Not sure if this is the right RT, but if it's the one Nicole manages then it's the BEST ONE in PA:) I had a party of 15 to feed twice a day for an entire week and we needed the food delivered to our location each time... It was on-time and HOT every delivery... Even the fresh baked cookies were still warm and gooey when they arrived... Any issue we had was corrected the next delivery. One time the Sweet Tea was not sweet so Nicole brought a sweet tea to our party almost EVERYTIME afterwards ;) really made us happy since the first bottle had to be tossed.... The food was delicious ...especially the beef sirloin and tilapia w/ shrimp ...the biscuits were perfect... The salad for our diners was mixed perfectly as well... And I'm not exaggerating when I say the wraps were some of the BEST WRAPS I've ever had... I usually pass on them because they are always soggy and over packed with fillers I don't normally eat... The RT wraps were fresh and the ingredients were delicious -even the cheese was good... I would suggest they serve the wraps with Chips instead of tortillas only because the tortillas don't stay fresh for too long... Overall we had a wonderful experience getting RT to cater our family vacation and will most definitely use them for our next trip to the Poconos ...and thanks again Nicole for going above and beyond to make our experience with RT as memorable as the trip itself... All of my guest were talking about how good the food was & that made me very happy.

We don't go often (maybe 2x a year) but when we do it's always been a really dependable meal. Today's lunch service was impeccable and place was clean. Had the salad bar and Buffalo Mini's. Really good. Fresh fruit raspberry tea was so refreshing! My only complaint would be a few month back they changed the menu and got rid of a few of our favorites. The oriental potstickers are gone, as well as the fish tacos:( But we'll return again - great meal.

Place is just awful, you would think they care about what people think but they don't !! Servers are lowsy and or rude . Food is yuck ! I see many complaints on here yet see no changes yet . Ban this joint and open an ihop or Applebee's . Here's to hoping people check out Yelp more often !

Since I'm a member of the So Connected Club I had a coupon for the free cheeseburger for National Cheeseburger Day, we decided to go. It was not busy at all. The hostess and waitress was very nice. We ordered. It took forever to get our food. The waitress came to tell us the food would be out soon. The table next to us went looking for someone to give their payment to their service was so slow. The food came. I've never had such a bland burger in my life. I added salt but it still had no flavor. They must have cooked it without salt. They served the burger without ketchup. I had ordered a baked potato instead of fries. They served that without butter. What kind of restaurant serves a baked potato without butter or asking if you want butter? I also ordered a raspberry iced tea. Tasteless. This is one of my favorites. Awful! The worst Ruby Tuesday I've ever been to.

Bad service. Stay far, faaaarrrrr away. I should have read the Yelp/Foursquare Tips on this restaurant before walking in or choosing this as our stopping place for eats. First walking in, it took five minutes before a hostess even bothered to walk up to seat us. A major no no. The waitress was so full of energy when she first greeted us at our table, even though it took a few minutes longer than most to walk up to us. She took our orders, brought us our drink and then the good service disappeared out the door. The bus boy brought us our food. It took her 15 minutes after our food arriving to even fly by, asking if the food was okay without really seeming like she cared. The food was okay, for a chain restaurant. I got the Hickory Bourbon Chicken with as side dishes Spaghetti Squash Marinara (which was surprisingly tasty) & fresh grilled zucchini. The hubby got Parmesan Chicken Pasta, which was good but so heavy. Definitely nap time after eating that dish. The food was okay, but its the service that brings this review way down in stars. Definitely take all the tips/reviews you read about the service here in to consideration before walking in.

This is my fave Ruby Tuesday! The food and drinks are always great ... the service is always friendly! I have been to many Ruby Tuesday's and this one is the best. Me and my husband usually stop in for a quick lunch and sit at the bar .... we always enjoy our time there!

Needs improvement. the worse ruby tuesdays ive been to. food quality is poor and food is never hot. the salad bar sucks. There is some spam like mystery ham and NO BACON!!! wtf? youre better off finding a golden corral for a decent salad bar. Ive given up on this pace.

As the others said very slow service, even when the place is empty. When I first arrived I waited to be seated for ten minutes before deciding to go to the bar. Once I seated myself the bartender was accommodating and my food came out rather quickly. Other than the initial wait in the beginning, it wasn't all that bad. My food came out hot and fresh, and the bartender kept the drinks coming.

Ruby Tuesdays is a solid place to stop in and grab a bite to eat. I've tried a few things from their menu, including a burger and parmesan-crusted steak, and they've all been pretty tasty, though a tad salty for my taste. The service is about average, but the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and a nice, casual spot to eat!

