This was my favorite bar in college and always a stop whenever I'm in town. I'm always glad to see many of the same bartenders and waitresses, a decade later. Ok so the breakdown: Cheap drinks. Maybe because I drink in Philly now. Even if you are not there to partake of the absurdly massive beer list, everyone here can mix a damned good drink. In college when I wasn't drinking beer I drank white Russians and whisky sours here. Speaking of beer you can close your eyes and point to your placemat and drink whatever your finger lands on. Fun times! I hear they've retired the wall of foam where you drink all 26 beers on tap in order in one day to get your name on a plaque. Boo responsible choices! Nice ambiance. Not a club, not a dive, not upscale, not a sports bar, no pool table/darts. Yet everything this bar lacks somehow makes it perfect. Thursday nights, pocono duo. I was so glad to hear they still play every Thursday here. Best bar band ever. Tuesday night, wing night. Floods wings...there are no words. If you wanna partake in wing nite show up early or stand around in the bar giving the stink eye to anyone with a table while waiting your chance to swoop in. However wings aren't the only thing that's good to eat here. I dream of their fries. Nothing complements floods wings like thick cut steak fries covered in marinara sauce and melted mozzarella! Kelly fries with cheese and gravy are a close second though. For lunch or dinner their sandwiches are amazing but you especially can't beat their Monte cristo! If you are in Stroudsburg do yourself a favor and stop by for lunch dinner or a drink! If you go to college at ESU or you're a townie I'm going to assume you already do!

Great food for a great price! French Dip and Chicken Cheesesteak are my favorites. The service is good - tend to wait a little longer when the place fills up. Recommend topping the meal off with a "Swift Kick" - best shot/drink.

25 beers on tap. Plus a ton more bottles and a checklist place mat so you can make sure you try one of everything :) The food is decent-- very good fries, OK pierogi's, mediocre spinach and artichoke dip. Basically, a neighborhoody Irish pub with cheery waitstaff, lots of loud locals, and a ton of beer. Exactly what it tries to be. I would be here a lot more often if the commute from NYC wasn't so long... The meters right outside are only $.25 for an hour... so get change for a dollar and stay for awhile.

I've only been here for lunch a few times when I came to PA to visit my mom (the last was for her funeral, so I stopped in for her, as she and my dad used to come). The food is decent, and the beer is cold. They have a sweet selection of bottles and draught. The wait staff and bartender's are very cool. Maybe next time in town, I'll come after dark for a drink or two.

Best bar food in town. Huge burgers, great sandwiches, onion rings to die for. Beers from around the world listed on the placemat. Bartenders are spot-on, if a beer hasn't been poured in a while they'll happily re-pour it for you if you ask. And when you have that many beers on tap, some of the less popular ones can sit for a day. Waitresses can be great or just ok. The gals that have been there forever are the best around. A little training for the newbies wouldn't hurt but they do learn fast or they don't survive. The ones with great attitudes make it. Can get crowded at happy hour with the locals and that's a good thing. Most of the late night crowds are folks having a good time. They drink, get happy, and have a good time.

Awesome bar, terrible menu choices. Who would think... An Irish pub that doesn't serve Irish food!

  • N M.

Way too narrow and over crowded on a Thursday night. Also I just can't get into that weirdo who plays guitar but people love this guy! Cannot figure it out! Def a local college spot.

  • Ashley S.

Love the food, very reasonable. Just be prepared to wait. Could really use a good scrub down though. Everything just seems sticky and dusty to me. On Fridays after 4 you get the business crowd , then from 9 on the college crowd. Tuesdays is wing night( those are my fave, try the mchales!) and it becomes standing room only. Huge beer selection. My husband and I both eat with an appetiZer for less than $25.00. They do charge on refills for soda which adds up.

  • Alex S.

