I had never been to a 5 guys before, The friendly customer service oriented cashier explained how the menu works for me. So I ordered a meal. I must say the burger was simply outstanding, this burger was so good that I will most likely not eat there again as I will be addicted if I have another one. The fries were average. I love a nice crispy crunchy frie. The flavor and look of the fries was perfect as was the burger but they were soggy and limp. I would sugest if you can to order the fries extra crispy. I was there 2 weeks ago and I have not stopped dreaming about that Hamburger YUM..... I would also like to add that I was very very impressed with the staff the night I was there. for such young people they were very polite and curtious. They actually were glad you were a customer and that you chose them to spend your money and time with them.

The burgers are top-notch, I just wish they used a roll with more "body" because the rolls tend to fall apart from the grease on the burgers. I like how they allow you to choose from a whole host of toppings. So, I guess since I'm only reviewing this particular location, I'll start by saying that it is very mediocre in comparison to other Five Guys establishments that I've eaten at in the past (King of Prussia, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Moorestown, NJ). The service is usually pretty snappy and I haven't ever had issues with wrong orders. The burgers at this location just don't seem as juicy as the burgers that other establishments are putting out to their customers, however, the fries at this particular restaurant happen to blow every other Five Guys fries in the surrounding area out of the water. Five Guys gets the potatoes for their fries delivered every day from a different part of the country. Apparently, all the good potatoes are delivered to Reading. If you've never been to a Five Guys restaurant before, there is something wrong with you upstairs, I think. Definitely one of the best fast food establishments I've ever eaten at. So much that I hardly consider it fast food anymore, even though we all know it is. But, whenever I'm in the mood for a burger or something greasy and unhealthy, it's usually a given that I end up at FG. Five Guys doesn't have a very diverse menu. They have your typical burgers, cheese burgers, bacon burgers, bacon cheese burgers, french fries, and drinks. Some FGs locations even have hot dogs, which aren't the best, but they don't suck. When you order your burger, you're given a TON of customization options. I almost never pass on the BBQ Sauce that FG has, because it's amazing. Put that on a bacon burger, and you're all good to go. It really comes down to your taste and what you prefer on your burger, to be honest. The fries are out of this word, especially when you soak them in vinegar.

This place is amazing!! All you can eat peanuts while you wait. Wait time is not long. The Reg. burger is a dbl burger patty. So if your not that hungry order a little burger. A small fry is good for 2 ppl.
