Get a large pie with banana peppers and you won't be let down. The rest of the Italian joint type fair is not great on my Opinion

Definitely had worse but have had a lot better. Crust is kind of like wonder bread. Tasteless.

I only been 18 years that I have been coming to this place , so I you can say I like it. It's a place where you feel at home and gives you plenty of food with lots of flavor. Casual dining , kid friendly , great service , and convenient parking. Vincent also offers a private room for small parties. I like the small town feel and always look forward to my Pescatore . Thank you Vincent's and wish you many more years even though it's on been 37 years that you are open.

Their eggplant parm is a little pricey, but it's worth every penny

Really great food overall. Just be careful if you're gluten free. Although they can do GF for customers, not all servers fully understand the concept. The last time we went, everything was fine. This time, my husband again asked for gluten free chicken parmesan over gluten-free pasta - and he even specified grilled chicken. Well, he got the GF pasta, but the chicken came breaded and fried. He had to send it back to be done over. The server said "Oh, I thought you meant you just wanted the GF pasta". Well, that's not how eating GF works. The error was quickly rectified, but lesson learned - be super specific, repeat things twice, and don't take anything for granted. To be clear, we'll definitely go back because the food is really quite good.

I've gotten pizza to go and eaten in the restaurant with my boyfriend. This is a pretty typical pizza shop, but the restaurant area is larger than most. The service is fine, as is the food. The plain pizza, vegetable lasagna, and bake ziti are good, but there's nothing outstanding about them. I'd go back, but it's not somewhere I'm itching to return to.

Vince's is a reliable family pizza place in Yardley. The service, atmosphere and food are always good. Whether it's a casual date, a quality sit down family dinner after work, or bringing your soccer team in after the win for pizza, Vince's is solid.

Staff was super helpful and sweet, our server Joe was amazing and super friendly to the kids. We had the veggie deep dish pie which was truly exceptional.

Simple, delicious food with quick, friendly service. A no-doubt five star joint that has me coming back again and again, usually with friends and family in tow. PROS Vince's fills a wonderful spot in our restaurant rotation: a place we can go with almost anyone and come away with the entire crew feeling satisfied. If everyone wants to do their own thing, then the awesome menu gives a ton of great choices. If the group want to go in on a huge pizza, no problem. Some of both? You got it. Vince's is nothing if not flexible. Let me start with the pasta. I have had quite a few of their pasta offerings, and have enjoyed each one. I will note, that if you are looking for high-end "foodie" worthy pasta sauces with dozens of "artisanal" ingredients, these dishes might not be for you. However, if you want a great marinara or cream sauce that tastes like it came from a well-loved family recipe book, then look no further! The flavors are rich and delightful, simple and honest. You don't need a dictionary to enjoy these dishes, just some silverware and napkin. If I'm honest, however, there is only one thing I ever want to order here, and that is the Stromboli. Take a pizza crust folded in half, fill it with ham, salami, and enough cheese to feed a medium sized army (along with whatever else you can dream up - they are happy to customize!), and you have a meal worth writing home (or a Yelp review) about. This thing is amazing. A perfect balance of crispy crust, melted cheese, and delicious meat filling. Not for the faint-of-heart, a medium will satisfy the hungriest of pizza lovers, and it is a great price on top of it all. Other great things in no particular order: Vince's has great mozzarella sticks, the bread they serve with dinner is wonderful, the staff are quick and attentive without being overbearing, and they do a fabulous private, catered party in their back room. CONS At peak times for lunch and dinner, Vince's can get crowded, although I have never had to wait for a table and at less crowded times there won't always be a server waiting at the door, and there is not "please seat yourself" sign - although that is the normal procedure. OVERALL This has quickly become a favorite of our family, and is now one of the first places we take family and friends when they visit the area. I am very thankful that I got introduced to Vince's, as it isn't on my regular route. Now, however, we make the trip to Yardley several times a month just to enjoy the delicious food. Hope to see you there!