Probably the best all-around bar on Main St. Decent wings and bar food. They have a great selection of bottled beer and beer on tap, which is really where they shine. But they don't serve pitchers! You're killing me Flood's

Had an unpleasant and ignorant bartender that even took my beer away from me. I had a foreign friend (here on a work visa), and the rude bartender was unaware of relevant liquor laws involving valid IDs. --- I ordered a beer for myself and my friend. The bartender told me she wouldn't take my friend's EAD card. I decided to order only my own drink for the time being, and the bartender brought an opened bottle and glass. I left my beer at the bar and went to my friend and asked about using the EAD card as proof of age. She told me that it is indeed a state-issued ID, so I went back to the bartender to explain. The bartender didn't accept my explanation and said she would only take driver's licenses and passports. Up to this point, I had considered her merely unsociable and overly cautious for her unfriendly demeanor and refusals. HOWEVER, after telling her again that I wanted to purchase the drink for my friend, the bartender refuses again **and invasively takes back my beer I left at the bar**!! She returns with a second receipt showing she had voided the charge to my credit card. I can only describe her self-righteous actions as offensive and smug. --- After returning to our hotel, I looked things up. For any other Flood's employees that need a refresher course: "The only acceptable forms of ID in PA are a valid photo driver's license or **state ID card**, a valid photo armed forces ID, and a valid photo passport or travel visa." lcbapps.lcb.state.pa.us/… "An employment authorization document (EAD), EAD card, known popularly as a "work permit", is a document **issued by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)**..." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Em…

The Monte Crisco is pretty good. I was there on a Sunday afternoon so it was not crowded. They have a large beer selection on tap and in bottles.

Only spot in the area that has something to offer beer snobs, and while it is certainly a pub grub sort of place the quality of the food is pretty good. Also nice that they serve food late.

Really good burger, atmosphere & service. Everyone else said their meals were delicious too. Definitely give them a visit when you visit the area.

Flood's will always have a special place in my heart. I love their drink selection, and the ambiance can be pretty rowdy (which I enjoy, from time to time), but the food is really only mediocre. Other than that, it's a great place for a drink and some appetizers on a budget.

  • Michelle B.

Floods is great. Lots of different beers! I was not expecting all that. Came in for lunch and got wings and cheese fries. So good. I would love to be a regular but I live an hour away. Definitely coming back when I'm in the area.

As others have mentioned, this place is good for wings and sandwiches. McHale's wings mix their Tennessee whiskey BBQ and Big John hot sauce (and it is hot) for an excellent combination. Their "best sandwich ever" is a misnomer, but it isn't bad. For me, the true draw is the beer selection. It's arguably the best in the area (the main competition being Yard of Ale a brief jaunt down the street). They've had a lot to try since I started going a decade ago, but in recent years, they've been forerunners in rotating what they have in stock aside from their standard menu. The staff has been mostly fantastic and able to offer recommendations based on personal tastes. I cannot knock them there. They also aren't pretentious snobs. This is also reflected in the clientele for the most part. As for drawbacks, the place isn't spacious, and it can be a bit much on a crowded night. The bathroom isn't perfect if you're a neat freak, but keep in mind it is a pub. There is no outdoor seating, but that's neither here nor there. Parking is generally not an issue. As it's on Main Street, there are a fair few other places to visit nearby. Check it out. I love the place but can see where others could find fault in it. Can't please everyone.

The words "dive bar" have never really been a compliment in my opinion, until I walked into Flood's. This place takes "dive bar" and suddenly makes it cool. The ambiance is very casual, and you will see all kinds of people here (mostly locals, but all ages), which is great. Their beer selection is on point. Lots of options, ranging from Yuengling to the most obscure craft beers. The bartenders are great, but at night there's usually only one waitress so don't expect super fast service if you're sitting in a booth or table. The food is the epitome of American bar food. Delicious, huge burgers plus fat steak fries. I always get the Kelly Fries with cheese and gravy, which is sort of like poutine. On Sundays they have beer flights and cheap chili dogs, which is one of the first dates that my now-fiance took me on. The real highlight of Flood's though, is on Thursdays Pocono Duo plays live. These guys are my favorite local musicians...They are an acoustic indie duo that plays a wide range of indie music. They actually played for my engagement party, and I just love them. And if you go to Flood's on Thursday you get to see them for free! What's better than that?

Quality of food was excellent. Large portions. Very friendly workers. Only downside was that there was only one waitress waiting on all the tables and our food took longer than expected to be served. But other than that we enjoyed our meal there!

My niece wanted us to visit one of her favorite hang outs before we went back to New York, it was a little dive bar called Floods on Main St. It was a dive but actually we enjoyed it very much. Nice tap beers and good snacks. Reminded me of places I used to frequent back in the day.

  • Stephy S.

