actually were. Milk and/or juice for the kid's meals is still apparently about as obscure a concept as Israeli-Palestinian border peace but at least they now offer apple sauce cups as sides as opposed to the prior formaldehyde "fruit cup" slop. The food was surprisingly on par flavor wise even though they were "insert fake gasp here" actually quite busy and it only took around ten minutes which isn't bad for here when it's dead let alone busy. The only real downside was that when it came time for the "free" kids cookies at the end they were out of......well pretty much everything but that's a mouse-fart on the radar of chain restaurant quality and overall I can't really complain about this trip to Fudd's.

I am surprised the reviews are not better. I believe this place provides a good value and is a great place to take kids. The rolls are homemade, the burgers are cooked to order, and the fixings bar is always fresh. Especially with a coupon this place is a better value than Five guys and the ambiance is far better.

I was excited to stop at one of these. While traveling we saw many of them and I love a good burger! I am gluten free and saw they were piloting gf rolls. No such luck at this one. When I asked the woman at the counter said normally people just order without a bun. Okay. I am used to that. I asked about chips if they were corn or flour. After asking 3 other people, they agreed corn. I said forget it, I get very sick with "guessing" and one went to look and said for sure it was corn. Ok. Then I was asked what I wanted for a side. What are my choices? Look at the list. Fries-can't have because they are contaminated. I asked for a salad. She said that wasn't a choice (even though it was on the sides list). What are my choices. Baked beans. What are in them? She didn't know and started the chain over again. Nevermind. I just want a plain cheeseburger and chips and salsa. Our order comes up and wala- the burger is on a BUN! Didnt we talk about this? Wasn't she the one who said order without a bun as she took my order? I said. I can't eat this. Her reply? There is nothing I can do. I said yes there is, you choose not to! I left it there and walked away. Ate my chips and we left. Totally incompetent! Will NEVER go back!!!
