Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Slack's is my little sleeper spot that I love to spread by word-of-mouth whenever I can. Their pizza is nothing short of amazing. Make sure to get extra sauce and cheese for an ultra-awesome pie. Their sandwiches and everything else are top notch too. Their customer service is Grade A as well. Slacks is king of pizza in Southeastern PA as far as I'm concerned.

Decent pizza, decent hoagies. Not the best, but not bad.

awesome place. the hoagies are huge and there are specials several days a week. the staff here is super nice.

First time experience at slacks went very well. It was suggested I try the "godfather" Italian hoagie and they were right. Very delicious and fresh. The bread was a poppy seed roll and it went well with the Italian meats. It's a great place to stop in for lunch.

Slacks is a very good honest place. I've had them cater a few events. Always leftovers, and everyone loved the food. It's not meant to be 5 star lobster buffet . It's great comfort food. The staff goes above and beyond. From setup to clean up for a very reasonable price. I've used them 5 or six times with the same smiling professional attitude. I'll use them again.

Great food every time we come here. Service is always great and friendly. They are always making sure you get what you want and that it is fresh. Fast service never have to wait long for the food you order and always with a smile.

Hoagies - YES Cheese steaks - NO Recently order three cheese steaks , one chicken and two beef, the chicken steak was a really nice size sandwich, filled with meat. The beef cheese steaks were pitiful. No even enough meat between the two of them to make one sandwich. It was like they ran out of meat and stretched it between two sandwiches. NO MORE STEAKS FROM HERE.

Great Customer Service!!! The pizza is an upside down pizza and is very tasty! The wings are huge and full of flavor! Make sure you try the fries as well they are definitely seasoned to perfection. Eat in or take out, has flat screen TV's that always have sports on while you wait for your order.

Went to slacks for dinner the other night. Everything seemed fine at first, looked through the menu and then went to the counter to order our food. Not one person working had gloves on. I watched as the guy making hoagies was touching the roll and lunch meat with his bare hands. Then I watched the lady next to him grab a hand full of peppers with her bare hands. Finally I watched as another guy grabbed a hand full of raw chicken with his bare hands. That totally made my stomach turn and also made my decision to leave and go next store to Primos Hoagies. I do not recommend anyone to eat their.

Food is ok, staff is friendly, place is clean food from order to me is quick. Only been here a few times and every time it's been ok nothing to rave about it's your typical sandwich shop!

Definitely top notch! I ordered whole hoagies to make up a party tray, and they offered to cut and tray it up for me! No extra charge! The cheese sauce for the fries is amazing, no cheese wiz crap. Even for delivery the food always there before expect it.

Wonderful service, very friendly and welcoming. Surprisingly nice atmosphere to potentially eat in at. As for the food, really hearty wings, perfect amount of meat with a good fat to meat ratio. The sauces are good, but my husband found "suicide" to be a little whimpy. I'd encourage maybe a fourth option even spicier for insane hot lovers like my husband. And the unfortunate reason that they are not receiving a fourth star is that although their menu says wings come with blue cheese and celery, we came home to find neither in with our wings. So check your orders before you walk out! Might still go back though because of their wing quality and friendly/ speedy service!

I've had Slack's hoagies in the past and they were excellent, so when I started hearing they also had good pizza I knew that I needed to check it out. We ended up ordering a pizza with pepperoni, another pizza with hot sausage and onions, and an order of cheese fries. Note: I'm a huge fan of green peppers and onions on a pizza....Slack's doesn't have green peppers. This is a disappointment! (I'm making this much more dramatic than I need to, but the people need to know these things!) We rushed home and dug in.... holy moly! It's delicious. The whole "sauce on the top" thing has always been something I enjoyed, so I was immediately a fan. The crust was perfect, the cheese (on the bottom, just in case you needed to know) was plentiful, and the toppings (which are in the middle) were excellent. And the cheese fries...hell ya! Those were excellent! Didn't taste like cheese whiz...almost tasted homemade...and there was a lot of it! Instantly a fan! Slack's - I like you. I bet I'll be seeing you real soon. PS - Please get some green peppers up in there!

First time at Slacks ever, bought a hoagie and 2 steaks. All were okay, can't complain about the quality but definitely the price. $9.50 for a for a pizza steak is fine if it's incredible but I can get the same anywhere else for $7-$8. I ate in at the Ale house for about the same and excellent food eating in.

I don't know how anyone goes to the Primo's down the road from this place. The bread here is way better. The hoagie is made way better, and the people are nicer. Not way nicer, cuz they're nice enough at Primo's, but Slack's is clearly ahead in the customer service realm. They are also way faster and better organized than Primo. Slack's is the best and that aint no lie. Tell 'em Big Texas sent you.

They haven't let me down in the past. Today, they did, but just a little bit. The Godmother sandwich is breaded chicken cutlet, provolone, and broccoli rabe on a seeded hoagie roll. Taste wasn't the problem. I liked the sandwich. The amount of chicken on the roll was the issue. Two small pieces on a big hoagie roll? Really? You can't skimp on sandwiches like these, not when competition is right down the street. Let's just say they're not Primo.

Won't go back ever , wife bought 2 hoagies and wow was surprised to see that there was 2 slices of meat on the hoagie! Paid $7.00 for each hoagie and how do they charge 3.50 for each slice of meat... This is a disgrace and would of been easier to but lunch meat and make our own!!! I will nere recommended this place and will never go back, after reading many reviews on here and other websites it seems as if this place is not well liked!

This place is pretty decent. For the area, I'd say this place is probably in my top 5. Everything here is pretty good but I've had better. That's all there is to it.

Quick and always delicious. Parking is generally easy and the staff aim to please. I've picked up a quick hoagie or salad many times when on the run. Slacks is always a reliable choice.

What else can I say about Slack's? It's my go-to place whenever I'm looking to order out. If you haven't tried the "Wild Thing", you haven't lived. They have awesome fries, hoagies, pizza and burgers. Their wing sauce is delicious. It's also a nice, spacious place to catch a bite to eat, especially on Saturday's when WIP tends to host an afternoon show about every other month or so. The customer service is top notch as well. Nothing but good things to say about Slack's.

Slack's makes pretty darn good hoagies. I was surprised, seeing as this one is tucked away in a strip center in between, like, a bike shop or something and a Christian book store. Just doesn't seem like the sort of place that would make kickass hoagies...but it is. And they're HUGE, like, humongous... a regular is enough for at least 2 meals, IMO. Also surprisingly, the soup is great! I think it's homemade. Super yummy. And I love everyone who works here. They're all so Italian. Thank goodness for authentically good food in the suburbs!

I really like slacks. It's not my "go to" hoagie or pizza place, but when I want to switch things up a bit or if I'm just in the area it is a great choice. You really cant go wrong here with anything and they have the sauce on the top pizza which is good from time to time.
(4)Anthony G.
Pizza is always perfect. However, this delivery showed up with the fries so steamed and stuck together, that they stayed in the bag when I tried to dump them out. Broccoli bites cold.