Beer selection: Amazing! Food: i can make better bar food. My nachos were out-of-the-bag chips with fake cheese on top. Let's try to invest in at least cheddar cheese. Super gross. I love bar food...who can mess up fried goodness? This establishment definitely did. Stick to the beer, wait to eat somewhere else!

  • BK N.

I've been coming to the place since 1998, close to 17 years now. Recently their prices went up on just about everything approximately 20%. The quality of the food and beer actually went down though unfortunately. Last time I came here I had the Greatest Chicken Sandwich Ever with fries. The sandwich tasted like it was left under the heat lamp too long, and the fries were cooked in oil that was too dirty and old, as they had a dirty brownish tint and tasted old. But that wasn't the worst part. I ordered a local IPA (Weyerbacher Double Simcoe IPA) on draft. It was way off, rotted and infected. Not a good look, especially for the most expensive beer in your establishment. Also not very good for Weyerbacher, which is a local craft brewery about 25 miles south in Easton. This has always been a big issue at Flood's. Infected beer. I'm guessing that the bar manager does not manage the tap lines, and a bar back simply switches them without sanitizing them. I had this same issue here about a year ago with a Victory Dirtwolf Double IPA. Infected beer due to unsanitized tap lines. I should have learned my lesson. Note the owners, bar backs and bar manager-If your going to serve higher end local craft brew product and charge a premium price for it ($7.00 a pint), please make sure that your tap lines and taps are properly cleaned and sanitized each time you change a keg, otherwise your just serving infected beer. This is a really important and commonly overlooked facet of the food service and bar industry. You risk getting customers sick, getting red flagged by the actual brewery for special releases and tasting events, and you also lose customers for not taking the necessary steps to insure that the product you are serving is safe for human consumption. One last issue here. The temperature that they serve their draft beer is not cold enough. Draft beer is served at 37F. Floods typically serves it at 42F, which might save them some energy costs from MetEd, but spoils the product in their taproom.

Interesting little dive bar in a great downtown Stroudsburg location. Fantastic bottle and draft beer selection. Shockingly fantastic! Several pumpkin beers to choose from, too! Food was very decent for a dive. Bartenders were friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed my short visit immensely!

Bar food, but better than average. The ambiance isn't for me - it feels more like a diner than a true pub.

  • Katherine V.

I've been coming to Flood's for years and it's always been my favorite bar in town. There is a great selection of beer on tap and bottled, and I've never had a bad food experience, plus the atmosphere is laid back and much less obnoxious than the other bars in town that tend to attract more of the newly-21 college crowd. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights during the school year it can get a little noisy and over-crowded, but if you can get a table or booth, you're good to go (I recommend going a little early on these nights). If you find yourself in Stroudsburg, check it out!

I came here after a loooong but epic day of kayaking and it was absolutely PERFECT. The 10 in my party were drenched, exhausted, shivering, smelly and probably looked a little homeless given our uniforms of sweatpants, old gym shirts and water proof shoes, but Flood's accommodated us on the spot that Sunday evening with no judgement and probably the next waitress I have ever met. We were provided with menus and waters. Beers were brought out at once. Once everyone had decided what calorie bomb they wanted order, our waitress took down our orders. About 15 minutes later, the food came out (amazing!). And let me tell you, it HIT the SPOT. I had the french dip sandwich. NO regrets there. The roast beef was flavorful as it was tender, and the bread, moistened by dip, complemented the beef wonderfully. Everyone seemed to throughly enjoy their meals, and our ever-attentive waitress periodically returned to the table to make sure we were enjoying our food and refilled our waters multiple times (woooaaahhh). Dessert was equally magnificent. Flood's serves cupcakes from a little bakery across the street. I split the Oreo cupcake with a friend but now I sort of wish I hadn't...3 days later, I'm still salivating just thinking about that cupcake. If I'm ever in Stroudsburg again and need a bite to eat, I will ABSOLUTELY hit this place up...hoping to make it a tradition! :)

Such a fun lil dive bar. Huge bottle and tap selection. Live entertainment! All in all a good time every time.

I love floods, as both a bar and a restaurant. The food is good and reasonably priced and they serve late, until 1 even if people are ordering. They have great live music, the service is great, and the drink selection is huge. When compared to the other "bars" in stroudsburg, I'd say it's the only real one.. the others are nightclub knockoffs. The wing and drink specials always bring in a good crowd, and for good reason. I might be biased as this was my go-to place on a weekend, but rest assured floods is your best bet for a good night or a good meal.

