Great pizza! Could've been a little crispier but since we ordered at like 1230, still awesome. Our delivery guy was super cool and nice. Older gentleman. I love the wraps at this place too. Gotta try them all!!

It's a shame that this place operates the way it does because the food is great. They NEVER seem to get my order right. Any time I ask for extra marinara and I never get it. They constantly mess up my sandwiches. Every time I open my food it is always something that is wrong. These people really need to work on order accuracy or they are going to continue to lose business.

Customer service is the worst and it took 1.5 hrs for delivery and when I called to talk to manager was told is get a free soda I didn't order soda cause I didn't want one why are you giving me one for free take 5 or 10 percent off my order something or hey how about at least making sure my food was even remotely warm to enjoy the salad being a cold item wasn't bad but try eating cold pizza the same time it was delivered and not the next morning waking up from a "LATE NIGHT" I've had this place before and never wrote a review and I'm not the long review type it's normally one or two sentences but I want to warn you guys about this place

We only go here when we are blasted drunk or too lazy to cook at 2am. Everything is relatively lousy. I like the owner so I apologize but only 2 stars from me.

An hour after placing an online order I called to check on the status. The phone rang for quite a while before it was answered by the most impolite and uncouth young man. "How can I help you?" he barked repeatedly, already annoyed before I'd even asked the question. He didn't say the name of the restaurant so at this point I wasn't even sure I'd called the correct phone number. I explained that I'd been waiting a while and expressed my concern that the order may not have been completed successfully. He explains as rudely as possible that the fact my order was placed online is what is the cause of the wait and that online orders take at least an hour minimum. I later found out that this was the owner. The food was decent at best, the delivery guy was courteous, but if you MUST order from this place do it online and sit tight.

Ordered a pizza through grubhub; bacon, spinach, half with pepperoni. Waited an hour and a half and called to ask when i could expect my pizza. Was promptly yelled at by an employee exclaiming "its our busiest time of the year, dont you know that?!", and then they hung up on me. Why no, mr.angry phone man, i didnt know, how would I? I'm a customer who just wants their pizza. Sorry i hadnt researched your establishment thoroughly enough before calling you. I waited another 30 minutes before calling again. This time they interrupted me in the middle of asking a question to ask me where i was and for my phone number and then, without answering my question, hung up on me, again. Then at 3:30, 2 hours after ordering my pizza, i finally receieve it. But wait, theres more. Not only was the pizza just a medium pizza inside a large box but was a pepperoni and onion pizza with spinach and bacon thrown on one half. They gave me someone elses unclaimed pizza with half my toppings tossed on one half. If you value your time and money do not ever order from this place. You have been warned.

Owner Ed is the man and has recommitted the business to focus on quality... He's now using Grande cheese (most expensive pizza cheese mozzarella) on all his pizzas and it's the shit, try it out

Don't order delivery through Yelp, call them. I spent $20 and waited one hour before getting a call from the third party that they weren't picking up. Apparently they were closed (Tuesday at 2 pm) so I have to wait up to 5 business days to get my money back.

We've ordered from this place twice so far. Twice in 2 weeks. The delivery is a little long but it's worth the wait. Their wraps are phenominal. Their nachos grande comes in a pizza box!!! Need I say more???

After 5 years, this food is still worthy of 5 stars! Whether you're strolling in for lunch or getting a 3AM delivery (as I used to), Ed adds amazement to your palette with his artistically created staples!

This place has terrible service. Took over an hour for us to get or order when he told us 30 minutes. We called to ask how long its be after 45 minutes and he guy had the nerve to say we just ordered 25 minutes ago! They forgot our soda, the bag was leaking with buffalo sauce all over it, and our boxes were crushed. Worst of all, our food was cold!!!!! Never going to order from this place again.

