Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Very good Italian food. It was a pleasure to find a good Italian restaurant in small town.

I've always liked this Resturant because the menu has a variety of meals which is rare in a small town and the food is cooked by real Sicilians which is a bonus! I've tried many things on this menu and have nothing to really complain about. But one particular time I ordered the Shrimp Scampi and wasn't too impressed with it, mainly because it had absolutely no flavor to it. But the owner added some red pepper flakes and hot sauce to it and it has since became my favorite dish to get from there! I would definitely recommend this place!

Should an entire restaurant be judged by the quality of its meatball subs alone? I, for one, say "Hell yes." After years of depression brought on by a lack of quality meatball subs in my life, my mother introduced me to Maria's. With the very first bite of their meatball sub, my melancholic existence was transformed into a life filled with optimism, new-found hope, and the tastiest homemade meatballs I have ever had the pleasure to eat. If you think this hyperbolic review smacks of satire, you are dead wrong. They have the most glorious meatball sub ever created. On a more serious note, my experience with the menu is somewhat limited because of my preference for these glorious, spherical treats made of meat. My wife likes their stromboli the most. It is gigantic and absolutely packed with your choice of toppings. Also, the price is so reasonable that I almost feel like I am taking advantage of the owner, which brings me to the only aspect of Maria's that could improve: the employees The owner and his sons have a thick accent and come off as rather surly on occasion. Personally, I could care less. They remind me of the soup Nazi from the classic Seinfeld episode. The food speaks for itself. Their freshly baked bread makes up for whatever the owner and his two sons lack in charisma and customer service. Titusville is lucky to have this place. In fact, I am jealous because I no longer live there. If you are looking for great food, go to Maria's. If you are looking to have your high social status validated and your ego stroked by butt-kissing employees, you should just go to Burger King, where you can "Have it your way."

I ordered lasagna and when it arrived it was orange. Not red, orange. I was very hungry and I'm in Titusville. Yelp lists 20 restaurants in town and once you sort out the fast food and the pizza joints there isn't much left so i gave them a try. I should have gone to Sheetz and got some MTO. The food was bad and made me sick. When served, the lasagna was so hot you couldn't touch it for 5 minutes. Were they trying to kill something inside??? It didn't work. I got sick and that's pretty hard to do. If you like Italian food, steer clear of this place.

They make a great Italian Wedding Soup, and their sandwiches are delicious. Their calzone was the size of my head, and I have a pretty big head. But they really kinda need to work on their service.

Great Italian menu. Great owner. This has moved to the family video plaza in the middle of Titusville.