  • Laurie W.

Oh, Flood's! This place is a bit of a dive bar but I loved going here once in a while in my college days (@ESU). They have $2 pints which is awesome! They also have 30 cent wings on Tuesdays. This is a good bar for grabbing a few beers and some bar food (or wings, if it's Tuesday). If you're trying to have a decent meal, you might want to be in and out before the crowd gets there. It gets packed multiple nights a week. If you are looking for a busy bar scene then pop in after about 9pm. If you're there around 2am they will start flashing the lights to kick you out :D

Hampton Inn business traveler here. Walked over, felt perfectly comfortable doing so. Burger, wings and beer selection can't be beat. Food may not be Irish but an Irish guy sat next to me at the bar, close enough. Wings are on small side and well done, as in crispy, which is what I like. Hot was pretty hot and had me sniffling nicely. Burger, medium well was juicy and flavorful. 25 beers on tap and a nice selection of bottles. Crowd was a mix of business types, college kids, and locals. Divey look to the place, again something I like, normal crowd as compared to any chain restaurant.

Best bartenders and beer selection in stroudsburg. Floods is a staple in this town. Everyone loves floods!

This is what I call a true Irish bar. We sat down for lunch it was my Dads Birthday...They put this place mate in front of him and it must of had 100 beers on it.We laughed and I saved the place mate. We knew we were drinking Guinness anyway so we really didnt need it. We both ordered the Monte Cristo and it is the best I have ever had anywhere on the east coast. This sandwich is a lost gem that many places don't have on their menu. I loved this place os much I went back on a Thrusday night and there must have been 200 people in the building. There was a guys checking ID's at the front no big deal. There was a lot of college kids there and some guys decided it was a good idea to throw something at a group of frat guys. A fight was brewing however the doors guy handled it well defusing the problem and everything that happened. I was with a few friends some of which are ladies and they were really uncomfortable with what had happened before the "bouncer" came over. Listen, no body wants to go out and see a fight or be around it. So Floods good job picking your staff we will be back for more.

Perogies and burgers and a decent beer list on a blackboard. The perogie appetizer was good but the burger was amazing. I consider myself a bar burger connoisseur and Flood's burger....is the best I have ever eaten. Seriously. Large, cooked perfectly, moist and juicy even ordered medium well, and really choice beef used. No grizzle and ground perfectly.

We're local and find ourselves here at least once a week! Mchales wings are outstanding (extra crispy and lots of sauce)! Tons of beers on tap and waitresses always know them!

  • Dean S.

I'm not sure if the food is good or not. We've been waiting for our lunch to be served for over an hour and still nothing. Its not crowded. I'm fact we're the only table here. There are a few people at the bar but the place is basically empty. The group at the other table got tired of waiting and left. I'd do the same but my wife says she's hungry. Not sure how much longer it will be. An hour and a half ID just too long to wait for sandwiches. OK, the food is "gross." That was the consensus at the table of 6 people. Chili was good, and chicken salad was good. My suggestion - don't come here for the food. Stick with the beer. They have plenty of that.

    (1)
  • Brit D.

This place is the best! If what your looking for is a comfortable place that has a giant beer selection and just all around good food (not health food) this is the place to be. Get their wings! And the best sandwich ever really is the best sandwich ever.

We went to see Trey at the Sherman theatre this week and needed to grab some food before hand so the friends we went with suggested floods because they had been there before and they have a huge awesome beer selection. The town itself is super cute and Floods seems to fit right in. IT was packed when we got there but we managed to snag a booth, a dirty booth, but a booth. Being that it was so crowded we weren't sure how the ordering process was going to work so we got some menus from the bartender, the food selection was aight, typical bar food. The beer selection was probably great but we couldn't get a menu anywhere. Our waitress came by and took our order, we pretty much had to make her take our food order, she seemed very frazzled--when asked what IPA's they had on tap she flat out said "i don't know" at that point I was turned off but we had already committed to our spot. About 10-15 min later our drinks came, she gave me my husband's beer...whatever we had our drinks we were happy. We started to get ancy it was probably another 15 before our food came out. I know they were busy but for sandwiches and a salad not really acceptable. I ordered a chicken ceasar salad, it came out last...yup the food item which probably required the least amount of prep came out last. It was served in a "taco" bowl....it was a deep fried wheat wrap--served cold and mostly likely fried in dirty oil. The salad itself was good but I was kind of over it at this point. I would come here again but only for drinks. I get it, you guys got swamped but you're a bar located down the street from a theatre, you should be able to handle rushes. Also a note to our server---you have long pretty hair and that's great but please keep your hands out of it in between serving our drinks and food. Long hair not tied back in a food service environment is not OK by me.