I grew up in Yardley. We used to go to PizzaRama in Morrisville until that closed. Off and on we'd go to Vince's. I'd frequent Vince's a lot after gradeschool dances. I always thought it was pretty good pizza. Here it is years later and my wife and family live in Yardley. We'd been alternating between pizza places but had started going to Vince's more out of convenience. However, I've decided not to go there anymore. I never felt welcomed at the counter. It was always as if I was bothering them by coming to pick up my order. Then, their pizzas were becoming more and more doughy. We order a few pizzas on Halloween and they not only were doughy, but a few inches smaller than the usual "large". Being busy is no excuse. Its too bad but I've noticed a definite decline in the quality of the pizza. We've started going elsewhere.

I'm not one to say anything negative but I have to say I'm not a fan of the food at Vince's, which is ashame being I sometimes work next door and my options for lunch are limited. Today I thought ahead and stopped at the market so that I had food. I guess that pretty much says it all.

Best pizza in the area. Awesome waiters and service, especially George behind the counter and Joe at the tables. Great for a quick slice as well. My fav is black olives.

I've been coming to Vince's for close to 20 years. It's a staple of Yardley. Longevity speaks for itself some time. The pizza is great. I want to say it's a bit zestier than the other local joints.

My little brother claims that this is the best Buffalo Chicken Sand which in the area. Its a great little restaurant and is very good with service... The pizza is pretty good, only thing that is bad are the mozzarella sticks. Being my favorite food group they will be mentioned in every review...

Once upon a time, Vince's Pizza in Yardley was a regular stop on the underground pizza railway running from Bristol up to Riegelsville. It seems that somewhere along the way Vince's recipe or his touch for making good tomato pie got lost. Today, my slices were doughy rather than crisp, not well reheated in the oven, and had a slightly bitter taste. Too, it failed the most crucial pizza test - when lifted off the paper plate the point sagged like an old dog ear and immediately began to drip oil. This was not the experience I was anticipating when I stopped in to renew acquaintances with one of my old haunts. The price for the slices and small drink was just slightly above 5 bucks, which was great, but I would have gladly paid more for quality pizza. Oh, woe is me. How the mighty have fallen.

Just visited here twice in the last few days, first for pizza slices. I was not impressed. Lots of oil running off and floppy when picked up. Taste was so so. Few days later I had a cheese steak peppers and mushroom. The cheese steak was kind of mediocre. It was not a top 5 of philly cheese steak IMO. When I was a kid this was the hang out. Not sure if I would spend much time there now if I lived in town. It's not terrible but it's not great either, too bad because I was looking forward to eating there when I was in town.

Hard to write this a I grew up with Vince and the family. 39 years later and I am still on the wall in the yellow shirt as i played on Vinces baseball team. We used to frequent Vince's weekly. The pizza competition is tough these days and we enjoy crispy and cooked. The quality is really poor and the pizzy as many mentioned is doughy and not even completely cooked. Also it ain't cheap. Still have hope guys, but you're not the only game in town. Step it up. we want to come back.

Our family loves Vince's. We moved from Yardley to Pittsburgh about 2 years ago, but make it a point to eat at Vince's every time we're back in town. The food is fantastic, the service is great, and it's very family friendly.

My cycling group has an annual dinner in the back room of Vince's. I've been there twice. Most recently I shared a pasta dish and some wood fired pizza with my mom. The pasta was a special, blush sauce with bow-ties, chicken, mushrooms, and spinach. It was pretty tasty, not as good as the BYOs in Philly, but considering how many people love Olive Garden in the suburbs, it was good. The pizza was good too, lots of basil, and a good sauce. It could have been cooked another 3 minutes, but still tasted great. I'm forgetting her name, but there's a waitress that takes care of us every year, and she's great. We are a party of about 20, but we never wait too long for food or drinks. I don't know if it's because we are a big group, but the salads come with this huge container of dressing. I usually take the leftovers home, but other people don't do that so I think a lot of dressing gets wasted. The rolls that come with the salad are always piping hot, and perfectly cooked. They come with butter, but ask for the olive oil. It's nicely spiced.

