We stopped here fairly late one night while in the area visiting family--it was a hangout when DBF was in high school. They still had a pretty good crowd going despite the late hour, and unfortunately their cherry ice cream machine wasn't working (the advertised special for the day had been the cherry ice cream sundae). I got a turtle sundae instead, rich with pecans, hot fudge, and caramel, and it was wonderful. The person taking our order was friendly, apologetic about the lack of cherry ice cream, and able to offer suggestions.
