We had breakfast there two days ago and really enjoyed it. The Hepburn is a large place and it has both table & booth seating. It's located in a strip mall and the interior is nothing special, but the service was very pleasant and the food was very good. All of the other customers were elderly men who were apparently "regulars" and most of them sat together at a large table. The two servers (young women) joked with the men and the atmosphere was very affable. We both chose the "mess" (similar to a frittata), which had a delicious combination of eggs, cheese, potatoes, green peppers and a few other options. We also ordered rye toast, which was toasted to perfection. The prices were reasonable (average). The diner's hours are 6:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. daily.

Wonderful diner!! Food is great, portions are huge, and service was fast and friendly! Was a little hesitant since it sits in a shopping plaza, but don't let the location fool you. If you're looking for great diner food, I definitely recommend stopping here. Homefries were my favorite!! Large chunks of potatoes, with just the right amount of crunch! Loved their hot sauce on the potatoes!!

The food was alright, but took an hour and a half to get it. We had a party of 8 and 6 out of the 8 people got their food after about 45 minutes while two of us got our food after and hour and a half. Do not go there if you have a big party! Need more staff on hand on the weekends!

Food was good, but multiple checks in our group were messed up, food took a long time to get, and two people in our group never got there food. Most of us were finished eating before they finally got it there food because they never put in the order. We spent more than 2 hours here just waiting and eating.

The food is better than average and the cost is o.k. I had the Hepburn Platter (2 eggs, wheat toast, potatoes) with Chipped Steak an extra side of Bacon with a coffee - total cost with tax $10.45. A little high as I spent under $10 for the same thing at Jack & Sarah's for less than $10 and instead of the "steakums" chipped steak I had a Rib Eye. It's the best "diner" in Williamsport but is in a poor location, looks run down, and just screams "we're only going to do just enough to get by." The server was very nice and checked in on my regularly. The coffee was pretty good and just strong enough. Overall I would say they get a 6 out of 10. Not the best, by far, but definitely not bad.