The pizza is really good and so are the fries. The wings are average. Good enough if you are really craving wings. They put the cheese on the wrong part of the cheese steak so if you get it to go your cheese ends up stuck on the wrapper.

As a native of Yardley, PA, I have never gone home for the holidays or another short stay without a visit to Vince's. Vince's is a local favorite, an establishment where the families of LMT get together after youth league games, during Lent, right before a big cooking holiday (TG, Easter, Xmas)... so these are the nights it is the busiest. Grab a bottle of wine from Yardley Spirits right next door and bring it in for your family to enjoy. To be honest, there's something in my tastebuds which compares all pizza to Vince's. I don't know if it's because I probably ate it once every fortnight as a child, but whenever I travel, I compare my experience in a family run pizza shop to this one. Husband says it's "okay" pizza- and he's a pizza connoisseur- so I realize my bias. Vince's has been voted one of top 5 cheesesteak places in the Philly area, so their hoagies and steaks are great, too. If you ask for onions, they finely chop them and fry them up with the steaks, so if you want them raw and on the top, make sure you specify. They have expanded their menu significantly over the years and includes Brooklyn style and wood-fired pizzas. For the regular experience, try a good old regular cheese pizza. The pizza also changes a bit depending on which staff is running the place, so if you like your crust crispy, make sure you specify to the waitstaff.

We used to frequent Vince's weekly. Unfortunately, our Vince's days are over. The pizza--when it's cooked correctly--is delicious. We stopped going here because the quality was so inconsistent. If it's a busy Friday night, expect doughy, partially raw pizza. If it's not, cross your fingers for what Vince's is known for, good pizza. Vince's needs to work on consistency with food quality, no matter how busy or slow. We'll miss you!

I'm in the area and looking for something quick to nibble on and I find myself here. Ordered my pizza pineapple ham toppings and was happy! It took sometime maybe because they had a lot of orders ahead of me. I was hungry waiting so long tho!

I recently went in this past weekend with a group of about 20 parents and boyscouts after a bike riding trip. The leader arranged so we could be in the back room and have separate checks. Being it was 6 pm on Friday night I thought that this would be the longest dinner of my life, but i was pleasantly surprised at how smooth everything went. Our server was great and was so organized. I only had the pizza but I was very pleased with how it was. Mostly, I am here to comment on the service and being in the restaurant business, I applaud their flexibility with large groups in the community.

The pizza is good; very good. It is a little pricey for a single pie though

Good, no frills pizza at a reasonable cost. Quick and friendly service to boot. Not the best pizza in Yardley, but the best value.

Recently, had a disappointing experience. My pizza was burnt and they still sold it to me plus the counter service was quite unfriendly. One more try...and then I'll go somewhere else.

I ended up eating here completely by chance, as I was on a business trip and exploring the nearby area. Notwithstanding the suggestive name of the restaurant, I've decided to order a pasta dish -- the mussel linguine in garlic sauce, partly because I was craving for some seafood. I was very happy with this dish, linguine topped with mussels completely over the plate. Love New England's liberal way of serving seafood. In California, a similar dish of the same price ($11) will come with maybe 5 mussels, but here? too many to count. The linguine had just the right firmness and the sauce was simply savoring. Note: the address shown in this Yelp page is correct, but as of the time I typed this, the little map locator is incorrect. I suggest you search this address separately.

My faith has been restored. Pizza has been great, as have the calzones and hoagies. I recently tried the garlic buffalo wings and they were terrific. They have some good deals, but I wish they advertised them more so I knew about them before picking up my food.

Vince's is the best of the three pizza places in Yardley. Their sauce is what makes it one of my favorite pizzas. Whenever I go into Vince's (I'm a take-out person), it is packed, which can only mean the rest of Yardley agrees that this is the place to go for pizza. My favorite pie other than their standard red sauce, cheese, and occasional topping is their white pizza with garlic and broccoli.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
