Panera is a great place to go eat... Their food is always fresh. I always get chicken Tortellini with Alfredo sauce. I love it. The sauce is very creamy and tasty. I have also tried the big kid bacon grilled cheese sandwich. The bread is the best. And they give you options, whether you want a whole sandwich or half of one with a side of soup. Highly recommend this place. The decor is modern so it's a nice comfy spot to come and hang out for a few.

Was passing through the area and stopped at this location. Food was typical Panera quality. The space is small though and on a cold day you are blasted with frigid air no matter where you sit. The staff here were pretty unfriendly, did not have knowledge aboutthe menu and were pretty rude.

Worst food place I have ever went. The sandwiches sucked along with the fruit cups. Don't go here!

It feels odd to rate a Panera since I visit them quite frequently , but the manager was quite rude at this one . We were the only ones in line , and while ordering , he not only cut us off several times but also overcharged us for a drink . It was very unprofessional , and he made it seem as though we were troubling him by ordering . In any case, the food was delicious as most Panera food is , although the portions seemed smaller than normal. Luckily, we were just passing through on our way back to Jersey since I would never go back to that one.

This is one of my favorite places to get lunch from! Pick two rocks! All the breads and baked goods are delicious ... I love the peanut butter cookie! French onion soup in a bread bowl is my favorite ... and the turkey bravo sandwich is pure yumminess! Green tea and lemonade = so good! Frozen caramel is nice choice of coffee during the summer months ... during winter their hot lattes are really delicious! Employees are always friendly at this location!

For a chain eatery, the food here is better than expected, and they are consistent. BUT, they lose a star because every time I went there, I ordered a tea, and they would assume that I wanted an iced tea. I do not drink iced tea, so then I would have to wait for them to take the iced once back and give me a mug for hot tea. After about ten times of going there, I realized that I had been getting ripped off, as they always charged me for an ICED tea, when they should have been charging me for a HOT tea. I had not previously realized that there is a price difference, and they did not apologize or offer a refund. I have not been back since I realized this. :(

Their new premium pastas are great and I always love their hot chocolate. HOWEVER-once it's April they start blasting the AC whether it's actually hot outside or not. Wifi on phones/tablets is annoying as you have to re-log in after every time your phone turns off from inactivity.

If there is one thing you can count on it is the fact that Panera has been going swiftly down hill in food quality for several years while their prices go up and this location is no exception. We Ate breakfast here for lack of other options. My sandwich was pathetic the coffee urns were all empty and as always the employees even here in backwoods Pennsyltucky all act as if they are far to good to be working here and are clearly annoyed that us patrons are selfishly keeping them all from being able to go on Facebook.

We've eaten at this panera many times and have never had a problem with the food or the service. It's clean and great for groups of people.

Panera in the Poconos has a very friendly staff and is very clean. The food is always delicious and fresh. It is a little pricey but I feel it's a better bet than any other fast food chain.

I totally love Panera, althought it is pricy, it's a WAY better choice than subway!! Try the iced green tea!

There food is usually ok but over and over again my order is always wrong at this location. I've ordered the tomato soup a bunch of times and have yet to have been given the asiago croutons that are suppose to come with it. I'm a vegetarian and usually order an animal friendly panini and FOUR times there was a large chunk of chicken in it. I work long hours and usually get it to go so unfortunately I don't find these things until I'm already back at work. I called about the chicken pieces showing up in things and they just told me its because they use the same knife with no offer of an apology. I like panera but I will never go back.

Although I know it's not healthier than eating at any other fast food establishment it dosen't play hell on my stomach as much as a McDonalds or Burger King, but will play hell on your wallet a lot quicker than those places. Best thing to do is go for the half soup/half sandwich/half salad deal (pick 2). Don't feel nearly as crappy after lunch when I eat there. Onion soup is really good.

The sandwiches are made fresh to order and the salads are great. Its gourmet sandwiches, soup and salads are better than the simple sandwiches from Subway.