Like many, I'm all about a good pizza after a night of fun; however, make a note to yourself: Culinary Deliveries does NOT deliver on "good" or the "fun" when it comes to a great West Chester eatery! Let me preface this review by stating my interaction with Culinary was not influenced by alcohol (lack of sleep, yes) and I was nothing short of respectful. After ordering 5 meals, including a pizza and a wrap, at 2:15am, we were excited to enjoy a meal from Culinary. The girl who placed our order was pleasant and laughed at our jokes; we didn't expect our order to turn so negatively! We were told the order would arrive in 45 minutes. After waiting an hour, we called Culinary and were told the delivery would arrive in 10 minutes...it was 20 minutes later (not exaggerating, we checked the phone clock to be certain). All for nothing, it was past 3:30am and no one was hungry anymore It was soon after that we realized our wrap was missing. Though I did not place the order, I offered to call Culinary and request the wrap not be charged on the credit card since it was late and we were going to bed. The gentleman who answered the phone was beyond rude! After explaining that we didn't want the wrap or charge, he insisted the driver would be back [within seconds?] to give it to us and that he couldn't reverse the credit card (anyone who works with credit cards knows this is not true!). I politely asked to not charge us and let the driver return to Culinary and he said (and I quote), "in the amount of time you were yappin' at me, we could have had your order to you!" and then he hung up!! How would the Driver had known to come back within that "amount of time" and did the guy on the phone not compute? We didn't want the wrap! Moments later, Culinary called to state there was no order of a wrap and we weren't charged for it (which leads me to wonder why he was so adamant about not reversing a charge he didn't even research first?) and then the gentleman said (again, word for word), "if you just checked the receipt, you'd know that!" I politely (it wasn't easy at that point) reminded him that we were not given an itemized receipt. We laughed at how rude the representative from Culinary was on the phone - but it became even funnier when the pizza box was opened and the pizza was completely black on the bottom! I guess that makes sense, considering it took 80 minutes to cook? Needless to say, the experience with this ignorant and derisive gentleman completely left a sour taste in our mouths (I guess the horrible food did that too)!

Can I give it zero stars? We ordered from them one night around 11 on the online website. We ordered two chocolate milkshakes and pizza fries. We called after to make sure our order went through and when we asked the man on the phone says "oh that was you? That was awful. Hold on" and we waited on the phone for about five minutes when they answered they were like "you are insane for getting milkshakes its too cold, but I guess we will make them for you." Making us feel guilty for even bothering them. When they finally delivered we were getting the tip out when the man rudely asked if we were even going to tip him. Even though we over charged us by two dollars (and no this wasn't the delivery fee) we still tipped him. We both took one sip of our milkshakes and spit it out immediately. It tasted like fish (as weird as that sounds) and had random black chunks in it. I am guessing the milk was expired? Not quite sure how they could mess up a milkshake? We threw them out right away, they were so bad. The pizza fries were okay though some fries were black? We stopped eating them as soon as we came across the black fries. Overall horrible experience, don't waste your time or your money.

I called in an order and i was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Despite the fact that I arrived 5 minutes after I was told it would be ready, they still hadn't even put my pizza into the oven. Absolutely no other customers were there and only one other order was boxed in the additional 20 minutes i spent waiting in the restaurant. the restaurant itself was cold, dirty, and the owner wasn't very hospitable. The real reason i decided to write this is because they gave me the worst buffalo chicken pizza I've ever had. There was absolutely no mention on the menu or over the phone that this was going to be a white pizza. The bottom of the crust was burnt, it had almost no chicken on it, and their was hardly any buffalo sauce to be found. Absolutely never going back there again.

Had pizza delivered uncooked not once but TWICE! Staff is absolutely rude and tried to make it my fault for the food being uncooked since I called after 1 hr to find out where my food was. I guess the first hour wasn't long enough to cook a pizza! They reluctantly sent another pizza to my house (which I of course had to tip the driver for - it's not his fault!) and which took another 45 minutes to bring to me - I open the box, go to pull a slice out and it falls apart. The whole center of the pie was RAW. I called a second time to tell them and they blamed it on how busy they were. 1 hour and 45 minutes, 2 delivery trips later, and another 15 minutes in my over...and the pizza just wasnt worth the effort.

So gross... they must keep the same slices out until they're sold, because I've never gotten even decent pizza from here. Too terrible, even for drunk food. Not going back...

I'm 32 and have worked in the restaurant business since I was 16. Upon ordering a pizza late one evening from culinary deliveries that cost about $16 not including tip, we were delivered the wrong pizza. We ordered a white pizza with tomato, ricotta and spinach. The pizza had neither ricotta or spinach on it but rather pizza dough, cheese and tomato and crust that was 4 inches. After calling the delivery driver, he told us to call Culinary. Culinary informed us that they "ran out" of ricotta but were not informed when we place the order. The "gentleman" then informed us that if we wanted our money back, we would have to drop off the pizza ourselves in the morning. An usable, incorrect pizza would we be given back our money only if we made the effort to RETURN A PIZZA. Not apologetic, not accommodating, did not care. We kept the pizza because we were hungry pouring ranch, Worcestershire and salt all over it because it was that of a cardboard box. Terrible customer service and terrible pizza. Will never be back-DO NOT EAT HERE.

This is NOT the place you want to support. We ordered a sandwich, fries and a pizza. Pizza was so under cooked the sauce was cold and the cheese was not melted. Then the fries that came with the sandwich were right out of the freezer. You would think that they had plenty of time to cook it since it took an hour and half to deliver it. This was on a wed too. Also they forgot the 2 litter of sprite but sure did charge for it. So we gave them another shot to have the idiot that takes the order on sat hang up on us and tell us to order somewhere else.. Save the time and hassle, Go Somewhere Else!!! There are Plenty of Great pizza places in town, let this one go away...