To start I love pubs and Flood's certainly did not disappoint. I'm not from the area so I stopped by here with a friend before I checked in at my hotel. They have a massive selection of beer, from the lightest ale to the darkest stout. The service and bartender were pretty great, we talked a bit and he kept my glass full. I got a cheesesteak with fries, everything was super fresh, and hot. I would definitely recommend Flood's to anyone since I believe there's something there for (almost) anyone.

  • Steve D.

Best bar in Stroudsburg - and generally the lowest ratio of Jersey-Shore wannabe douches in town(though still higher than I'd like). The wings are awesome, no cover, live music a few times a week, no aggressive, rapey dancing and Yuengling! Like I said, best bar in Stroudsburg.

I give this place 4 stars. It honestly has the potential to get 5 but I don't think it will ever get there and for good reasons. Lets start with the pros... Pro: This place has amazing food. The wings are great (MCHALES WINGS RULE), the sandwiches (burgers, chicken sandwiches, etc), the KELLY FRIES, honestly anything foodular you get here is boss. and yes, i just used a completely outdated term to call this place cool. The bartenders are good. They are very friendly and will always do their best to get you what you want when you want it. The prices are reasonable. I've never had a problem getting beer or a mixed drink here. The selection is amazing. They have a ton of beers on tap AND in the coolers...thats another story. THOSE beers are expensive, but normal brews are reasonable. Now for the Cons: I've experienced HORRIBLE, i mean HORRIBLE waitress service here. The waitresses usually take forever to take your order, get you your order, or refill your order. Its not because this place isn't that big, because it is rather small, its because they don't care. 95% of the waitresses working here are friends, so they will talk to eachother and ignore their customers and you will sit there for an hour after you are done eating and drinking to get the check. I almost walked out once just because I was tired of waiting. If you sit at the bar and get food it's a different story, but sitting at a table just does not cut it! The place is rather small, and during the night it gets rather crowded. The bathroom does not lock so if you need to take a dump guys, you can't lock the door. Somebody will come in and watch you poop while they do their business in the urinal. I'm pretty sure this violates some sort of health or building code somewhere, but they manage to get away with it. I'm not complaining because i've never had to do that there before, but for others, yea you might need to go to another restaurant and come back lol. All in all I will come back to this place when i visit the Burg because it's an old past time me and my buddies go to. Now that they have outlawed smoking in the bars this place is SO MUCH better then it used to be.

We had a nice quiet dinner here on a Sunday night. The booths were cozy and the food was great. Abby had pasta/broccoli dish, Karen had buffalo chicken, Andrew had wings and I had a grilled cheese with bacon. We also had onion rings and Kelly fries for appetizers. The o-rings and fries were great! The wings were small, but tasty. Overall, a nice meal. Service was a tad slow, but then again, we like to eat and run.

There are many faces to Flood's. During the day, it's a quite place to get affordable and tasty bar food. Most nights, it's packed. It's got the best beer selection in town and the kitchen is open until past 1am.

We stopped in Stroudsburg for an event, and we wound up at Flood's. Everything everyone said on Yelp was true. It's small. It's packed. The patrons are rowdy. The bathroom door doesn't really close. It doesn't matter. They have an incredible beer selection, along with knowledgeable waitresses and bartenders. I discovered a new favorite beer here! If you are in Stroudsburg, you want to eat at this pub. It was far better than the others that we visited.

  • Stacey S.

Were staying in town for a long weekend and couldn't decide where to go for dinner, so we followed the advice that we found right here on yelp and boy were we glad. Went early on a Saturday night, seated immediately...husband had a hard time choosing a beer from the extensive menu...fish and chips were delicious, husbands steak was great, waitress was a bit inattentive, but other than that...if we are ever in town again will go back for sure.

