Meatloaf and shepherds pie have been two great meals that we get catered at my work meetings... Solid menu

Nice atmosphere, but the food is lacking. I've never felt like I was getting shorted on eggs until I came here. They must use the smallest size available, because two eggs scrambled looked like half of what it is anywhere else. To make matters worse, they're adding a 50 cent surcharge to any order with eggs because of the Avian flu and resulting cost increase. The order taker added the $0.50 and wrote down $6.45, then the cashier did it again and rang up $6.95. Toast wasn't served with jelly and there was none sitting out anywhere. Chicken noodle soup was quite bland. The Snapple drinks are barely cold because they have them sitting in an open-front deli case. Might be back to try something else, but I'd recommend Issac's next door instead.

Cloud 9 Cafe is incredible!! They always have fresh coffee brewed. They offer a few different varieties, including flavored. I usually get a large coffee and molasses cookie when I come here. They usually are soft cookies but the last few times have been hard. I recommend asking for them to heat them up. It makes all the difference and on a cold day like today makes you feel warm inside. Great job!!

Went for lunch with a friend and had the roast beef sandwich with a side dish of broccoli. The sandwich was your standard deli meat & cheese on sliced bread, although I think you can choose between rolls as well. The broccoli was smothered in a type of dressing with bacon bits so it was great. They have such an array of awesome looking salads and side dishes that one visit didn't complete me. Definitely recommend for lunch, but don't overlook their breakfast menu.

Ordered oatmeal here once. They just dumped an instant oatmeal packet in a styrofoam bowl, added tap water and threw it in the microwave!

This is one of the few healthy eating choices in the Reading/Wyomissing/Berks County area. I love their salads and tea and coffee selections. I wish we had more establishments of this nature. They certainly get a great deal of lunch business from me.

Fresh bread for my sandwich, always slow service. I like supporting an independently-owned cafe but the sandwiches are pretty expensive. The servers aren't very polite - they assume you've memorized their whole menu and get impatient when you don't know what they offer!

Fantastic food, fantastic staff. We use their catering services at our office, and they are just the best. Would recommend to anyone, and have!!!!

Cloud Nine has a great atmosphere, the prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food and they even sell Boylans soda! Food was very fresh and the wait staff was very helpful. Plan on visiting again!

Delicious fresh salads, soups and sandwiches! My favorite is the California Pasta which has loads of garlic, spinach and sundried tomatoes. Cost a little more but food is first rate. They also make a different chili everyday and I love all of them.

I'm a local and this is my favorite place for breakfast and lunch. Fresh food and they know their customer's names. Reasonable prices--where most of Wyomissing pick up breakfast or lunch. You won't be disappointed!

Definitely deserves some credit here. My girl and I were just starving and decided to pull over to an Isaac's when we spotted this and decided to give it a shot. She had a really good chicken salad plate on a bed of fresh greens - and the greens were truly "green", something I always give extra points for. I had a sandwich that was pretty solid and healthy to boot. And they had soymilk for my coffee, which pretty much put them over the top in my book. I should point out that I'm grading on a curve here. If I found this place in a more metropolitan area I would have still considered it good, but not a "five-star". However, considering that I've been less than impressed with most of the food around the Reading area, I feel compelled to give them five stars. This place really does stand out in my opinion.