Went on a Saturday afternoon for Lunch. There as no hostess at the front so we waited, and waited and waited, Ahhhh finally somebody pops up and with an additude. Sits us down at a table which is dirty, went to sit , chair is broken, went to swap chair and the other was broken too, Waited for Server, waited , looked arounfdonly about 6 other ppl there place was empty. Continue to wait for Server, tick tock........finally he comes out and says ill be right with you and goes to another table so we wait again........and he arrives, we ask him to have out table cleaned he says no than ill just move you its easier, We just said Thanks we are leaving. Like really dude ! A few years ago when they first opened they were on snap and really good, but their service staff is not the best.....The wait time to be acknowledged is pretty bad and they were not very friendly from the first impression at the door. Hopefully this was an off day for them

Was expecting Ruby Tuesdays to be a lot better, especially seeing all these commercials back home about how they're so great. Because there's not too many around where I live, I came across this and decided it'd be where we would eat for lunch. As the last two reviews mentioned, there wasn't anyone at the front upon walking in and took awhile for someone to come by to greet and seat us. The booth that we got seated in was still wet and noticing our reaction, the man who seated us quickly said, "Oh, sorry about that, we just wiped these booths now"... then why did you seat us here, instead of a booth where it was dry AND clean? Le sigh. We let it go though and looked through the menu to see what to eat. Food was a-ok and so was service.

I've been to a few Ruby Tuesday's in various locations in the past, but the two visits I made to our local one in Stroudsburg has been met with nothing, but disappointment. Our first visit wasn't terrible (they were just out a couple items we initially went there for), so we decided to give it another shot. We went early Thursday evening before the dinner crowd, so there wasn't many people there. We were seated right away and the waitress arrived quickly to take our drink and appetizer order. One of the main reasons we went was because my wife really wanted the queso dip with chips, which was the unfulfilled purpose of our last visit. So, the waitress returned with our drinks and took our meal order, which was two variations of their pretzel burger. While we waited for our appetizer, the waitress returned with my refill, but then didn't see her again until she returned with our meal. Confused, we asked about our appetizer, which she then said she would check on. The manager brought the appetizer to us and asked if we wanted it now, or boxed to bring home. We were a little irked that the option of us not wanting it at all didn't seem to cross her mind, and offered a brief half assed apology for our inconvenience, and explained that they had to fry the chips, because they weren't cooked by the time our meal was ready. What? Since the queso & chips were part of the main reason of our trip, we decided to dig right in along with our meal. Right away we realized the chips were stale and cold, which is kind of weird, since they were just cooked right? Meanwhile, our burgers were fine, but our fries were quite cold as well. Not a dealbreaker, but combined with the dismal appetizer turn-out, we decided we we had enough and it was time for the check. The waitress returned to check on us, and we politely informed her that the chips were stale. She apologized offered to box them up and give us some fresh chips to bring home. She returned with the check and the appetizer, we paid, and we were on our way. That pretty much ends our dining at Ruby Tuesday in the future. Plenty of other choices in the area that offer more enjoyable dining experiences. Just don't waste your time.

Unfortunately you can tell the veggies come in a bag, pre-sliced. I wish the plate was bigger and there were more protein choices, but other than that, I made a bangin' salad and it was delish!

Guac dip was bland and no flavor. Slow service and we are disappointed. Great looking menu if they can find a cook to make it as planned. The lunch staff is weak and very slow. If you are looking for sub par with decent prices and have time for lunch, eat here.

One of the better RT's I've been too. Nice stop off after a day of Pocono fun. Food was flavorful and fresh and the drinks were cold and wet. (They woulda got a full 5 if we didn't have to wait several minutes for someone to show up and seat us though)

It's sad to say but I love this chain place. I always get the spinach and artichoke dip which is traditionally awesome. Momma talked me into southwest spring rolls which were really tasty. So for my entree I love the tilapia with shrimp its like New Orleans seafood I think. Idk but its good! Momma gets the salmon with asparagus which I also like. I mean for chain stuff I love this place.

My best tip for this place is DON'T BOTHER STOPPING HERE!!!! Decided to sit at the bar and had the worst bartender EVER. She looked right at my Empty glass and didn't offer me another drink. Then she just asked if I wanted something else finally but I was still eating my meal. By far worst service I have ever seen from a person that works for tips. Don't get me started on how long it took for her to even take my order. To make matters worse there was only 2 other people at the bar. Between the 3 of us we should have had her undivided attention but instead she was more worried about counting her earlier tips. Well I hope she enjoyed her 47 cent tip that she can count all the way to the bank.