Floods is the most popular watering hole in Stroudsburg! It's a small Irish pub that's a favorite with the locals. I have been coming here for years as most of its patrons have. They have a small menu of traditional pub fare and the prices are pretty cheap and best of all their kitchen is open until 1 a.m. which is the latest of all restaurants in town. They have entertainment every night and over 20 beers on tap.

    (5)
  • Mark N.

Flood's is the best bar in the area. It has a great atmosphere and terrific bartenders. They always serve cold beer, good food and fun times. The bartenders really work at a speed that many larger, fancier bars should study. The food is never a miss either.

I used to live near East Stroudsburg and would frequent this hole in the wall bar. The wings here are absolutely amazing and worth driving upwards of an hour to have. Tuesday night is wing night!

  • Deirdre M.

Floods is always crowded, obnoxiously full of smoke, has at least 3 ugly fights per 2-day weekend, and has lousy cover bands that everyone in town love. Blech. However: The drinks come fast and hard, the overworked waitstaff always get the drinks right and with a smile, and, well..its where people will insist on telling you to meet them. . NOT my favorite bar at ALL, but it seems to be everyone elses. I liked it better when Summer worked there!

95% of the times i go to poconos, me and my friends stop at floods. the bar food is amazing. get the mchales sauce for your wings. my bf likes to get the "best sandwich ever" something to that effect. i honestly dont think its the best ever but it is very good. they offer a big variety of beer from various parts of the world and the staff has always been helpful. the atmosphere in general is dim and just a very "bar-sy" feel. very average but i actual like the average for floods, so thats a compliment. (too many places are trying "modern' atmospheres and then become d-bags). you want beer they have more than enough, you want great tasting bar food..you got it. its all around average price too. not dive bar cheap but not over priced. location, its definitely easy to get to, its on the main road but don't look for a nightlife. if you know anything about stroudsburg or the poconos area, you dont come here to party hard. all in all, i suppose what i'm trying to say is that flood's is a bar where you drink and eat and be merry. ill be coming here soon when i decide to scrounge up money for a lift ticket to board.

  • Gillian R.

This is my favorite bar in the "Burg". The food is delicious (burger and wings specifically). Their drinks are low priced and they give you a decent amount of alcohol in them. The shots they serve are bigger than any of the other bars on Main St. My friends and I literally leave whatever other bar we're out and go to Floods if we want to take shots. Actually, to be honest, we make it a point to go there each time just for one shot because we love Floods so much. I can count the times I've been on Main St. and not gone in.. Floods is definitely recommended and a great place to enjoy drinks with friends..or even family!

I frequented floods quite often during my tenure at esu (97-01) and I still have a hard time finding better wings anywhere. They cook them perfectly and their sauces have the perfect blend of flavor and heat. My friends and I would literally show up in cleats directly after lacrosse practice so as not to miss the Tuesday wing specials! Service and ambience are what you would expect at a small-town Irish pub. Non-smoking laws should make for a more enjoyable experience now as well.

Great lunch, typical pub style food. Extensive beer selection. Very casual atmosphere.

Has the basic bar food which is refreshing since some bars try to go overboard. They have a great beer selection. I don't really drink beer but I was really surprised by their drinks - they give you a lot for a little! Friendly staff too.

Floods is probably the restaurant I eat at the most. The food is good when it comes. (I have had to wait an hour before for wings and fries) This isn't the place for a quick meal and be prepared to smell like you were in a tobacco factory afterwords. The crowd tends to be noisy and obnoxious, but the waitresses and very nice and as attentive as possible. UPDATE: Old news by now, but they don't allow smoking anymore. Bonus! I can now leave Floods still smelling nice. Food still takes a while, but it's still delicious! I love almost every waitress they have and I'm still a regular.

This town is a hole. Make no mistake - this bar is NOT. I drank here religiously for 2 straight years as I worked on my Masters. Its atmosphere is vibrant. Its beer selection is extensive (probably the most in the beer starved Poconos)! They still have the best burger's I've had in a long time. Based on the choices you have in the god-forsaken abyss of Stroudsburg, this is the only name you need to know (that and the Sarah Street Grill). Without Floods, I don't know how I would have kept my sanity! Plus their prices beat out everyone else in the region!