I recently left a good review for this place and i take it all back!! Despite the bad reviews, I gave this place a shot. I actually liked it so I ordered again and even went out of my way to leave a good review. So on about the 6th order I walked to Culinary to pick up my food and was greeted by the owner who was at the counter with "Are you the girl that orders online all the time?" I use orderup.com often so I responded with yes and he went on to lecture me for ten minutes about how I am taking money out of his pocket. His first response was " I just want you to know that we HATE you for that. We HATE you. Why do you order online?" I said " because they have coupons on there" and he responds " I give you a menu everytime you order from me and the same coupons are on there, I just don't understand you people, why do you do this?" I kept saying okay i get it, Okay sorry i get itt. OK I GET IT! He still wouldnt let up. I literally started crying and went out to get my boyfriend to tell him to go in and get the food. If I hadnt already paid for it i would have thrown it in his face he was so mean. Atleast the kid working there apologized for him.... NEVER AGAIN

I have never been a person to order chicken strips. Always considered them kiddie food. However, Culinary elevates them to serious adult status. They look like pieces of breast pounded down to maybe 1/2 inch thick. Not heavily breaded, so all the flavorful breading is actually crispy golden. The meat springs with flavor and is moist/tender. Their honey-mustard sauce is beyond belief. Tastes homemade, and there has to be something in there besides honey and mustard, because I end up licking out the last smears of it from the cup/container. (Again, I'm not usually even a honey mustard fan.) The fries are steak fries, but prepared just right. Cooked long enough to be golden with a slightly crunchy skin, but ever so creamy inside. These are steak fries done right -- simple & perfect. This is mostly a carry-out college place, so I take my food out in those styrofoam containers and eat it in the car. If I drive it home, it's still great, but the food steams itself a little during the ride... And I want to get all that crispy golden yumminess at it's peak. I can't say a whole lot about the pizza, and don't expect ambience or culinary professionals working the counter. But, hands down, this is my chicken strip and fries Mecca. Bravo!

Their Honey Mustard Chicken pizza is actually to die for. Everyone talks up Riggtowns, but Culinary's HMC pizza blows Riggtown's away, no question. I realize Honey Mustard Chicken pizza sounds kind of weird...but it's absolutely amazing- TRUST me. Instead of pizza sauce, it's delectable honey mustard sauce, with bite-size pieces of chicken and the most delicious cheese. I was introduced to this pizza years ago when I lived in WCU - and I wish I remembered who introduced me to it because I would like to thank them, again. I've never been able to try any other pizza other than the HMC because it's so fantasically delicious I have to order it if we are ordering from there. They also have some interesting sandwiches with mozz sticks and other things on top, but I've never had them. I've introduced this pizza to many people - and each person has had the same reaction as me. It is a little pricey - 18 bucks for a large I think - but it's SO worth it. A large could feed four people - but I'm pretty greedy when it comes to my HMC pizza so I usually split it with one person and save it for another meal :) Sooo good. I may have to get some next week. If you're in West Chester - definitely try some take-out from there. I've never eaten in - but the workers all seem very laid back and would be cool to hang with and eat inside at one of the few tables. It's mostly a take-out place - and you should try it. Right now. Go, really! Update - anytime I come to west Chester I order from culinary. It's delicious. However it's not a 2 hour wait delicious. I called at 7:51 and was told my order would take 45 mins to an hour due to it being first Friday. Sure, that's fine. However at 9:10 and still no pizza I call back. "He's on his way" ok sounds good - we have a cab coming at 10. Still no pizza at 9:35 I call again. "The driver didn't call you?" No he did not and I've almost been waiting for 2 hours. 9:40 the pizza comes. Definitely down a few notches culinary. Two hour wait and no call.

Culinary Deliveries, located next to Rex's (link below), is a favorite spot for late-nite post-bar pizza nosh. The guys that run it are very cool and the pizza variety will amaze you, even at 2:05AM when you're drunk, reeking of cigarette smoke, and groping whoever you're with. It's an education on the West Chester nightlife to sit at the tiny table and eat a few slices just after the bars let out. Or, do what everyone else does and eat your slices out on the front sidewalk and chat with the other patrons... I don't know that the pizza is what I might describe as amazing or "awesome" but it's certainly good. Rex's: yelp.com/biz/rexs-restau…

Those of us who have lived in West Chester know the awesomeness of Culinary. I can honestly say I was disgusted by Pizza Hut when they unvieled their buffalo chicken pizza. Culinary has been making the BEST buffalo chicken pizza for years and a just thinking about it makes my mouth water. I know a lot of people who think that it sounds terrible, but this pizza should be known world wide. I think if I were forced to choose my last slice of pizza, I would take a piece of Culinary's BCP. Just now I have made a mental note to take a trip in the near future.
