Good place, but it could easily be improved upon. This review doesn't reflect upon all Eat n' Parks, just the Uniontown location. Some of the staff here needs retrained or replaced due to lack of ability or bad attitude; how the management doesn't see this is beyond me. Most of the food is good, but not great. Several other Eat n' Parks can easily outclass this location on food taste and service. The Chicken Parm is a good indicator of a classic meal done poorly here. Not recommended, but if you're limited on options, you may still end up here. I know this place can be better. It used to be a 4+ star, but something has been lost in the course of the past few years.

Good PA place. Anytime I travel to PA , I stop . Pies are great for take-out . Always a PA treat. Nice variety of foods. Great pies.

Stay Classy Eat'n Park! Back again for another T-day in U-town. The staff never seems to change but the ladies are always smiley ( like the cookies!) and fast to refresh coffee or pick up straying crayons. They even gave Mr Bethany a smiley face cookie when he joked about being a "big kid". Love this place:) PS Be prepared to WAIT the day after Thanksgiving with an eclectic mix of weary shoppers & gung ho hunters...and those in between.

This is a good go to/standard restaurant - especially the Uniontown location. It's always busy, which tells me it appears to be a local favorite. The prices are very reasonable, and the food is above board. I always enjoy the vast, nicely kept and very fresh salad bar. They have lots of different lettuce choices, a wide array of various side salads, as well as extra toppings. They offer practically everything one could think of to load on top of a salad. And,... because I am not a picky eater, my plate becomes quickly over loaded. The hot soups are always decent, and there are always three to choose from. The pies are what Eat and Park pride themselves on. They are pricey, but every type I have tried have been proven to be very tasty. I would go to an Eat and Patk any day over a comparable restaurant like Bob Evans or Denny's.

Went to eat here on a late Sunday evening when other restaurants were closed and was happily surprised with the excellent service and the delicious potato soup and brown bread. Our waitress was a young brunette with a short pixie hair cut and went out of her way to make a pleasant dining experience for us. And on the way out the cashier asked if we were traveling and if we showed her our room key she would take 10% off our bill. The whole experience left us with a good memory of wonderful Midwest courtesy.

This place is always busy. I have only been to the breakfast buffet. They have the standard fair. 2 items to note the sausage patty's were the sausage and some filler that they add? Not at all tasty. What is up with places that serve sausage like this? And the grits no southern style. Plan as can be I would pass on them. The rest was good. 8.50 weekends, buck less weekdays. It is a Pittsburgh tradition so I have to be honest being from Cincinnati I took a star off ha ha. Go try it. Go WHO DEY.

Went for the first time tonight. Ordered a BBQ Bacon cheeseburger and fried cheese. Everything was good. There wasn't anything particularly special about it, but there were no complaints. Worth checking out if you happen to see one in your travels.

I've eaten here 3 times so far. Every time we visit. I wish we had one in Seattle. The food is unfussy, but priced accordingly. The salad bar with soup and breads is fantastically fresh, but the entrees are hit and miss. I could have had just salad bar, and dessert, and skipped the fresh grilled salmon. It was overcooked. The chili was overly salty and tasted like curry. My husband loved the chicken parmigiana. 3 stars for food, but add a star for excellent service and low prices. Great place for kids, with a big menu and those cute cookies you get at the end!
